Current Memes aside, pineapples on pizza is ok actually. Being shat on for liking things different from other people gets old after a while.

"Eh..." She closed her eyes, trying to remember. "Nena said something about a base or something somewhere. Lets go there and uh... investigate. Shall we go there?"

Best place to go for now, and avoiding those stick in the mud people. Stella can just stay somewhere safe if she didn't want to fight. No one would complain if those people were killed she was sure. With a burst from Exia's propulsion system, she headed towards where Nena said the base was.
Will be posting soon. Sorr, was busy for a bit.
Somewhere, Arcadia.
Before she could say anything else to Sam, Mokou was transported to another place. Out, but not exactly where she was earlier. This would leave her rather pissed if she didn't already know Sam's name and his appearance. It makes it easier to find him if she finds out how to leave this place first. It would be leaving to Gensokyo, but at least there the shrine maiden can help him find his homeworld. The worse he would have to do then was perhaps do some errands for the red and white miko.

"Huh? Where are we?" Mokou looked around nonchalantly. "Who's the shrimp?"

Of course, by 'shrimp' she meant the still unknown girl, who's defining features was her rather defiant look and the flower on her long black hair. She wasn't any sort of acquaintance with the creature as well, if her question was anything to go by.

Judging from the creature's speech, it was recruiting more people of talent to them, to serve something or other. Perhaps her instincts were right after all. Its organization was starting to sound more and more like those self righteous cults, too fanatical to see their own faults. Just like her in her past, too blind to see until it was too late.

"Whatever, I'm going. Have fun speaking to that little kid there."

Shoving her one arm into her pocket, she started walking away.
Eh? For me?

you could literally have Lina explode someone because they looked like bandits or something. Or have her investigate someplace where she feels there is treasure, like those places, that place the Emperor just died in, or something else to that effect.

Fujiwara no Mokou

It was pleasant talking to someone. Someone who didn't instantly raise their guard up and eye her with suspicion. Keine was one such person, but she wasn't here right now.

"Whoah!"

Something just appeared behind them, placing a hand upon the two of them. The first thing that went through her mind was hate. Hate for these tendrils creeping about her mind, that feeling that creature gave off. There was a similar feeling coming from one of those sisters living in old hell, but she at least, was trying hard not to dig too much, so as to not offend.

Her temper flared, kept in check only by the realization she would accidentally incinerate Sam beside her if she rampaged here.

The creature brought them to an odd sort of place, as if they were flying but not, with the feeling of an invisible floor beneath them. Images of a war fought far from here floated about the place, no doubt some sort of scrying magic. She scratched her head as the creature spoke about threats that would come to their world if this was left unchecked, and apparently wanting her to join them to help protect their homeworlds together. Those things fighting each other was certainly impressive... for normal humans that was. Though they might be able to field more people than the small land sealed off from normal time and space that was Gensokyo, she didn't have any reason to think they'd be able to invade it.

"Well, that's all well and good, but I doubt anything less than the lunarians can even enter Gensokyo to invade it. Not with the Hakurei barrier still standing, and certainly not with the shrine maiden defending it." Mokou kept silent about the fact she was suddenly pulled out of Gensokyo even with the barrier. Realizing she was getting angrier for no reason, she calmed herself down. The creature certainly felt like a mind reader, but perhaps it was more accepted in its society to be so. But she didn't like it, and that feeling it exuded. "I'm afraid I have to refuse. I have to worry about myself before I worry about other places. I found Gensokyo once before, so I'm bound to find it again. Please send me back down."

After all, an organization claiming they wish to prevent large scale meddling with other worlds while brazenly doing it themselves was surely not doing it for altruistic reasons.
W-what?
"Captain says you're clear to launch. I'll ready the catapults."

"Yeah, you better..." Reve grumbled to herself. "Else you'd have some extra crispy mobile suits in an exploded hangar."

Exia moved slowly towards the launching area, the pilot humming an almost forgotten song to herself. Finally some more action. She could almost feel Exia being as excited for it as she was. Considering how much these people scavenge things from the battlefield, they should be pleased by the destruction she could bring.

"I'm almost ready...this freaking thing is weird I hate how different it is from my mobile suit. Whatever still the same concept just bulkier and with more systems."

"You'll get used to it soon." Reve replied cheerfully as she checked Exia's system, making sure everything was working fine before the green light came on for the catapult. "We're Celestial Beings after all. We're far beyond anyone else regardless of where they are from."

The green light came on. Taking in a deep breath, she announced her launch. "Reve Niens, Exia. Launching off."

Jetstream Sam & Fujiwara no Mokou

"That's an interesting name. I've never heard of one like that." Mokou glanced towards his sword. It would be safe to say it was made by the kappa as well. No other people would have made this sort of strange things. A wandering warrior wielding youkai equipments. Perhaps it says something about the people having grown more tolerant towards them, or perhaps it was only him. Him having stolen it from the kappa doesn't seem likely considering how he carried himself. Dishonor would be the last thing a warrior like him would want after all. "So... how did you get those? It looks very special."

"Ah. This?"

Sam pulled out the sword, revealing its blade glowing an eerie red color. "This is a sword passed down through my family, passed on to me before my father died." While his smile never disappeared from his face, it was now tinged with a hint of sadness. "Or to be more precise, before he was killed by one of his students. We had a dojo, you see. The 'Rodriguez New Shadow School' of martial arts. That was when I set out, for revenge."

Chuckling, he sheathed the sword. "I had it modified somewhere along the way, and managed to have this suit made for me as well."

"I see. Revenge huh?" She looked down. It was something she herself had once strove for. Revenge and anger had clouded her mind so much she had even killed someone for it. "I can understand that. There was once a time when I was motivated by that too. Ah, speaking of which, if you're stuck here as well, we should go look for a way to travel out together. If we meet up with Reimu, she could perhaps help find your place as well."

An offer? From someone much more agreeable, but with much less guarantee on the rewards. Well, considering that he didn't really much like the people he joined up with, if she did discover a way out, he could simply meet up with her and leave without them knowing. Realistically however, he was fairly sure the alien people and those other stranger humans would be the first to discover a way to his home. Perhaps Sam should be the one offering that help. But then again... she didn't look very strong, and if that woman wants to test her the same way he was tested...

"Samuel?" Mokou can't help but notice Sam looked rather down for a moment. "Is there something wrong?"

"Its nothing. Perhaps we should split up to cover more ground. Would you be alright alone?"

Mokou puffed up at that. "Its no problem. I'm quite a resourceful girl if I say so myself." Perhaps it would not do to mention that she didn't exactly need that much nourishment because of her 'condition'. She didn't want to scare him off.
