Well, perhaps you shouldn't. Where I come from, a weapon is used to amplify the soul wavelengths of a meister, that wields it. However, weapons are also living creatures. Humans that have the ability to transform into them. The weapon acts as an amplifier to the soul wavelength of the meister. However, some are capable of broadcasting their soul's wavelength without the amplifier, and attacking with it directly, like me.
