Let's B!tch. I feel it's a healthy release for our roleplay annoyances 2.0

I don't know if anyone else has this problem, but a lot of RPs I've been in seem to have died off lately, and many of them before the ten post mark is met or, in some cases, even before CS' are completed. There are a ton of different reasons this could be happening, but it's still nothing short of dispiriting and demotivating when it just keeps happening. I haven't been able to find energy to post for the few things I'm in that are still moving along now partly because of this.

The Elder Scrolls: Fruits of Contention - Chapter 1 (Completed)

I'll try to write up a post today or tomorrow, folks! Sorry I've been slow, I've been battling a cold and dreading the weekend. From about Sunday to Tuesday I'll have no access to electronics because my school felt the need to hold all the graduating class hostage at a religious 'camp' with the intent of having everyone 'bond' with one another. That'll probably go over as well as can be expected.

Wait, so we do need to have an entirely new CS written up within a couple of days? I usually take one to two weeks to finish one, and even so, my schedule will be very hectic until about Monday. If the judging time for an entirely new app is that short, I may not be able to meet such a requirement. Although I suppose that also depends on the length and detail required.

I can see how applying might be useful, but I feel like we'd need to know a whole lot more about the world in which the RP takes place in order to make CS' specifically for it, and that could cause a whole lot more stress for everyone involved than is necessary. I don't personally have an issue with the 'first come, first serve' that is currently in effect, but if some sort of form was created, it would make more sense for players to send examples of their posts and CS' from other RPs rather than having them work on something entirely new. Just my two cents, though.
