Hey you, yes you reading this. Go into off-topic and send a picture of your dog. A thread full of puppies makes everyone's day better.

Most of it caught up, just four more? Also have a long opening post. It's been taking me so long because I'm on my phone, I'll never type as,fast without a keyboard.

I personally believe the Enclave will never truly die, though with the greater numbers and how the BoS adapted (They both have vertiberds and enhanced armor of course) They're mostly at a disadvantage. They will stay underground, that's not to say I won't have them included. They are part of the story, but I shouldn't spoil the plot I have planned out.
@jaybreezy We all threw them in the CS section, too late now XD
Ah, just things like Armor lock actually has no limit, theoretically they could lock up forever and be nearly indestructible unless they had something to puncture the suit in a very small point. Drop shields (Unlike bubble shields) can eventually break but provide medical attention. Hardlight shields are infinite but use the Spartans personal shield, leaving them completely vulnerable from the sides and rear and making them incapable of return fire.
@Kurai Assassin You know the books and lore of how the modules work right, not just the games? Because there's a large difference in a lot of things.
@Kurai Assassin

Worst case scenario they get deployed later or become additions and miss out on initial perks of the missions.
@Kurai Assassin Yes it is
@Kurai Assassin Perks are relative to S.P.E.C.I.A.L and can be rewarded for acts of heroism, villainy, or general accomplishment.
@Kurai Assassin
Was going off the classic skills, not perks. You can keep or revise.

Citizenship is to a faction. Legion, NCR, or BoS
@Blueflame Not a big fallout player? Your special is on a 40 point system, you can't have 4 skills at 10 unless luck and strength were at zero but can't drop below 1, your character would be so weak he couldn't lift that rifle.

Tag flaws are like tag skills, you are bad at things such as but not limited to, lockpicking, explosives, large guns, etc. Snipers aren't a skill, that'd be small guns (even for a .50) and perception isn't either, that's a S.P.E.C.I.A.L

I recommend reading up on fallout before revising and fixing.
@Kurai Assassin If it fits the CS then go ahead, it's your character.
