So do have anywhere desert based I could use? I can use somewhere green and just borrow Egyptian culture but I like the idea of having a desert.

In an around "The Free Cities of Hara" you can find savanna and desert-like climate zones.

East and North of Aslordan, or around the Hills of Ovesh.

@Archon, if nobody has any problems with is you're accepted. It may be similar to Shin's mask, but masks and invisibility aren't exactly a brand new concept so I'll let it pass.

Okay, I've finally informed Tom about the current events and factions. He has however a few question regarding the troop sizes on both sides.

1. Is the Relic constabulary still active even though Aristo has withdrawn? (In other words, are there any known and fight-based evokers on Amaryth's side?)
2. How many archers, kal-beasts, spearmen-ish troops, knights, siege weaponry and other special units (such as evokers... of course he knows about the vocators by the way) are there currently on both sides in the city as a whole?
3. How many days would it take the professional Othean army, which is currently located in the Eastern Mountains, to mobilize and get their asses back to the capital asap?
4. How large is the Othean army as a whole, especially including the troops currently stationed in the Eastern Mountains?

3. The ones at Fort Madaris? They don't even know the capital is under attack, which is very unfortunate for them. By the time they find out, the capital will have fallen and they will either whole up there or make for Riarson if it's possible.

4. I don't know, but the majority of their forces are at Bolarnir in the West and in small river outposts south of there.

If you've already read the introduction in the OP, I've added an extra paragraph to it which should summarize the current events unfolding in the IC thread. Now, if either of you have any specific questions regarding the RP, regardless of their subject, feel free to ask me here. I also suggest you read the last 2 posts by Ellri and myself as they will also serve to help you understand the atmosphere of the RP, followed by Sundered Echo's post.

+For reference, there was a sphere of relic-created darkness hanging over the city which was lifted in Sundered Echo's post.

I've added a final paragraph to the introduction, in both the interest check and OOC, which summarizes briefly what is now occurring In Character.

I don't ask for paragraphs per post, I ask for well considered posts which recognize the actions and interrelation of events occurring between the players and their environment and allow the story to progress without suffering from the break in immersion created by a post which seems incongruous.

Which essentially means, think about what you're writing and why. Not how much you're writing.

Update: I tried to start writing the synopsis now, but I'm physically and mentally drained so it will, unfortunately, have to once again wait until morning. I assure those of you interested in joining that I will not be doing anything tomorrow so I can devote my full attention to this task.
