Fukusho was starting to get frustrated with the tree climbing exercise. He loves running like it was the force behind his existence but controlling his chakra was not something he was a master of yet. For some reason he could feel that it would take some intense effort for him to completely gain control of this particular jutsu. Then he thought of all the ninjutsu his parents could do. Compared to all of that then this little trick was child's play. Then again Fukusho was a child and this exercise was his first hurtle to becoming a great ninja. Then he looked over at Kuro's tree. "Jeez, you killed that tree." Fukusho joked to him as Fukusho heard he sensei say he was moving on with the next test. "Sensei how many more of these are we going to do today?" Fukusho asked.
I walked in and thought I saw him smiling when I mentioned the Azrael killings. It would be crazy to think he enjoyed them. But they were killings of criminals no matter how brutal. He could be a supporter of Azrael. Wait this was a friend he had not seen in a while so it was probably that these crimes brought an old friend back. Angelo was distant but once he was one of my close friends. I followed him into the kitchen and took a seat at the dinning room table. "Angelo you know since I was a kid I always wanted to be a master detective, right? Well I'v been following the Azrael crimes for practice in he future. Do you believe just because they are all brutal public executions mean they were all planned by the same person?"

Yes ability-wise he would be close to Char at the beginning of Mobile Suit Gundam.
I was making more of an alternate universe version of Char with a couple of differences.
