You are aware that the story is totally different each game, every gen has a new engine, and new Pokemon, right? The only thing that's the same in any respect is the goal and the formula. And even that occasionally changes.
I don't really care about the engine, story is different in each CoD as well, and new Pokemon is synonymous with new guns in each game. It was fun, but not anymore to me.
