The world is not so well set out as we would think. Two great forces, the Aura and the Flux have existed in balance for all eternity, but now this balance is shifting. Only those with pure hearts and the powers of the Aspects can stop the evil of the Flux from destroying all that we know.

Powers: She can make a Perditio fuelled aura around herself that destroys anything it touches except organic matter, and she can make things decay, rust or otherwise degrade by increasing the rate of entropy, the force that makes ordered things chaotic, like a building becoming a ruin or an object smashing. Oh, yeah, and she can fly.
Personality: Tough and pretty tsundere, likes to be alone, but helps her team whenever she can and however she likes.
Notes: Vanessa is a demon, angels and demons exist in other worlds and can be aspects too, but most aspects are indeed humans. She has never shown herself to anyone than her team, and wishes that she could be accepted, but knows it would cause panic if humans knew about the existence of angels and demons.

Notes: He is secretly ashamed of the fact he has no supernatural powers like the other aspects, but hopes that one day he will be able to unlock them. In the meantime, he leads the Aura aspects or, as they like to be known, the Children of the Aura.

Personalities: Like his aspect, Aiden's personality changes all the time, anyone who tries to understand him run the risk of being driven insane, there are only two people in the world that can. Felix is strong willed, helpful and supportive, and will give it all if it will help.
Notes: Aiden acts tough and aloof, but secretly is depressed because his girlfriend Natalie broke up with him a year ago, he always remembers her and doesn't know what what really happened to her after she left him.

Notes: Holly is a kleptomaniac, this as well as her shyness arises from the fact if she uses her power too much she has to endure the weaknesses of animals as well. She is a wanted criminal, breaking into peoples houses and stealing all she can.

Powers: Thomas can erase objects or energy from existence, or put them into pocket dimensions which he can travel through. He can also teleport and create black holes.
Personality: Usually sneaky yet friendly, he knows the value of the Aura and his teammates, he is also a thief like Holly, but he has a reason to steal, as he was left out on the streets when he was young and learned how to use his power to steal things.
Notes: He knows how to use his power and his head, but doesn't always think with his heart, if he did he would quickly learn that Holly has a huge crush on him.

Personalities: Nikki acts very high-class and doesn't participate much unless it's an emergency, while CJ is the opposite, making friends and hanging out is her way of doing things.

Personality: Claire could be considered very compassionate and caring as she is always watching out for her team and is fiercely protective of them, both on and off the battlefield. She is also very dependable and will most of the time drop what she is doing to help out others. None of this, however, stops her from voicing her opinion or dishing out some tough love when she feels it is necessary. An example is when she locked both Sanna and Ivan in a locker until they stopped arguing (which was several hours later).
Notes: Also having a knack for giving good advice, Hazel is usually the person her team mates go to to vent or talk through their problems with. The three of them had been travelling around and goofing off before being found by Cameron, they had decided to accept his offer since they didn't want to go to college yet and still wanted to have some adventure. Has a small admiration for Ivan which she doesn't say since she doesn't want to ruin their friendship.

Personality: She is often regarded by people as cold, sarcastic, calm, childish, and very un-trusting. She also has a short temper, she can often be callous towards them too. Has little patience in dealing with other people's problems which leads to her coming off as being apathetic. This attitude likely developed as a defense mechanism against further possible pain after the loss she experienced as a child.
Notes: She usually only acts nice with Ivan and Claire as they have been together since high school, even though they were from different grades. She came from a very large family and was the middle child out of five siblings, meaning that she would not get as much attention as the younger or older siblings. She had a very close relationship with her cousin who gave her praise and attention that she hardly received. it was not until his death that caused her to change and become cold, since she doesn't want to be close to anyone else to have them be taken away from her again. She has made an exception for Claire and Ivan as they have shown her that they can hold themselves. Her hair is green because she dies it in memory of her cousin, whose favorite color was green.

Personality: Ivan is a very charismatic person and easy to approach guy although he seems a bit shy to hold a conversation, because he always thinks that he'll say something stupid and nonsensical. He's very loyal to his friends and will do anything for them and expects nothing in return, he's just glad that he was there to help. He is also somewhat competitive, finding great joy in testing himself against others, and is a bit of a jokester, sometimes teasing his friends and laughing about it. He doesn't mean any harm by it, and has a habit of making up nicknames for those he meets.
Notes: While he is a workaholic and multitask-er, able to work and study at the same time as he likes to be efficient. He has a minor addiction to playing video games since child hood and likes to face challenges as he likes testing his limits. Has a tendency to act like he is a main protagonist of a story at times. He comes from a pretty well set family, thus allowing him to keep buying video games to quell his addiction for them.

Personality: Dark, foreboding, evil and condescending. He does try to be light hearted at times, and treats his team as well as he can.
Notes: Victor is rich and powerful, he has built a large underground complex under his mansion which he and the other bad guys use as their base of operations.

Powers: Adam can create areas of Taint, the evolved version of the Flux. Taint is a purple sentient substance that can exist as a solid, liquid or gas, and can infect organic matter if it touches it. Taint can also create spores and defensive creatures out of itself to defend or spread it.
Personality: Kind of emo sometimes, but he is always loyal to Victor and his team.
Notes: Adam was adopted by Victor some years ago, he has been helping him hone his skills, which is why when he creates Taint, it is so powerful.

Powers: Control over fire, ash, smoke and heat, the ability to summon low level demons, flight, and the ability to create temperatures hot enough to vaporise any material.
Personality: Lazy, self centred and obnoxious, unlike Adam she doesn't usually help out, this has earned her a bad reputation among her teammates. She also can be a bully sometimes.
Notes: Like Vanessa, she is a demon, and her power would have a tremendous effect on Earth, so Victor also adopted her at around the same time as Adam, to train her and change her personality a little.

Powers: The ability to summon any weapon ever made into his hand, and to wield this weapon with perfection. He can also create weapons he himself imagines, such as a bladed flamethrower, etc.
Personality: Military precision, judgement and decision making. Always treats things like they are a battle, plans things out and strategises.
Notes: After being in the military for many years, he now commands an army of thousands, trained to fight to the death.

Powers: Rebecca can create and grow massive crystals, control any crystal from the largest ruby to the smallest grain of salt, and telekinetically control glass.
Personality: Mysterious and enigmatic, not a lot of people know much about Rebecca, though she is good at working together, and an excellent fighter.
Notes: Despite her mysterious past, her team treats her like a kid because she is the youngest of the Flux aspects, and she is often underestimated, which she hates more than the Aura aspects.

Powers: Shiro can freeze anything, and make ice that is extremely difficult to break or melt. He can also make it snow, hail and create blizzards.
Personality: Noble and strong, makes a goal for himself and doesn't stop until it has been reached.
Notes: Shiro hates Aiden more than any one of the Auras, after he beat him in a fight once and wants to kill him for making him look like a fool.

Powers: Pretty much the same as Aiden, she is the only aspect that shares her power with another, she doesn't know why she has these powers but doesn't question it.
Personality: Bitter, holds grudges for long periods of time, never lets go of bad memories. In battle, she often lashes out and attacks head on with a lot of rage in her system.
Notes: She also hates Aiden, like Shiro, but for a completely different reason. For a long time, she was Aiden's girlfriend, being together somehow spread his power to her, and a few days later broke up. She hates him for stealing her thunder, as she believes she had these powers first, and it was Aiden who got them from her.

Personality: Creepy, strange and very insane, she is never without some strange addiction. Mostly it's drugs, but every so often it's something a little less mainstream. If she wants it, nothing will stop her.
Notes: Rather that her aspect giving her powers that relate to it, like it does with many other aspects, her powers are instead fuelled directly from her cravings and hungers being satisfied for the moment. As long as she keeps trying to fill her insatiable addictions, she has her powers. Of course, this rare power mechanic was not without it's downsides, she eventually drove herself insane from all the various drugs she had to take over the years ever since she discovered her powers. Also, her teeth are harder than tungstensteel, and some are filed to points to help her consume the various materials she can also hunger for, which can include steel, raw minerals, broken glass, or any other substance.

Temporal Distortion, can bend time to erase certain moments from history.
Time travel: (well, why not?) Can travel backwards or forwards through time.
Entropy Manipulation: can turn organic and inorganic to dust by ageing them a few million years or so.
Clairvoyance: Can see and predict the near future. This includes observing multiple possible parallel timelines to see what she should do to achieve her goals.
Immortality: She cannot age beyond the age she first used her powers, which means she can watch the entire history of the world in a lifetime.
Tempokinesis: Can slow down, speed up, freeze or reverse time.
"Second Chance": If she ends up getting accidentally killed, her aspect reverses time a few seconds or minutes, and she can avoid it happening.
Her powers are incredibly powerful, but the only reason she isn't ruling the world is because space starts to bend and warp around her if she uses her power too much, after all, space and time are relative.
Personality: Fun and happy on the outside, wants to enjoy as much as possible from every time, especially what we know as present day. On the inside, she just wants to stop being an aspect, and live a normal, human life.
Notes: Katie is the first, last, and only Tempus aspect. She is also the very first human aspect ever to have lived. She was born as a cave dweller in the Stone Age, some 25,000 years ago. When she discovered her powers, her aspect needed to adjust to this new human body. This caused a time wave to blast her back to the birth of the planet, 4.5 billion years ago. Kept alive by her powers, she watched the moons birth, water cover the planet, the continents rise and fall, become green with plants and animals etcetera, all in all the entire history of the planet. After a few billion years, she started to go insane, driving whole species to extinction out of frustration. Then, when humans took over the planet, it was a ray of hope for her. She integrated herself back into the various societies of human culture, and today knows just about everything to do with Earth. Her experience gives her a huge advantage over others.

Can create energy forcefields that can protect against both physical projectiles and energy attacks, These shields can be created to be mobile, and can be created wherever Jonathan imagines they can be. The shields also cushion impact force if something or someone hits one, resulting in an extremely useful power for defensive and protection purposes.

Transport Control: Can, with no prior experience, control any machine that contains the Iter aspect, that is, all vehicles. Boats, cars, trucks, trains, aircraft, if it's got wheels, wings, or it drives on water, she can drive it.
World Jumping: Can travel to any place on Earth and back again within seconds.
Speed: Can run at speeds of over 300 kilometres per hour, and can climb up nearly vertical slopes at speeds that mean she could climb a large mountain in a few hours.
Personalities: Jonathan is a very collected person, always checking details and making sure of a situation to keep his allies, especially Jessica, as physically safe as possible. Jessica, on the other hand, is a rebellious kind of person, often going out of her way to experience something new. She has found her calling as a daredevil, videotaping herself doing crazy stunts and uploading them online. Jonathan helps out too, making sure she doesn't end up killing herself while trying to get a few minutes of adrenaline.

The Aura and Flux
Before the universe came into existence, there were the Aura and the Flux. These strange energies seemed to have manifested from the good and evil of other multiverses, the exact origin of them is not known, but the Aura seems to be the force of good and the Flux of evil. For eons they existed in balance, but an instability led to a catastrophic explosion known as the Big Bang, creating our universe. In this new environment the forces could not survive, so they evolved. The Aura became Vis, and the Flux became Taint. The instability also made the Vis and Taint sentient, and the Taint overwhelmed the Vis. Pure nodes of Aura and Flux still exist, but they are very rare. The Vis, knowing it could not hide from the Flux, split into the fifty to sixty aspects we know today. They took refuge in material objects that corresponded to their essence, and were later catalogued with the names they go by nowadays.
The Aspects
Aspects out in the world, away from an object or being, exist in a state known as Essentia. Essentia is the purest form of an aspect, and can be extracted from objects put through a specific alchemical process. The purest forms of Essentia bond with the most dominant life form available, which in our time is humans, and defends itself by giving the one who holds it supernatural powers, a longer lifespan, and resistance to disease and other environmental dangers. If someone who has an aspect should die, the Essentia is released into the world to find a new host.

The sun slowly rose over the place known as Halfstone City. A fairly large urban area with parks, malls, skyscrapers, and streets criss-crossing everywhere. Just like any other city. The sun rose further, bathing the buildings and roads in a warm, inviting light. Gradually, the city began to wake up, people started to go about their daily business brought a feel of life to this inanimate area. Halfstone City was a happy place most of the time, where nobody had anything to fear...
Except of course, a young woman named Yuna Stone who walked home in exhaustion and shame.
"Fired. Of all things, fired." she thought to herself as she got to her door and pulled out her keys, which she dropped. As she picked them up, she grabbed a newspaper that was sitting there by her door. She stepped inside, and promptly flopped face first onto her bed. After staying like this for several minutes, she unfolded and read the newspaper she had picked up. The first thing she saw woke her right up.
"Panda strikes in Halfstone, nowhere seems safe." she read aloud. Great, more amazing news! Panda, the legendary cat burglar, in her home town! Nobody had ever seen who Panda was, nor known what they want with everything, the reports say Panda steals things then leave them in the middle of town to be retrieved, so what does that mean?
"Why does everything have to rain on my parade?" she said to herself. As soon as she said the word "rain", the sky darkened and a small shower started. "Not again." Yuna face palmed. "Sunny." The weather returned to normal a few seconds later. This was something that happened all the time, she would say the wrong word, and boom, it's snowing. Boom, its a heat wave. Boom, it's gale force winds. Yuna had no idea of what gave her this power, but had decided long ago to keep it a secret. She looked at the palm of her left hand, emblazoned on it was a symbol of the bottom of a cloud with a lightning bolt coming from it. It had been there from the day she was born, and she didn't know why or how. How can a birthmark have that accurate and complex a shape? She decided to stop thinking about it and start thinking about Christmas. It was only a few weeks away, and she couldn't think of anything fun to do for it. Winter wasn't always fun for her, but she decided to give Christmas a break.
"Snowy". she said and thought at the same time. The weather changed again, this time snow fell slowly and set winter in Halfstone into motion.
"Well, I hope something fun happens soon or I'll just go crazy." Yuna thought as she fell asleep on top of her bed.
Meanwhile, outside her house, a man put down his binoculars and picked up a two-way radio.
"We found her, sir. We traced her power to this location." he said into it.
"Good. I'll contact Victor to let him know, we made need backup if she doesn't...cooperate. We cannot underestimate her, if she starts making hurricanes we're all screwed."
"What are your orders, sir?"
"Keep an eye on her, and make sure the Auras don't approach her first, we've seen them in this city and they seem to be looking for her too."
"Understood, Mr. Libre."
With that he put the radio down and signalled to other soldiers like him to establish a perimeter. The Auras were watching too. He could feel it.

Powers: She can make a Perditio fuelled aura around herself that destroys anything it touches except organic matter, and she can make things decay, rust or otherwise degrade by increasing the rate of entropy, the force that makes ordered things chaotic, like a building becoming a ruin or an object smashing. Oh, yeah, and she can fly.
Personality: Tough and pretty tsundere, likes to be alone, but helps her team whenever she can and however she likes.
Notes: Vanessa is a demon, angels and demons exist in other worlds and can be aspects too, but most aspects are indeed humans. She has never shown herself to anyone than her team, and wishes that she could be accepted, but knows it would cause panic if humans knew about the existence of angels and demons.

Notes: He is secretly ashamed of the fact he has no supernatural powers like the other aspects, but hopes that one day he will be able to unlock them. In the meantime, he leads the Aura aspects or, as they like to be known, the Children of the Aura.

Personalities: Like his aspect, Aiden's personality changes all the time, anyone who tries to understand him run the risk of being driven insane, there are only two people in the world that can. Felix is strong willed, helpful and supportive, and will give it all if it will help.
Notes: Aiden acts tough and aloof, but secretly is depressed because his girlfriend Natalie broke up with him a year ago, he always remembers her and doesn't know what what really happened to her after she left him.

Personality: Shy and misunderstood some of the time, happy and playful in others. She acts sneaky and suspicious more often than not.
Notes: Holly is a kleptomaniac, this as well as her shyness arises from the fact if she uses her power too much she has to endure the weaknesses of animals as well. She is a wanted criminal, breaking into peoples houses and stealing all she can.

Powers: Thomas can erase objects or energy from existence, or put them into pocket dimensions which he can travel through. He can also teleport and create black holes.
Personality: Usually sneaky yet friendly, he knows the value of the Aura and his teammates, he is also a thief like Holly, but he has a reason to steal, as he was left out on the streets when he was young and learned how to use his power to steal things.
Notes: He knows how to use his power and his head, but doesn't always think with his heart, if he did he would quickly learn that Holly has a huge crush on him.

Powers: Laura can convert one type of energy to another on a very large and destructive scale, like creating lightning storms from electrical energy and firestorms from thermal energy, and can also stop projectiles by draining their kinetic energy.
Personality: Happy, cheery, and full of energy. She loves to try and burn off all her energy by doing as much as possible in the shortest timeframe.

Powers: Nikki can create blinding flashes of light, and control the light spectrum, e.g radio waves, X-rays, gamma rays, ultraviolet. CJ can see in the dark, create shadow warriors out of darkness and summon eclipses. Both can create tangible constructs out of light or darkness.
Personalities: Nikki acts very high-class and doesn't participate much unless it's an emergency, while CJ is the opposite, making friends and hanging out is her way of doing things.

Personality: Claire could be considered very compassionate and caring as she is always watching out for her team and is fiercely protective of them, both on and off the battlefield. She is also very dependable and will most of the time drop what she is doing to help out others. None of this, however, stops her from voicing her opinion or dishing out some tough love when she feels it is necessary. An example is when she locked both Sanna and Ivan in a locker until they stopped arguing (which was several hours later).
Notes: Also having a knack for giving good advice, Hazel is usually the person her team mates go to to vent or talk through their problems with. The three of them had been travelling around and goofing off before being found by Cameron, they had decided to accept his offer since they didn't want to go to college yet and still wanted to have some adventure. Has a small admiration for Ivan which she doesn't say since she doesn't want to ruin their friendship.

Personality: She is often regarded by people as cold, sarcastic, calm, childish, and very un-trusting. She also has a short temper, she can often be callous towards them too. Has little patience in dealing with other people's problems which leads to her coming off as being apathetic. This attitude likely developed as a defense mechanism against further possible pain after the loss she experienced as a child.
Notes: She usually only acts nice with Ivan and Claire as they have been together since high school, even though they were from different grades. She came from a very large family and was the middle child out of five siblings, meaning that she would not get as much attention as the younger or older siblings. She had a very close relationship with her cousin who gave her praise and attention that she hardly received. it was not until his death that caused her to change and become cold, since she doesn't want to be close to anyone else to have them be taken away from her again. She has made an exception for Claire and Ivan as they have shown her that they can hold themselves. Her hair is green because she dies it in memory of her cousin, whose favorite color was green.

Personality: Ivan is a very charismatic person and easy to approach guy although he seems a bit shy to hold a conversation, because he always thinks that he'll say something stupid and nonsensical. He's very loyal to his friends and will do anything for them and expects nothing in return, he's just glad that he was there to help. He is also somewhat competitive, finding great joy in testing himself against others, and is a bit of a jokester, sometimes teasing his friends and laughing about it. He doesn't mean any harm by it, and has a habit of making up nicknames for those he meets.
Notes: While he is a workaholic and multitask-er, able to work and study at the same time as he likes to be efficient. He has a minor addiction to playing video games since child hood and likes to face challenges as he likes testing his limits. Has a tendency to act like he is a main protagonist of a story at times. He comes from a pretty well set family, thus allowing him to keep buying video games to quell his addiction for them.

Powers: Superhuman strength, power blasts and the ability to absorb and combine the powers of aspects.
Personality: Dark, foreboding, evil and condescending. He does try to be light hearted at times, and treats his team as well as he can.
Notes: Victor is rich and powerful, he has built a large underground complex under his mansion which he and the other bad guys use as their base of operations.

Powers: Adam can create areas of Taint, the evolved version of the Flux. Taint is a purple sentient substance that can exist as a solid, liquid or gas, and can infect organic matter if it touches it. Taint can also create spores and defensive creatures out of itself to defend or spread it.
Personality: Kind of emo sometimes, but he is always loyal to Victor and his team.
Notes: Adam was adopted by Victor some years ago, he has been helping him hone his skills, which is why when he creates Taint, it is so powerful.

Powers: Control over fire, ash, smoke and heat, the ability to summon low level demons, flight, and the ability to create temperatures hot enough to vaporise any material.
Personality: Lazy, self centred and obnoxious, unlike Adam she doesn't usually help out, this has earned her a bad reputation among her teammates. She also can be a bully sometimes.
Notes: Like Vanessa, she is a demon, and her power would have a tremendous effect on Earth, so Victor also adopted her at around the same time as Adam, to train her and change her personality a little.

Powers: The ability to summon any weapon ever made into his hand, and to wield this weapon with perfection. He can also create weapons he himself imagines, such as a bladed flamethrower, etc.
Personality: Military precision, judgement and decision making. Always treats things like they are a battle, plans things out and strategises.
Notes: After being in the military for many years, he now commands an army of thousands, trained to fight to the death.
Name: Rebecca Ryderr

Powers: Rebecca can create and grow massive crystals, control any crystal from the largest ruby to the smallest grain of salt, and telekinetically control glass.
Personality: Mysterious and enigmatic, not a lot of people know much about Rebecca, though she is good at working together, and an excellent fighter.
Notes: Despite her mysterious past, her team treats her like a kid because she is the youngest of the Flux aspects, and she is often underestimated, which she hates more than the Aura aspects.

Powers: Shiro can freeze anything, and make ice that is extremely difficult to break or melt. He can also make it snow, hail and create blizzards.
Personality: Noble and strong, makes a goal for himself and doesn't stop until it has been reached.
Notes: Shiro hates Aiden more than any one of the Auras, after he beat him in a fight once and wants to kill him for making him look like a fool.

Powers: Pretty much the same as Aiden, she is the only aspect that shares her power with another, she doesn't know why she has these powers but doesn't question it.
Personality: Bitter, holds grudges for long periods of time, never lets go of bad memories. In battle, she often lashes out and attacks head on with a lot of rage in her system.
Notes: She also hates Aiden, like Shiro, but for a completely different reason. For a long time, she was Aiden's girlfriend, being together somehow spread his power to her, and a few days later broke up. She hates him for stealing her thunder, as she believes she had these powers first, and it was Aiden who got them from her.

Personality: Creepy, strange and very insane, she is never without some strange addiction. Mostly it's drugs, but every so often it's something a little less mainstream. If she wants it, nothing will stop her.
Notes: Rather that her aspect giving her powers that relate to it, like it does with many other aspects, her powers are instead fuelled directly from her cravings and hungers being satisfied for the moment. As long as she keeps trying to fill her insatiable addictions, she has her powers. Of course, this rare power mechanic was not without it's downsides, she eventually drove herself insane from all the various drugs she had to take over the years ever since she discovered her powers. Also, her teeth are harder than tungstensteel, and some are filed to points to help her consume the various materials she can also hunger for, which can include steel, raw minerals, broken glass, or any other substance.

Temporal Distortion, can bend time to erase certain moments from history.
Time travel: (well, why not?) Can travel backwards or forwards through time.
Entropy Manipulation: can turn organic and inorganic to dust by ageing them a few million years or so.
Clairvoyance: Can see and predict the near future. This includes observing multiple possible parallel timelines to see what she should do to achieve her goals.
Immortality: She cannot age beyond the age she first used her powers, which means she can watch the entire history of the world in a lifetime.
Tempokinesis: Can slow down, speed up, freeze or reverse time.
"Second Chance": If she ends up getting accidentally killed, her aspect reverses time a few seconds or minutes, and she can avoid it happening.
Her powers are incredibly powerful, but the only reason she isn't ruling the world is because space starts to bend and warp around her if she uses her power too much, after all, space and time are relative.
Personality: Fun and happy on the outside, wants to enjoy as much as possible from every time, especially what we know as present day. On the inside, she just wants to stop being an aspect, and live a normal, human life.
Notes: Katie is the first, last, and only Tempus aspect. She is also the very first human aspect ever to have lived. She was born as a cave dweller in the Stone Age, some 25,000 years ago. When she discovered her powers, her aspect needed to adjust to this new human body. This caused a time wave to blast her back to the birth of the planet, 4.5 billion years ago. Kept alive by her powers, she watched the moons birth, water cover the planet, the continents rise and fall, become green with plants and animals etcetera, all in all the entire history of the planet. After a few billion years, she started to go insane, driving whole species to extinction out of frustration. Then, when humans took over the planet, it was a ray of hope for her. She integrated herself back into the various societies of human culture, and today knows just about everything to do with Earth. Her experience gives her a huge advantage over others.

Can create energy forcefields that can protect against both physical projectiles and energy attacks, These shields can be created to be mobile, and can be created wherever Jonathan imagines they can be. The shields also cushion impact force if something or someone hits one, resulting in an extremely useful power for defensive and protection purposes.
Powers: (Jessica)
Transport Control: Can, with no prior experience, control any machine that contains the Iter aspect, that is, all vehicles. Boats, cars, trucks, trains, aircraft, if it's got wheels, wings, or it drives on water, she can drive it.
World Jumping: Can travel to any place on Earth and back again within seconds.
Speed: Can run at speeds of over 300 kilometres per hour, and can climb up nearly vertical slopes at speeds that mean she could climb a large mountain in a few hours.
Personalities: Jonathan is a very collected person, always checking details and making sure of a situation to keep his allies, especially Jessica, as physically safe as possible. Jessica, on the other hand, is a rebellious kind of person, often going out of her way to experience something new. She has found her calling as a daredevil, videotaping herself doing crazy stunts and uploading them online. Jonathan helps out too, making sure she doesn't end up killing herself while trying to get a few minutes of adrenaline.

The Aura and Flux
Before the universe came into existence, there were the Aura and the Flux. These strange energies seemed to have manifested from the good and evil of other multiverses, the exact origin of them is not known, but the Aura seems to be the force of good and the Flux of evil. For eons they existed in balance, but an instability led to a catastrophic explosion known as the Big Bang, creating our universe. In this new environment the forces could not survive, so they evolved. The Aura became Vis, and the Flux became Taint. The instability also made the Vis and Taint sentient, and the Taint overwhelmed the Vis. Pure nodes of Aura and Flux still exist, but they are very rare. The Vis, knowing it could not hide from the Flux, split into the fifty to sixty aspects we know today. They took refuge in material objects that corresponded to their essence, and were later catalogued with the names they go by nowadays.
The Aspects
Aspects out in the world, away from an object or being, exist in a state known as Essentia. Essentia is the purest form of an aspect, and can be extracted from objects put through a specific alchemical process. The purest forms of Essentia bond with the most dominant life form available, which in our time is humans, and defends itself by giving the one who holds it supernatural powers, a longer lifespan, and resistance to disease and other environmental dangers. If someone who has an aspect should die, the Essentia is released into the world to find a new host.

The sun slowly rose over the place known as Halfstone City. A fairly large urban area with parks, malls, skyscrapers, and streets criss-crossing everywhere. Just like any other city. The sun rose further, bathing the buildings and roads in a warm, inviting light. Gradually, the city began to wake up, people started to go about their daily business brought a feel of life to this inanimate area. Halfstone City was a happy place most of the time, where nobody had anything to fear...
Except of course, a young woman named Yuna Stone who walked home in exhaustion and shame.
"Fired. Of all things, fired." she thought to herself as she got to her door and pulled out her keys, which she dropped. As she picked them up, she grabbed a newspaper that was sitting there by her door. She stepped inside, and promptly flopped face first onto her bed. After staying like this for several minutes, she unfolded and read the newspaper she had picked up. The first thing she saw woke her right up.
"Panda strikes in Halfstone, nowhere seems safe." she read aloud. Great, more amazing news! Panda, the legendary cat burglar, in her home town! Nobody had ever seen who Panda was, nor known what they want with everything, the reports say Panda steals things then leave them in the middle of town to be retrieved, so what does that mean?
"Why does everything have to rain on my parade?" she said to herself. As soon as she said the word "rain", the sky darkened and a small shower started. "Not again." Yuna face palmed. "Sunny." The weather returned to normal a few seconds later. This was something that happened all the time, she would say the wrong word, and boom, it's snowing. Boom, its a heat wave. Boom, it's gale force winds. Yuna had no idea of what gave her this power, but had decided long ago to keep it a secret. She looked at the palm of her left hand, emblazoned on it was a symbol of the bottom of a cloud with a lightning bolt coming from it. It had been there from the day she was born, and she didn't know why or how. How can a birthmark have that accurate and complex a shape? She decided to stop thinking about it and start thinking about Christmas. It was only a few weeks away, and she couldn't think of anything fun to do for it. Winter wasn't always fun for her, but she decided to give Christmas a break.
"Snowy". she said and thought at the same time. The weather changed again, this time snow fell slowly and set winter in Halfstone into motion.
"Well, I hope something fun happens soon or I'll just go crazy." Yuna thought as she fell asleep on top of her bed.
Meanwhile, outside her house, a man put down his binoculars and picked up a two-way radio.
"We found her, sir. We traced her power to this location." he said into it.
"Good. I'll contact Victor to let him know, we made need backup if she doesn't...cooperate. We cannot underestimate her, if she starts making hurricanes we're all screwed."
"What are your orders, sir?"
"Keep an eye on her, and make sure the Auras don't approach her first, we've seen them in this city and they seem to be looking for her too."
"Understood, Mr. Libre."
With that he put the radio down and signalled to other soldiers like him to establish a perimeter. The Auras were watching too. He could feel it.
Meanwhile, Yuna slept with no knowledge of what was to come...
