What high tier character? There are three intermediate bad guys currently in theater but no high tiers.

Rilla's PC is high tier.
Wherever a new build up of players heads I'll send Tablurath there.
So which one of you trained on a farm?
Posted both of them, nice new places for folks to visit.

If they dare. :K

Now I have to pick what world I should send the Lord Cardinal.

Was thinking earth, but I have no idea what you and melon are doing over there....
Perdo wastes: The world of Perdo is a massive one indeed, split into two very different though both harsh continents. One of these continents is Arieki, a very inhospitable place for humans, with rugged geography (strong volcanic activity), harsh climate (both tropic hot and arctic cold), extreme weather (poisonous rain and electrical storms) and bizarre alien fauna and flora. It is generally flat and is broken up only by the occasional volcanic fissure or a actual volcano. In the Arieki plains It is believed that the ground contains high concentrations of metallic minerals, which could increase the likelihood of air to ground lightning storms. Making powers that make use of this element more potent than normal. Arieki also possess the Arieki Abyss. Gravity here is slightly greater to that of earths.

The Arieki Abyss is a large subterranean subcontinent east of the Arieki Plains, directly adjacent to the seemingly bottomless chasm known as The Abyssal Zone. A large cavern on the western side of the area is home to Tantalus Base, the headquarters of "Penumbian," a hardy sentient race with rock like skin. The Dybukkar Garrison, a strategically important Penumbian military installation, is located in the northeast corner. Arieki Abyss also contains the collapsed ruins of "Tampeii," the skeletal remains of a Penumbian city lost to volcanic activity.

The other continent is called the Ashen Desert. This Ashen Desert is surrounded by active volcanoes, though fewer then its sister land mass, leaving the region covered with volcanic ash mixing with pale brown sand. Scattered through the sands are countless oasis, fought over by the nomadic tribes of the shifting dunes. These tribes are mostly made up of a race called the Atta, but have little in the ways of advancement, relying on desert magic. In the very center of the this harsh environment, is a massive mountain region containing many caverns, and a small city at it's top, housed over a large deposit of underground water. Acting as the cities only oases in the midst of a harsh world.
Daemon Web: The Daemon web is something between a planet and plane of a sort unseen throughout most of the nexus. The entire world resembles a massive ball of intertwining silks and tunnels, all built into layers of petrified webs. The Daemon Web Pit is a huge rugged realm of webbing formed of all sorts of planar materials and inhabited by spider fiends, Spider-morph mutants, and Driders. The major sentient race of the Daemon Webs are called Arachne and appear to be some form of anthropomorphic spider beings. Much of the Web Pits are a mixture of rocks with chasms and rocky gorges tied in place by large swaths of webbing. There are also many pits and craters. The land itself looks deceivingly dead upon it's surface which is littered with giant petrified spiders with webbing cover everything. There is a distant red sun during the day and eight bright red stars at night along with two pale white moons. At the north pole is a massive hive like structure built of stone and organic matter. There a insectoid race is at constant war with the Arachne. Thus much of the surface can sometimes lay witness to large scale battles to smaller skirmishes.

The world core itself is rice in an ore known as layemoid, which is said to amplify the powers of those who come into contact with it. However, this yellowish stones can have an addictive effect, even being harmful if abused by the unwary. Gravity here is somewhat weaker then that of earth.
Man, I can't Wait until Tablurath enters the scene to start messin shit up....
Skalla, mailed you my world idea's.

Take note that it is two places, following the ':'.

Hopefully the worlds I will be mailing you will give ppl more incentive to leave you the hell alone in NExus.

I'd imagine some form of very pale human with slightly larger eyes would be the generic race, I'll go ahead as if we're in separate towns but I think I should give Asuras time to reply before jumping down.

No one is going for my Turian idea cause of the ultraviolet radiation? :P
