It's definitely a weapon of sorts. That's all I can gather from it. How strong is it? What was it meant for, specifically? I can't answer those two questions. Anti-Noble weapon is all I can say.

I don't know if we were going to build it or try to find one they built so long ago, if they did at all. I guess the former is the better option in almost all aspects.
