Edited sheet, could the acceptors review it? Also, added a picture.

I'm heading to bed, so I'll point out the things I saw right away; Thrusters should be high, as Mach 10 top speed is -definitely- high tier. Also, it says that it takes the jet 40 seconds to reach that speed, so it would be nice if you noted the normal/cruising speed of the jet as well.

Also specify to what extent, and how fast the nanobots can do their repairs.
The factions involved should represent a motivation to achieve some greater goal. Something to fight for. A reason for two sides to go up against one another, in what would be more than a one-time skirmish, but a large-scale multiverse spanning race towards something both sides wanted. You know, that kind of thing. Keeps characters in the loop, and prevents us from filling up the character depot with randoms.

I could maybe adapt S'kara and make him more of a doomsayer trying to warn other universes of the impending bad that awaits them all. But given that's all so horribly far in each universe's future, I don't see how that would change much unless someone was REALLY paranoid.

Yeah. Only way that would have any impact, is if there was an actual universe-destroying threat coming along, which is way outside of our legal tier ratings. Would also overshadow Skallagrim's big bad, whenever he would show up. Hurhm.
Here's the thing we have to keep in mind if we're going the faction route;

Keep it simple. Try to avoid having a plethora of different intergalactic empires roaming around. Focus on the smaller scale, groups of heroes, mercenaries, or whatever.

But Green, didn't you create a universe-spanning empire? Hypocrite much?'
- Yes, Yes I did. And for that purpose, that faction no longer exists. Hit by a giant beam of plot inconvenience.

That is, if we're even going by that. Anyone got any other ideas as to what the multiverse as a whole can occupy itself with while Skallagrim is away?

Mind you, we're looking for a tempoary common conflict to focus on, and not a universal change of system.

Well. YOU have a universe-spanning faction. Khan has some sort of faction. The other players could form a faction if their characters ever met and had ideals that were not conflicting... This could become almost like a nation-arena thing, if we let it.

That's just it. I think something like that would be healthy for the overall multiverse story. You know, to keep the ball rolling or whatnot. With Skallagrim's absence, and as such, the lack of plot advancement, it could be a good idea to get a few characters together to form actual factions. Be it of intergalactic size or not; just create a bigger reason to fight than individual goals. Get some faction on faction fighting going on. At least until Skallagrim returns and makes a move with his big bad.

Thoughts?
On that note; with Skallagrim gone for who-knows-how-long, what exactly is the grand scheme of the multiverse?
He is based upon the Star Wars kid :)

Edit: So, how we gonna do this?
Mah jedi guy has been posted in that other thread.
