There is like four characters who uses swords, only one of them use magic I think. Where are you seeing all these swordsmen?

That's technically not even what the Green pact is mind you, it's meant to prevent them from harvesting the resources of the forest. I.E killing it to better their lives. Their never obliged to protect the forest interestingly enough.
