I'd like to see 12 vs Dreyar. Energy-absorbing android versus someone who flings energy at his opponents constantly? Sounds fun!

Just so people know how 12's energy absorption works: If and when an android absorbs someones power, not all of it is permanent. He gains a permanent power boost which varies depending on the energy drained and who it was drained from, and some extra energy that is expendable. Also, he will probably try to take as much as he can from enemies, especially when they no longer pose a threat and he doesn't have to worry about them getting away. So basically, he acts like a vulture in that regard.
Okay, here are my ideas. Not in order.
-tournament
-possibly fight each other (In the tourney), maybe a few bitter feelings we have to begrudgingly put aside
-cliche interruption, enemies stealing the prize money as suggested by others, maybe the previous androids to 12 would be possible bad guys?
-beat up on some npcs in the tourney, maybe a brief narration of the preliminaries
-chase the bad guys
All I got.

Name: Android 12 (Not made by the RRA or Gero or that stuff, just an Android.)
Age: Awake: 0, Physical: 12
Gender: Male
Race: Android
Fighting Style: Balanced, can absorb blasts, and energy from just touching them.
Abilities: Basic things like ki blasts and energy waves, energy absorption. Can also take excess energy and give it to someone else, but this can shut him down if too much is transferred. Can detect and track energy signals and run diagnostics.
Appearance: 12 has a gray sleek metal body, eyes with red pupils that can detect or track energy signatures and run diagnostics on things, people, machines, etc. He wears a navy blue T-shirt and dark red sweatpants. He also has a dirty gray baseball cap that he found on the floor, and he wears it because he has no hair.
Biography/Personality: 12 was the last of his creator and was specially designed as a fighting machine, able to get stronger by absorbing energy from his enemies. He does not have the mindset of a killer, but does not hesitate to fight. He is generally friendly and enjoys meeting new people....provided they aren't gigantic jerks. He was programmed almost completely, but a small bit of code was corrupted and he sometimes says somewhat scary and frightening things which contradicts his normal personality.

Sure, but since none of the people from the show will be appearing, how about the Blue Band Battalion? All with blue headbands on their hats/helmets/heads
Also... Dunno, everything seems in order then you say *can absorb energy that touches him*. Maybe back it up a bit? Perhaps more of what 19 did, cause that's a biiiiit strong.
I meant he can absorb ki blasts and such, as well as through contact.....like 19 could. And Gero.
