I'd think ppl would rather get dragon DNA to make were dragons...hmmmm..
Vampire were wolf hybrids? I always find that hard to imagine, As werewolf's are immune to all disease, and so are vampires...would not one cancel out the other or both?

I think some got lvl adj just to discourage ppl from playing them, since their evil, as allot have less abilities then a dwarf.... That's my conspiracy theory at least.

Over the next couple days I should have built up enough decent character's of the day to focus on this. I'll still include Evvie for sure but it will be nice if I add variation to who I use. I doubt I'll use Evvie's demigod form besides maybe a boss battle.
Evvie is coming back is she? I almost feel like coming in with the Hunter seeing as we never finished thei fight.
This does intrigue me though. So we're going with less the faction wars idea and more the original bases with some established powers in which you can have no relation too.
Lucky for you I have had a craving to play something barbaric since I'm rereading LOTR trilogy. Uruk-Hai ftw anyone?
But darn that really narrows down possible races for ppl to pick from for baddies, seeing as goody two shoe races are mostly off the table, allot of evil races have that one annoying lvl adj, Just to name a few off the top of my head.
Gnoll's, Bugbears, Lizardfolk, Tiefling (unfair they give this race one in my opinion), Hobgoblins (lovable hobgoblins!), not to mention more sinister evil races like drow (they do deserve that lvl adj though), and even the evil dwarf counterparts, Duergar, have one lvl adjustment. That leaves out almost 70% of the more common evil buggers. Maybe take away some of their boons? Idk, but it's up to you as the GM, not sure if anyone wants to play those anyway, I did have a mind to play a hobgoblin but that probably wont happen.
