Also, I'll go ahead and say this. That old rule that was at my old house (the one where my phone must always be in one spot at all times) is in play again, unfortunately. And with four adults in the house, it is exponentially harder for me to do anything now.

Code name: Agent West Virginia (West for short)

Gender: Male

Age: 27

Implanted A.I.: Delta - Allows for complex calculations. Causes a need to correct people.

Personality: Hood can best be generalized as a laid back jokester. Most of the time, he is neither angry nor upset, and he likes cracking a joke or two when he finds the opportunity. When in combat, he becomes utterly serious. He'll still let his humor shine when in a fight by using one-liners, but the laid-back end of his personality almost seems to disappear.

History: Hood used to be a renowned sniper for the UNSC during the Insurrection and a portion of the Great War. He was at the Fall of Reach, and during this battle, he claimed over 3000 confirmed kills, almost half of which were Kig-Yar, and a quarter of which were Sangheli. He escaped from the planet's glassing on the Pillar of Autumn, and he even met the Master Chief briefly. After being honorably discharged from his service as a Marine sniper, he signed up for Project Freelancer.

Fighting Style: Hood was never a bad hand to hand fighter by any means. However, being a marksman by trade, he tends to lean heavily toward his impeccable marksmanship during combat. His martial arts skills aren't top notch, but they are good enough to allow him to hold his own against decent foes.
