I just imagine it's easier to fight with a stick then a sword, probably why Donatello having spent the least time training in marital skills uses one. A sword takes years to learn to uses properly. But I'd think a swords allot better than using a knife. (not that fighting with stave is all that simple.)

On that note I'm probably going to add throwing axes to my characters arsenal if that's ok.
Mage is probably died if he's relying on a sword at that point. :p
Hmm, seems I missed the interest check, All the same you have my interest, now I just need to think of a relic and character... Hmmm :3
Meh, overloading is actually a fairly well practiced tactic most GM's, or at least I also use, due to the high number of in-actives that pretty much always crops up eventually. I usually did it with my D&D campaigns online and still ended up with 4 or 5 at most, out of eight or even on one occasion nine players having to start with.

I imagine if people do leave mid-game due to RL or what have you, they're PC's wont be exiting peacefully... :K
And almost no ranged support. Looking forward to that dragon doing strafing runs until we're melted piles of gooey flesh.

At least we know how we'll die. :P

Lucius and Khan, you are both accepted. Including my own this brings us up to 6 character sheets with a couple more likely on the way. I'll probably put the OOC up tomorrow evening and, as long as no one has any complaints, I'll probably start the RP within the next week. There are some other things I need to ask you guys but I'll save it for the OOC. By the way, is called Banahǫgg the Betrayer :)

Always a good sign when you can't pronounce the name of the antagonist. :P

I think Krios and Kathleen should get along wonderfully, after all the Avvar and Chasind get along fairly well..

And speaking of specialization, I better state how far on my sheet Kath is in her Berserker skills.

Well, it's not that bad, is it? Adventure and what not.

It most certainly is not, though given what we have so far, I wonder if I should lean more toward slightly heavier armor, well that's something that can be added later actually. To give us a little more staying power.

And Damn your avatar is so bubbly. :3
Oh, and now a free-spirited Dalish Elf mage! :P

I can see Faen taking an interest in Kathleen, seeing her as an 'obstacle to conquer'

That could either end well or very badly for him. The latter with him learning to fly.

And now we have an incoming mage to complement our: Drunken womanizing assassin, Rich Kid jealous of his older brother, Templar with no Morals, Illiterate barbarian loner, and another barbarian Warden with a dislike of the chantry.

What interesting group dynamics. ^^

Oh totally the best of friends with a secret handshake and everything. There will be no awkward deep seated animosity towards one another or anything! :DOr you could blame the mages for being so fun to kill and making adorable sounds when you squish them. Though then again DAO mages were pretty much gods walking amongst mere mortals.

Indeed, puny magic is puny.
