If they could have the Casino's accounts and use it for the laundering of money they would LOVE it because it's a service providing income and so difficult to measure exactly and so keeps the laundering hidden well. Perhaps a deal needs to be struck...

Also for anyone out there I might be in need of a private security firm at time to time so anybody who wants a retainer...

Jack was startled by the voice behind him, though he tried not to show it.

"I have been working out you know."

He flexed his muscles in a fake macho pose and laughed. Smiling he followed Drake into the room and grabbed a chair, spun it around and seated himself. He looked around the interior, less leather than he liked but then he had always been one for looking classier than you are.

"Drake my man, you have not partied until you have been with a couple of blondes, with knockers as big as your head and bums beautifully round, and for them it seems, nothing is the limit. This morning was fun too..."

Jack trailed off as a wide grin, like a cat with cream, appeared on his face.

Organisation Name: The Golden City Particulars

Organisation Leader: Jack Sullam (Managing Partner)

Important Figures: Lana T’rea (Senior Partner), Carmanus Rexus (Senior Partner) and Bin Stard(Senior Partner).

Organisation Specialisation:
Legally The Particulars are bankers at heart. Investing money into fledgling companies and shipments as well as providing loans, a banking service to the public as well as the private companies. They also invest heavily in cyber defence, not even bothering to focus on cybercrime as they need to focus all their resources on defence for protecting their files.
Illegally On the darker side the Particulars can launder money like an art form as well as bypass regulations to avoid taxes and receive permits. They also have a number of interplanetary accounts that leads to the ability of offshore banking for larger companies to protect their assets as well as avoid further taxes.

Organisation Type: Banking Corporation

Organisation Income Source:
Legally Profits come from investment banking and the interest made on loans taken out.
Ilegally Extra profits are made through the laundering process in which a percentage share is taken for services rendered. Furthermore a share is taken of the money saved in taxes for the offshore banking and foreign accounts. Meanwhile to avoid certain permits a single payment is taken for such an item.

Legality: The council would deem the Particulars very illegal despite the apparent legality of the exterior. They have broken many laws, specifically red tape laws, and have taken a small fortune from the system that could have lined the pockets of governments and establishments.

Organisation Base: The Particulars are based in a large building complex on the citadel. In this building they house all of their servers and all of their information however this main hub is then linked with banks all over the galaxy. Most major settlements have at least one Golden City Particulars bank.

Organisation Assets:
-First Bank of the Golden City Particulars, this is the main hub for the organisation. It contains the servers with all the records and files, on the outside a low slung building that resembles a small palace. However it has a number of basement floors that can be sealed in times of emergency. In these rooms the deal and details of all the accounts are located. On the main floor it is a regular bank and on the top floor (second floor) is the executive offices. The First Bank is based in the presidium of the Citadel.
- 10 private yachts for the transport of executives around.
-Many banks in large settlements and locations with high populations.
-A small security team that number roughly 20 per bank and around 50 for the first bank. These men are armed with the most up to date weapons and armour that can be bought. (Legally of course)


Organisation Relations: Warm Relations with Jason Draxx. They currently hold his accounts and provide investment advice, for reduced costs they also use the Lonely Spacer as a front for laundering a lot of the money they hold slightly less than legally.

Organisation History: As mentioned above Jack Sullam is the founding father of this company, it began life as an ex-embassy plot of land. He started by bringing in the larger accounts from his former employer. Meanwhile he also spoke to council members in attempts to find contacts in other species banking systems. This is where Lana T’rea came in; she seemed adept at getting the information Jack needed. Over a number of years he made many friends and contacts within the big companies. It has got to the point where C-Sec keeps its accounts in the Particulars First. With the success they had had they also drew the attention of less than reputable customers. Jason Draxx was such a man, with one of the largest ‘service’ providing institution, and he was deeply interested in the Particulars and their bank. He was brought in as a client and very soon the Particulars were using the Lonely Spacer for their meetings and to hide the money they clients made less than legally. With these accounts they began investing again and their fortune grew further. In recent years they have invested a lot of money into cyber defence. I massive spike in cybercrime has forced their hand as they combat the threat of remote access of their files.

Background: Jack was born a son of a business man. His father had made money running a small arms factory however as Jack became older greater mass production and big business forced his fathers company under. He had been raised with a silver spoon in his mouth however his father became bankrupt and, in response, his mother left the family. He was schooled from an early age and was lucky enough to be very intelligent and receive a scholarship for his schooling. This kept him away fro home for a number of years and in his late teens he finally came home. He was greeted with a letter of condolences as he was informed that his father had commited suicide. This did not faze Jack however, his father had been fairly absent during his childhood and the years away had kept them distant. Instead he used his first in accounting to join a banking firm that had spread across alliance space. He started as a small time investor and bought shares in growing pharmaceutical companies that had sprung up. It was a big hit and soon he was brining in 7 digit figures on a regular basis. From this he was promoted to a head of department, managing his own department of investors. It was here he met Lana T’rea. She was an up accountant who dealt in closing big business deals and bringing their accounts. She was devious and played the game of politics very well, this is what drew her to Jack’s attention and soon he transferred her to his department where she worked in pulling in smaller growing businesses so that when they grew they would turn into big accounts. Together they made a fortune for the bank and grew in its ranks further until they were partners in the bank. However Jack was always very ambitious and he felt limited in only alliance space.

This is when he left the bank, bringing Lana T’rea with him and 2 of her most promising understudies. Using the money they had been saving up over the years they bought some amazing property on the citadel, soon to be the first bank, and took their largest clients with them. Offering high interest rates on accounts and low interests on loans, this drew in a lot of the smaller companies affiliated with the larger companies and the money they made meant that they could expand business to the public and begin investing again. Jack founded the firm and so became Managing Partner however Lana T’rea, Carmanus Rexus and Bin Stard were the members he brought over and they invested an amount as well giving themselves the rank of Senior Partner, sharing in the profits.

Positive Traits: He is ambitious despite his age and is incredibly intelligent. He is a cold man and whilst this can reassure clients as too his seriousness however when attempting to convince new clients he leaves it too his Senior Partners.

Negative Traits: Unresolved father issues, difficulty trusting and he is a frail and weak old man.

Lana T’rea

Name: Lana T’rea

Race: Asari

Gender: Mono-gender

Age: 469

Position: Senior Partner

Positive Traits: She is a friendly face to what can be a very cold business, she excels in closing big accounts and bringing larger companies into the folds of the Particulars. Although there are people who are better with numbers when it comes to dealing with the client she adds a personel touch that cannot be found in lesser banks.

Negative Traits: She is incredibly arrogant, convinced that she is better than everyone at everything and sometimes foolishly tries to prove it. She also has some feelings for Jack Sullam though she hides this too everyone.

Carmanus Rexus

Race: Turian

Gender: Male

Age: 32

Position: Senior Partner

Appearance:

Background: Carmanus was brought in for two reasons. Firstly he is an expert translator and Jack brings him everywhere for deals so Ht he can always converse in the clients native toungue. Secondly he is a former Blackwatch member and heads the bank security forces. The bank contains a lot of very sensitive information and so Carmanus prides himself on the excellent proitection he can organise with the assets provided to him. He was brought in by Jack since Carmanus was an understudy of Lana and was learning the banking way however when Jack found out about his previous military service he was put as Head of Sercurity, whilst still having invested and so being a senior partner.

Positive Traits: Skilled soldier and smart tacticion, he regurlrly checks bank sercurity by running attacks that guards don’t know about and then testing teir responses. He has even once gone into a bank, drawn a gun on a random member of the public and held them hostage to test the response. The member was of course reimbursed for the event whilst the guards got vital experience.

Negative Traits:He is a stickler for the rules, whilst he knows of the illegal activities he never wants to know details and if ever asked about anything of the sort refuses to answer. Furthermore he lacks the skill that similar bank members have and so a lot of the partners look down on him.

Bin Stard

Positive Traits: An expert with numbers and the galactic economy. He is the best the bank has for investing and going over the books. He also has a number of friends within other large firms run by the Volus who from time to time give him some hints and trade prices.

Negative Traits: He is a social outcast, he is rude, obnoxious and has one friend. Jack Sullam is not bothered by it however it means that he also never puts Bin out to meet a client unless all the client cares about it the numbers.
