Uh, use an AC connection. If you mean something other than a wall plug, could you be more specific? If I were to build my own, I'd have a backup power supply in case there was a power surge.
All I need to know is how to tell if I need to get, like, a 1050W power cord or something. You can't have too low of a wattage or it won't work, right?
