Current Sometimes it doesn’t matter too much what choice you make, as long as you make it quick and stick to it.

Merry Easter, one and all. Happy Day if you celebrate it or, if not, I just hope it was a happy day anyways

You should laugh every moment you live, for you'll find it decidedly difficult afterwards.

Remember never to step on a mans Timbs. Entirely not based.

Bio

Hey there, I assume you want to know about me so here it is...

The name is gowia (g-ow-ee-ah) or Alex. Or anything else you come up with, I'm not fussy.

I am a 25 year old male, though comfortably I'll play anything as a character.

I am a Brit born and bred and so that is my lingo, I use British words and love my slang, and if I don't seem to make sense I may simply be using English idioms that don't translate outside the rural country abodes I swan around.

I enjoy all sorts of things, I am an avid football (soccer) player and supporter, adore music, and live for a good story. I am in love with history. So you will always get a decent plot or conversation out of me on that subject.

If there is anything else you need to ask, feel free too. I swear I don't bite... much.

The cry of Ronan brought all of Jack's senses back to their normal selves as he righted himself on the ground. Reaching forward he grasped the mans outstretched arm and hauled himself up. The dive had been slighty theatrical however it would have put some distance between himself and a possible attacker. Dusting himself down again he smiled again with no hint of fear. He was confident now. "The name is Jack. And don't worry yourself about me. I'm just fine, a man can never be too careful. Especially with such a lovely companion." Jack smiled and leaned around to wave at the girl behind the man, he assumed, was Ronan. Standing straight again he looked back at the fire. The flames were dieing down and so he grabbed a couple of larger logs and placed them in the small blaze. He got a couple of burns but nothing serious. He had burnt himself worse on the oven at home. Taking off his jacket he placed it down like a blanket on the ground and sat in front of the fire again. Warming his hands he continued to speak. "Do you mind if I ask your name? It's only fair. Also do you mind me asking what you are doing out here?"

Jack heard the footsteps before the man had pushed him. Jack was expecting a shout or to be threatened before closed on so it was a slight surprise when he was squarly pushed and planted his face into the dirt. Spitting slightly his ears rang with the shouting. Raising his hands to show he was unarmed he threw an explanation out. "Hang on there fella! I meant no harm. I just spotted the fire and followed. I take it you're Outcast? Otherwise it probably will have been a bullet not a shove. Seriously i just need a place to sleep tonight, i didn't mean to freak you. I sweat i'm a good guy." Jack smiled cheerily but a slight undertone of fear created a shiver in his lip.

I think that the Blades would be a lot smaller due to the extermination and evacuation earlier on and so not so much of a need for them. That would mean that its a lot easier or them to simply pen us in than go hunting for us. So I can't imagine lots of them running around, making the pickings poor for hunting. Also I can't see Jack being all that interested in hunting Blades, just avoiding them. It's easier. EDIT: Also Cynder, just wanted to be clear it's your campfire Jack is in front of.

It didn't take too long for Jack to spot the faint orange glow of a growing fire. It was a little walk away and the other side of the stream however that didn't matter, he still had time before the sun disappeared entirely. Climbing back down the branches whipped Jacks face and he was left with a number of small cuts on his face. He could fix that later, once he had somewhere safe to camp. The walk from the trees to the fire was a confusing one as he lost sight of the city entirely but the orange glow was a continuous point to walk towards. Coming to the edge of a clearing he quickly lent in. The fire was unattended and there was some people's effects around it. Though the wood supply look freshly restocked so people couldn't be o far away. Pushing his way into the clearing he stumbled forward and sat down in front the fire. On the opposite edge of the clearing he could see a few silhouettes. Looks like he would be seen soon as they turned back.

Possibly someone sane. I doubt it. > > But it's possible! My taste in games is exquisite...though if I could find a very good Lee one I would have to change it. Anyways my first post is up and I hope it is up to scratch.

*One...two...three...* There was a loud crunch as Jack brought the rock down, hard, onto his left ring finger. Pain shot up his hand and into his arm as he shattered the bones in his finger. Whilst the skin was not broken black bruising was already rushing to the surface of his skin and he was losing feeling in the finger entirely. Throwing the rock back into the shop he had got it from he then placed his hand over the broken digit and slowly ran his hand down it. A warmth drifted into the injury and after a few seconds he pulled his hand away to reveal a perfectly functioning ring finger where his damaged one had been only moments ago. This was simply a past time now, at first Jack had loved the warmth but now, now it simply killed the time he spent waiting. He hadn't been sleeping well recently and whilst this didn't help it certainly made the night pass quicker. However now was a time to find a resting spot, not pass the time. He could do that later. Standing he dusted the dirt off of his arse and checked the blue skinny jeans for any rips or tears. Satisfied with his check he zipped up the dark brown jacket and slipped his hands into his pockets as he meandered off into the woods, his backpack had never left his shoulders during the time sat down. The petrol station had been right on the edge of the city and the attached shop had been one of the first to be attacked by the blades. It took Jack a few minutes to find where he had camped the night before. It was a simple lean too created by a tree that had fallen a while ago and whilst it was cover Jack had been freezing. He had heard running water whilst he was camping that night and was determined t find it's source. He was always in need of a good drink. Climbing down some treacherous mud banks he came to a small stream, hidden away by foliage. There was no where open to camp however a number of the trees had grown into each other and grabbing a couple of branches he hauled himself up, there was no cover however now he had located water he was simply looking for campfire. He was tired of squatting in nature and was in desperate need of some company, lest he go mad soon. He knew people were around it was just a matter of finding them. *C'mon...there has got to be someone out there.*
