I did get bad news...sorry, wasn't clear before. :(

Well I got the week-end off for christmas, but it's just due to my work schedule and only limited number of holidays to take.

Marisol has always been a bit scared off her father and his presence that demands respect. Whilst, she struggles to respect him at times, she always did her best. But past memories of him punishing her for a little accidents-left her with a deep dislike towards her father. Mari wishes, she would have been bit closer to at least one parent-but both of them have caused her damage that's stayed with her. She's not even sure how to approach him with a smile on her face-it's easy for her to be intimated by her own father.

"She's not a mother, she never acts like one...but a heartless machine. She makes me feel tired of trying to be perfect...no one is ever good enough for her."

Marisol does not have fond memories of Cassiopeia what-so-ever. The woman that's supposed to be her mother; had never acted motherly towards her or any of the other siblings. Marisol sees and remembers as cold, emotionless and barely there to raise her and her siblings. There were times, where she has been disciplined by her mother and father alike-but in a very strict manner. Marisol is rather tired, of trying to act perfect and trying to perfect herself beyond abilities and measures to satisfy her mother. Marisol address, Cass in a cold manor when calling her 'Mother'. The woman doesn't deserve to be called anything, after all...she hasn't been there.

Over all-Marisol just feels like a failure in her parent's eyes. Deep down, their family and she wants to see if this trip will restore any frail bonds. But it's highly doubtful, it won't get any better than what is.

TATIANA KORVO-CARRINGTON

Growing up, Marisol was taken under Tatiana's wing. The two girls grew close and are still closer than with other siblings. Mari felt protected by Tatiana when it came to their parents wrath, but she didn't escape every punishment due to Tatia's protection. Tatia, or Tati as Marisol likes to call her-has been more of a role-model and mother figure to Marisol than Cassiopeia. Tatiana even taught Marisol Russian-their secret code language of sorts. Marisol adores her older sister-and Tatia is one of the reasons why she moved and stayed in New York. The two girls can cause trouble at times.

GABRIEL CARRINGTON

'Gabe...my big adorable brother. He's always been there when you need him. He's a great guy. Shame I haven't seen him in a while.'

Being around Gabe-Mari felt affection, love, safety and warmth that she didn't feel from their parents. She looks up to and loves her big brother. Whilst she felt they were close as kids-that closeness has been lost due to being in different places-not seeing each other that often like before. But she still tries to keep in touch with her big brother. She remembers her taught her knowledge that school did not-one of the perks of having a smart brother who's like a walking encyclopedia. Mari hopes, to re-kindle the closeness they once had.

ROWAN CARRINGTON

'You always try to please others...how about pleasing yourself for once?'

Whilst Marisol and Rowan always had a rather steady and good relationship, with him being another protective person in her life. There have been a few incidents between them-especially when it came to him trying to please his father. It irritated her at times-she didn't understand, why he couldn't be happy just being himself. She felt like he was trying to hard to be like their father...in trying to achieve perfection. She loves her brother, but sometimes she wishes he would try and please himself...and be happy with how he turned out. He has a good thing going for himself...so why try and impress those, that made them run off and not look back?

CHARLIE CARRINGTON

'My baby brother....we've always been close, after everyone else have left home. If there's something I regret, is leaving Charlie behind with our parents.'

Being the two youngest of the family-Marisol and Charlie were maybe the closest of the siblings that had been left behind once everyone left. Often playing together and getting each other into trouble. Marisol tried to protect and look after her younger brother-like Tatia did after her. She didn't want to see Charlie get hurt...but there came a time when she too left, leaving him alone. She regretted leaving like that...but there was only so much she could take. Nonetheless, she's proud of her baby-brother and what he has achieved. She still keeps in touch with Charlie, if he ever needs someone to talk to...she's there.

PETER GALLAGHER

'He's the love of my life. He just makes me feel alive and like I can be myself. There's no need for perfection and pretentious behavior lie at home.'

During High-school the two love-birds met during his arrival. Marisol had been asked to show him around the school and they shared a few lessons together. Marisol helped him settle in-they studied together and got to know each other during the first few months of their relationship. It wasn't long before Marisol learned about his recent loss and the anger and sadness that was within him-Marisol felt his heart-ache and she did her best to console him. As the two grew closer and fell in love. Whilst Pete sometimes struggled behind-Marisol was always there to keep him on track and help him out.

She was there to comfort him, when his nightmares came alive and she still tries to console him when the nightmares kick in. She knows both sides of who he is and she loves him for who he is, and how far he's come along in the past 6 years. She wouldn't change anything for the world-she's proud of him and where he's trying to get to. She supports his writing career, just like he supports her and the decisions she makes. They are two peas in a pod. With this trip-Marisol is worried and tense about how everyone will react to Peter due to his background and lesser status than theirs. She isn't bothered by his lower class-but she knows her parents would be.

Amelia is a petite, feminine young woman with a beautiful hour-glass figure. Standing on the shorter side of 5'6. She had soulful and warm chocolate brown eyes-they are always gentle, filled with life and soul. Her eyes are barely cold towards another being. Her hair is naturally a strawberry-blonde, but due to spending time in the sun it sometimes takes different shades of blonde...sometimes a lighter blonde. Amelia's slightly tanned skin is seemly flawless-apart from the occasional birth mark. Amelia likes to wear dangly earrings-hoops or any funky long earrings she can get her hands on.
She can be a bit of a girly-girl wearing dresses, skirts and high-heel shoes and boots to her liking. But Amelia has her own style, as she makes some of her own clothes-she made a couple for her friends. She can also be seen wearing, Jeans and shorts with various t-shirts depending on the weather.

Amelia is rather bubbly and happy/outgoing person-it doesn't take her long to make friends and get to know them. Her friends always mean a lot to her-and she's always there for them when they need her, willing to help, listen or just hang out...no matter what. She is a person that can be relied up, and is known to be loyal. Her bubbly-personality can sometimes seem like hyperness to some, and annoy those that aren't used to her. However, if you put Amelia in a house full of important or intimidating people-Amelia looses her cool, becomes shy and easily nervous. She usually talks to herself, if she gets nervous...the more nervous she gets...the worse it seems to get. Making her seem very innocent and timid.

She also enjoys Adventure and exploring with her friends- but Amelia is perceived as being naive and it's that element of her personality that can get her into trouble. It's not that hard to get her to agree to certain things, and suggestions when it comes to having fun. Amelia also struggles with dominance and confidence against authority figures-more than often being the submissive one in situations. Whilst, she tries to stand up for her friends, she struggles to stand up for herself and succeed.

Inside, Amelia is rather withdrawn and she tries to hide her fears, and nightmares behind smiles and her cheerfulness. History

Amelia Annabelle Garcia was born to a happy couple-the youngest of 3 children, in a middle class family. Her father worked for the Marine, whilst her mother was a school teacher. Due to her father's occupation, the Garcia's moved around a lot-every-time her father got re-stationed. Amelia never complained about the moving, as she had gotten to see some amazing places, meet interesting people. The only thing that perhaps bothered her, was the fact that her dad was away a lot. But she still loved her father, and he adored and cared for each child equally. The family was a happy one, until Amelia turned 13 years old. Prior to her birthday, her father's Navy station got bombed by enemies...killing everyone, including Amelia's father. The news of his death, reached the Garcia's on her birthday...that event had scared Amelia, and since then...she barely celebrates birthdays, and doesn't even talk about them. Years passed and when Amelia turned 15, her mother re-married. A posh, English Doctor in training. Whilst he's a nice guy, he just doesn't have that spark and bond with any of the children. He doesn't seem to get them....especially Amelia. And often thinks, she's odd for her fashion sense and hobbies.

When Amelia got to high-school she met Charlie Carrington. A slightly shy, awkward but sweet young guy. There are some similarities between the two, that made Amelia get on with him. Whilst she has heard of his family-especially his parents and the business they run. And his sister Marisol being a well known Model-Amelia didn't let that determine how she felt about Charlie. She had gotten to know him, for who he is, what he's like. She likes him for him...not his family, wealth and legacy. The two became good friends, hanging out and watching super-hero movies together-or marathons more like. And whilst she knew he was always smart and would do well-she felt a bit sad when he left school earlier than most. But the two have kept in touch.

Now, Charlie has asked her to go with him to the family vacation. Whilst it was easy for Amelia to accept, she is a bit confused about what it means. She has developed a bit of a secret crush on Charlie-and she's not sure if he feels that way about her. She's going on this trip, to support her friend but also to get away from her family for a while-her new posh step father in particular.

Education

She's currently in her last year of High-school. She has applied to a couple of colleges to go including Yale, Dartmouth and Harvard. Whilst she has gotten acceptance letters, she hasn't made her choice yet.

Favorite memory

The day Charlie tried to teach her how to Skateboard. It was a rather fun and hilarious moment, as she ended up skating off of a pier at the beach. The memory always brings a smile to her face.

Least favorite memory

Hearing about the Infamous Reginald Carrington; Amelia can tell you so much about the man, just like anyone else that has read about him or seen him in the news. Rich, handsome for a man his age, yet has a strict and slightly scary presence..Amelia is a bit glad, she hasn't met him in person yet. There's just something intimidating about him. Charlie on the other hand, hasn't told her much about his father...just that once he used to admire and look up to him. Amelia doesn't know much about their relationship and how good it is...or not. But she wants to support him, by going on this trip with Charlie. Although, she's bit fearful of meeting his father.

Amelia knows even less about Cass, than she does about Reginald. Even though, the woman is talked about a lot, seen on the news and papers; there's just something cold about Cass....The lack of emotions can be seen and read about, as well as seen in person. She and Charlie never really spoke about his mother...so she does not know, what relationship he has...or hasn't got with his mother. Amelia doesn't want to make him uncomfortable, if he doesn't like talking about his mother.
