Driving his car into one of the lots, he switched the ignition off and took his keys as he entered a drive way looking at the house. He smiled as this was one of his cousin's mom or basically his aunt that was living there and he had been meaning to check up on her. She was old and his cousins weren't around often and it was up to him as a nephew to go check up on her whenever he was around. Damien got out of his car and slammed the car's door before heading to the doorsteps and looked at his key chain sighing at the lack of the house key. Looking at the front porch, he smiled as he saw the little green plant hidden in the darkness as he went over. Inside the pot was a rock along with the plant, upon moving the rock a key could be seen underneath and he picked it up before going back to the door.
Of course he would't wake her up but he made sure to make his presence noticed in the morning by leaving her some clues. He smiled to himself mischievously but unaware of what was waiting upstairs in his aunt's bed. Opening the door, he quickly took off his nice shoes and hanged his coat that he was wearing, as he went into the kitchen. Oddly there was still dishes in the sink, and he knew his Aunt was never one to leave dishes in the sink but he suppose maybe she was tired and left them there. Deciding to help her, he grabbed the sponge and turned on the sink's tap water and began to wash the dishes, cleaning each one and putting them into the dishwasher after each one...

Maxwell DeClairmont
Maxwell was at the Central Park during the shooting as he observed the park from above a building nearby standing on top. With his eyes scouting the scene and a walkie-talkie in his hand talking to his group of armed personnel. He was an individual tracker who was working with a group of military personnel to track down any escaping Gifted or Protesters. So far he had captured many of them, and execution was swift, making the night boring as this was no fun as everyone here was lured to the park by a message exposing themselves rather than dug up and discovered which was much funner. He sighed as it was a boring night full of routine with nothing interesting as he turned of his walkie-talkie as his group was resigned as he was dismissed and soon got off the roof into an alleyway.
Looking up and down the alleyway, he brushed his hands onto his pants as he was done climbing the ladder down to the ground and looked out at one of the exits. As he did so, he saw a bloodied individual entered the muscle car before it took off quickly after picking the person off, very suspicious of what just occurred, Maxwell ran to the end of the alleyway and watched the car turned down the street. Looking at the car just before it turned down the street he remembered the name before he got into his own car later and drove down the street. He needed permission first to leave without someone observing him and quickly left the other way to ask before he conducted his own investigation. After doing so he quickly got into his car and drove back.
Looking down the street and at a map on his GPS he discern the neighborhood as more of an business oriented area with few residential zones meaning the car was going to place open during the night. Tapping onto the screen, he searched all the open places at night, he quickly got a list of all the places that were in a nearby area before he pulled out his laptop. Searching for the neighbor hood general address, he quickly began searching the digital web of any information and it didn't take long before he found a interesting place called 'Lacie's Bar'. On the forums it seemed this place was quite popular with the Gifted Community as depicted by several old post on multiple forums, it was enough suspicious for him to go and investigate.
Driving to the location he got out of his car and looked around for a muscle car that matched the memory in his head that he vividly remembered, having several distinct features. Looking around the parking lot innocently, he found a several similar ones that looked like the one in his head but finally his best match as looked around before taking a peek inside. The windows were not tinted making it quite easy to peer in with him taking his phone out, he turned on the light and looked inside before confirming blood-stains inside it. Looking at the bar, he decided to enter it to see if he could mark anyone as a suspect and brushed himself off before ruffling his hair a bit and entering.
Upon entrance, nothing seemed off as he entered but due to his relatively young age it was strange for him to be in a bar, However, on one table there was a child even younger than him that was here talking to a handicapped girl with no arms. Interesting, it seems this placed attracted a variety of people it seemed as he watched the other patrons casually as he sat at one of the tables. He sighed as he sat at the table, looking at his watched on his wrist as he wasted quite a while as it had taken him forever to reach this place as he had little to go on. Deciding to blend in, he smiled to one of the waitresses and ordered himself a plate of something to munch of basically being Fries and a soft-drink, munching on them during the mean time as he watched everyone inside the bar with a nonchalant stare. Occasionally he'll picked up his phone and smiled at it before setting it down on the table before picking up a fry and eating it, for the most part all of this was an act and he simply wished to blend in. Sooner or later someone will slip and he'll catch it, keeping his ears focused and honed on all the conversations in the room as he could trying to listen to the faintest conversation of whispers from the opposite side of the room.
