I looked into it a bit more, and she has "Existencenial Pressure." A mild case of this may be experienced when traveling between dimensions with different structure too quickly for some, but the Scale seemed to have a greater tole. It explains the power supression, age difference, and the impending doom. On the bright side, there is a cure.
