What browser are you using?
How many mbps do you get? What do you have running? There it's usually some lash in loading, which is normal. Most of this tends to be stuff like signatures and such that don't load right away, not anything else. 5 minutes is way too long though. It had to be something on your end.
Clear the cookies on your PC and try again.
