Should I keep the speed for the other vehicles? I mean, the Ordinance Light Cruisers are the only ones that are spaceships.

Nation name: Ltek Species: Lizard-like humanoids. This should be a bit easy to figure out for yourself what they look like. They have scale colors such as brown, green, blue, purple, orange, black/gray, yellow, and so on. No red or white-scaled Lteks, though. Description of government: Constitutional Monarchy. Description of military: The Lteks have a military composed of(at the time I start roleplaying) three spaceships. (Like, the big ones, not the tiny fighters) They have limited space technology, and are always trying to improve it. Their land military is far better,though nothing special in the big picture, and they have quite a few transport vessels(on land/ air). A-7b Combat Suit: The standard military armor. It is nothing special, just shock suppression and recoil reducing. These are often customized by Lteks who can afford it, and may house minor things like ammunition compartments. A-11 Combat Rifle: The standard military weapon. Accurate to 950 yards, it is capable of punching through A-7b Combat Suits in a few shots. Just remember that this is, like all the Lteks technology, vastly inferior to almost all spacefaring nations. It can fire 7 shots before the magazine is drained. B-2 Standard Pistol: A standard pistol carried by officers as a second weapon. These can fire 5 shots in a magazine before it is depleted and is accurate to 650 yards. The B-line of weapons is special because they feature a newer technology, recharging power systems, so the magazines will slowly recharge when placed in a special slot in the Combat Suit. Iguana Transport: A transport plane that can fly at a top speed of 643 mph. It is armed with two forward-facing swivel A-4 Cannons, which are .7 meters in diameter. It also has four A-7 Barrages, which are rapid-firing 4cm blasters that are good against ground troops. It can carry 2 Havona Light Tanks, as well as 250 Infantry. Havona Light Tank: A light tank that can travel at a maximum 21 mph. It has one A-3 Tank Cannon, which is 43cm in diameter and can punch through 7 men,Combat Suits included. The crew consists of five crewmen, all of which carry B-2 standard pistols. Letye (Let-yay) Fighter Jet: Outfitted with four A-7 Barrages on each wing and at a top speed of 988 mph, this is the best plane available to the Lteks. It is good for dogfights and scouting missions alike. Ordinance Light Cruiser: The only warships available to the Lteks, it travels between stars with the Interstellar Drive. The Drive can take it near-instantly to relatively close stars, but requires 3 hours to charge up. It has two 10m cannons, six 4m cannons, and more than 20 Blitzes, which are two 30cm blasters scattered around the ship. MORE TO FOLLOW

Name: Kail Appearance: He has the hair and appearance of a low-class Saiyan, but it sticks up a little more than it should. He wears an authentic blue Saiyan combat suit. He does not curl his tail around his armor, but just leaves it hanging in mid-air. He stands about 2'6 and is of average build. Age: 6 Race: Full Blood Saiyan (Willing to change to Half-Saiyan if need be) Gender: Male Power level: 157/314 Strength: 35/70 Speed: 39/78 Endurance: 51/102 Ki: 32/64 Techniques Ki Blast, Energy Wave, basic ki stuff, Afterimage. He can turn into an Oozaru at the full moon, he can't create an artificial one. No custom techniques due to having never fought. Personality: He is friendly and respectful, which are pretty much opposites of typical Saiyans, due to his father teaching him. He gets stronger when enraged, though not to an extreme. He is incredibly energetic and has trouble sitting still for more than a minute. He enjoys adventuring and meeting new people/ seeing new things. He doesn't back down from battles if he needs to fight. He stands by his friends and allies, and isn't one to chicken out. History: Kail was born with a tail due to being Saiyan. He did not have it removed because his father taught him to control his Oozaru form to some extent. His father died when he was three of a disease. (Not the Heart virus) He lived on his own, not having a real home, until he set out an adventure. Before his father's death, he was trained to fight, but not as a destroyer, as a protector. He ended up near the tournament and listened to the announcing, because he didn't know how to get in. He heard about these "Dragon Balls" and decided to ask someone about them. This is supposed to be where Kail comes into the RP.

Continent: Europe Brief History: They have a history of providing financial aid to poorer countries, and assisting new countries that are having trouble setting themselves up. They only get into conflicts if they feel one (Or two) causes are wrong, like if the war is simply for power. They have never been a sizable country since the Ltek Civil War, which lasted for seven years and they had to trade some land for military assistance. Interested, but can I be a lesser or younger dragon at the time?

Can I have a character with a stat total of less than 200 that isn't in the tournament? A stat total of like, 140-180?

Please no arguing about the somewhat controversial thing in my IC regarding that everybody likes cats, this is what Sammy thought.

Sammy turned to Kyo and said, in a happy tone, "Nice to be formerly introduced, Kyo. I'm going to go find Mike, he seems like he needs the help." He said that last part with a serious tone, and then leaped down from the table and started following the scent trail of Mike. It wasn't the slightest challenge for him, it wouldn't be for a cat that had one nostril. It smelled like fear, and a lot of it. It was an easy scent to track, fear, because it is easy to pick up and hard to confuse with others. He padded down the hall and into the kitchen. He stared at Mike, hiding under a table. "Come out, Mike. He isn't a zombie. He isn't going to eat your brains, and I'm not going to eat you." He had put on an expression that made it hard to be scared from, he looked just like a normal cat, but larger. And after all, who doesn't like cats?
