"Well.....I suppose my powers are...erm...minor telekinesis....I'm not very good at it yet....and making creatures using various objects........and you?" Sammy said this very nervously, stuttering a lot and leaving gaps between words. He felt this seemed almost too personal to refer to at all, yet it really wasn't.
"My name is Sammy, what's yours?"Said Sammy. still feeling a bit weird. He was feeling a bit guilty for accidentally scaring the new kid.

Is that an accepted or a "I'm thinking about it"?
Well, Felin's destruction is caused by his disasters, and he is much more controlled than to go: "I don't like this place. HAHAHAHHAHAHA VOLCANOES AND STUFF HAHA DEATH HA." His job is to destroy with nature, to make sure that nature is in balance with man. He keeps expansion in check, and he makes sure that uninhabitable areas stay unchanged. He believes that man should not try to control nature, or man will feel his wrath.
Name: Felin, God of Disasters
Appearance: He has pure green eyes, just irises, and he has flowing orange "hair"(see body) falling down the back of his head. He wears a white robe with small designs of hurricanes, volcanoes, quakes, and lightning scattered on it. He has a sort of light yellow substance for a body and form that takes the shape of a smooth humanoid without visible muscles. His "arms" and "legs" sometimes turn into coils, but for the most part stay normal.
Abilities: Creating natural disasters and balancing them out, this includes natural fires but not man made ones. However, his creations can be provoked by human activity. He can make volcanoes and decide if they are to be active, dormant, or extinct, and he can change this, except for if he makes the volcano extinct.
Personality and Flaws: He is generally a nice god, despite his job and abilities, and feels compelled to tell other gods if his creations threaten theirs, but he is not rude about it in any way. He is generally laid-back and tolerant. He dislikes it when humans try to create natural disasters through magic or technology, as he feels that is his job. He is completely fine with the knowledge of disasters and such, as long as they don't try to stop them. He has a sense of mercy and is quite fine with calling off an erupting volcano if the inhabitants are already troubled enough and plea for mercy. He dislikes it when other gods try to stop his volcanoes through what he sees as "unnatural processes."

Erm, what are the ranks?
Sammy decided he had done enough accidental harm and slowly floated himself back on top of his desk, feeling a bit ashamed of frightening the new boy. After all, that wasn't nearly close to what he had wanted, and look what happened. He went to the conclusion that people are afraid of giant, talking, levitating cats.
