The Right as a Player.(SAO/ALO Rp. WIP)

Jason's focus on the lake broke somewhat as the entire arena sprung into life. The floor shook, walls crumbled and a couple of players began to panic somewhat, upsetting Jason's original analysis of the situation with changing circumstances. Jason's head turned rapidly side to side on his shoulders as he sought their foe and he moved back to back with Lucy both to protect her and himself. To Jason the move felt cheesy, like a bad movie cliche even in combat, nonetheless it was a valid tactical manoeuvre. Shield and dagger poised Jason awaited the shock that was sure to come.

Muriel, when she appeared, was jaw dropping on many many levels. The first was her awe inspiring hp line. Without some serious teamwork it was going to take an age to kill this thing! Second was her appearance. The queen was sinister looking, reminding jason of an arachnid upon first glance, and yet eerily seductive too. For a moment following her arrival Jason was lost in her voice as she spoke and his eyes traced the contours of her feminine humanoid torso. Jason shook his head, disgusted at his momentary attraction to this monster. She was a beast that would kill them in a moment given the chance and had to be slain.

Jason adjusted his combat stance to face the beast with disgust, determination and total loathing on plain in his character. He had lost friends to boss monsters before and wasn't about to again if he could help it. In spite of his rage Jason remained coldly tactical. Rushing forth wouldn't help now. His stats weren't geared for tanking as opposed to dps and damage evasion. Diving headfirst into combat now would earn him excessive aggro and make life harder or non-existent for him later on. Jason very much doubted he could take a direct hit from the boss and have favourable hp left afterwards. He would hang back for now and let tanking characters do their job.

We have a lot of archers... I was specialising as one. Kinda wish i hadn't now but its part of the character.

Anyways. Posted IC for the first time in a little and I hope it helps. Been rather inactive as of late due to maxed out work hours, an rp I am trying to launch (a rather underwhelming interest check is in my signature. Significantly more effort has gone into the OOC thread thus far. Hopefully that'll be up tomorrow at the latest.), family and job hunting/interviews. Bleugh. Tired out. Still more to be doing...

Elder Scrolls: Terror of the Padomaic

Allaina followed Sharee in relative silence for the duration of the day, responding only when spoken to and otherwise simply absorbing the details of her surroundings and getting a bearing for the people they met. Their first meeting was not too bad for Allaina as she had already met Kayal and had a certain attachment to him bred from the kindness he had shown her on the beach. For a moment Allaina twinged with guilt as she realised she should return the coat but, no sooner did she move to return it than she realised she was still wearing argonian leggings complete with tal-hole. For some reason the idea of walking around with her underwear exposed for viewing embarrassed Allaina and she quickly clutched back in keeping a tight hold of the coat she had been given.

The second individual who approached the table was more intimidating to Allaina. A light skinned bosmer by the name of Tagorn who seemed very sure of himself and perhaps a little overbearing. Something in the mans gaze frightened Allaina. It seemed to her almost as if he viewed those around him as prey and, although Allaina was reassured by Sharee's confidence in her dealings with the man, Allaina shrunk back into the background as best as she could for the duration of that meeting. When the group finally parted it seemed, to her relief, that he hadn't noticed her. Later however this was not the case.

"...who we have we here may I ask? Another recruit I hope." He gave a wicked smile to his fellow Bosmer as he gave her a quick nod. "You can call me Tagorn kid." He said, presumably in an effort to be friendly. Allaina blushed at the attention and ducked her head, averting her eyes. "Allaina." She replied meekly before taking a seat and fading as best as she could into the background once more.

Allaina listened carefully as Sharee went over the plan, eager to do her part and please Sharee and Kayal. The plan however made her nervous primarily because she would be separated from Sharee for the duration of it. Allaina presumed from Tagorns personality thus far that he would want to steal the equipment and she had no desire to upstage him.

"I'll help distract them." She piped up quietly and quickly before retreating back to her previous state of silence. She had no idea as yet of how she would distract the guards but she wanted desperately to be part of this plan.

Hey all. In the interests of making the rp experience as good as I possibly can before and after launching the OOC I've decided to ask some questions. ManoftheNorth you've already been kind enough to answer these.

1st question. What would you like to see in/are you expecting from this roleplay? This can be anything at all from specific facets in the setting such as an item of tech or just general game concepts.

2nd question. What do you NOT want to see in/from the roleplay? Again. Anything you can think of.

Elite. If i am needed notify me but for now I am happy enough just having allaina tail sharee. I will likely do a post from her pov soonish but work has kept me mighty busy as of late and I've been trying to find new a new job in between whilst simultaneously setting up my own rp. Things are pretty packed.
