Personality:Kazari is usually shy and humble but always friendly. She is also shown as an equally high-spirited girl as is her friend Saten Ruiko. She admits that she is composed most of the time because of a so-called "limit" she places on herself.

Level: 1

Power: Thermal Hands - It allows her to conserve part of the objects temperature she touches.

History: Uiharu Kazari attends Sakugawa Middle School along with her friend Saten Ruiko, one of her best and closest friend. She has also been in Judgement for as long as Shirai Kuroko, handling the technical and information part of their operation. Is also friends with Misaka Mikoto.

Name: Murakawa Torako

Age: 14

Torako is quite tall for her age, with tanned skin that hinted at her being very active in sports.

Personality: Outgoing, cheerful and super energetic. Would often simply burst into a friend's room without so much as a warning simply to hang out. She lacks any sort of tact, being incredibly direct, and unable to read the atmosphere. In short, the sort of person who will simply blurt out whatever is on her mind.

Level: 2

Power: Amplify - Simply put, she has the ability to amplify either part of the cause and effect rule to two times its original value. It works on power users as well, though it only amplifies the magnitude of their powers, not their aptitude with it. However she is limited to only what she can touch, meaning that she has to be part of the cause and effect, or that she is touching the esper she wants to amp.

History: Everyone heard about Academy City's stories in her town, all the stories where people gain strange new powers that was both feared and admired. Desired, and hated.
For her, Academy City was a dream since she was but a child, a place where she might be able to realize her full potential. Unfortunately, she was only classified as a level 1, and all her efforts to raise it managed to get her to level 2. While her ability seemed impressive to non espers, Torako had had the fortune of seeing the number 1 Level 5 esper in action.
That person's abilities far surpassed her imagination, one where he could simply destroy an entire city block simply by pressing his feet to the ground. His opponents then, however, was mere thugs who ganged up on him, who were simply blown away without much effort on his part.
Ever since then, she kept that scene in her mind, as a reminder that she could one day reach that level. After all, the famous Railgun herself started off as a level 1.

"Ou~! Good night~!" Puru's yawn was contagious; a moment later Reve was yawning herself.

"And speaking of my performance, of course I would be." She said. "I'm Celestial Beings. I should be an ace no matter what I pilot. Nena too, and the rest." Truth be told, she kinda missed Sumeragi screaming in her ear about the plan. Though she will never ever eat those pumpkins. Or tomatoes. That sickly sweet taste and the strange oozing feel of the insides felt like it was something from the Devil himself.

"Ah." Reve realized she had been silent for a quite a bit. "Sorry, I think I'm going to bed now. Good night."
