Jack was in the back whilst drake was setting up. He had been for the last hour,mostly napping however he had woken up and was just adding the finishing touches to his hair in the mirror. He had got it just right and turned to look at the slim italian suit that was hung up in front of him. A black pinstripe beauty that he had bought as a present to himself it had almost bankrupted him but it was all worth it. Despite not suiting the feel of the band exactly he was the suave gentleman and the ladies loved it. A quick spin and another look i the mirror passed before he took the suit of the hanger and begun to dress himself.

As he pushed the last button into place he took another look in the mirror and a smile appeared at the corner of his mouth. It was exactly the look he wanted. Stepping out of the back room he stepped out and smelt the air. It was almost as if the event was building all around him and the buzz was beginning to fill his body, he walked out slowly up too Drake and tapped him on the shoulder.

Okay there should be a quarterly update up by this evening. Just a note I enjoy reading but with time constraints I simply cant keep up with 30 odd posts a quarter for me to update about. If it's possible could people please try and limit the number of posts they make per quarter. It will speed up my updating and mean that the time it takes to contact other nations is more realistic. Thankyou.

Jarl Ragnar was about to speak when the newest of the members to the table spoke. He had to calm himself as he almost slammed a mug down on the table at the mention of her placing on the council. Looking over to Jarl Henrik he attempted to catch his gaze and remind him silently of the deals made before the Moot. Despite being a new member to the table Jarl Ragnar had used his 'friends' to secure a lot of information about this women. She was devious and cunning, traits he admired and had himself. He knew her strengths and they would mean she was after the post of Spy-Master. A post he desired himself.

Curse the bitch, it seems I must lay myself low earlier than expected to protect my interests. He thought.

"Jarl Henrik, your words have assured me of the positive directions you would take Norsia. I will be swearing my fealty and vote to you. In hopes that together, as a nation, we may grow and become closer. Heading eacothers advice and council."

And threatened him under penalty of death...not a smart move...:L

Ragnar had served under Beron but had not been to a Moot before and the occasion intrigued him. The Order was something that were more stories and rumours than actual fact and he had wanted to be present at a Moot for some time. Watching Henrik put himself forward Ragnar nodded slowly. Henrik considered himself the perfect candidate, his prior relationship with Beron and the virtues he considered important being those of the old stories. He was truly a picture of the stories however Ragnar would never deny the man had problems. However what man didn't? And right now was not the time to nitpick. United Norsia survived yet already Gothra were pushing their bonds. They needed a leader and now. On the war front Henrik was a good bet.

Sitting forward slowly ragnar took a calculated bite of a leg of chicken before sitting back

"Before I declare my vote, Henrik. I wish too know how you aim to deal with the rising threat from Gothra. We have been at peace for many years now and Gothra have the fire of revenge burning inside of them. It will take more than some sweet hams to appease these brutes and appeasement is never a good course of action."

A lot has happened!

With the announcement of the New World what would have been a quiet autumn has turned into a season of change. Nation after nation has begun sending out fleets to this New World all of them trying to be the first to claim the land they want. This has led to less tension than is expected however I foresee there to be many colonial incidents when the fleets finally arrive. In other news there was uproar amongst the Cartographers Guild today as news was sent from around the continent of the dis generous rulers of Edoniras. The knowledge of the New World was worth a hundred times over the value of the most expensive nation. Yet no donations to the guild, to cartographers or offers of future deals. One nation even went so far as to threaten a cartographer with penalty of death and treat him as a political prisoner. Empowered Companies from around the continent have been offering settlements to curry favour with the offended guild. Only time will tell if this leads too any of the nations falling behind their own companies or not.
