So I managed to survive the semester with a third of my sanity left. To my partners: I'll try to respond to everyone in the next week or so!

If I'm ever online during the week, it means that I'm probably procrastinating with something that I shouldn't be procrastinating with.

Bio

Hello there! I'm HiddenBeauty13, HB13, Hibbie, Beauty, Hidden, or whatever nickname you choose to give me. I have been a member of RPG since 2012 (I believe, don't quote me on this. I could be wrong.)

I am a pretty diligent roleplayer but I am very dedicated to my school work and I do take time from RPG to focus on school, especially since I'm a college student. So please do not be alarmed if I'm MIA for a week (or a few weeks or a few months), I'll be back and ready to continue roleplaying with you!

Raine blinked in surprise as the guard suddenly began to walk away, barely giving the girl enough time to react to the sudden change of course. Sighing, she quickly made sure that her money pouch was secured underneath her cloak before moving to catch up with the guy, who was nearly around the corner by the time she finally got moving. Geeze, why is he in such a hurry? Or does he always walk this fast? The assassin planned on asking that question out loud to Flake but, when she turned to address him, he was busy climbing over sleeping people to get to the roofs of the buildings.

"Ignore him, by the time you're suited up, he'll still be messing around." The guard said without slowing down and, once again, Raine had to practically jog in order to keep up with him. She may be in shape, but she didn't enjoy running without some sort of reason too and, by the looks of things, they weren't running from anything. In fact, people seemed to be trying their best to get out of Drake's way to avoid getting trampled on by the big bulk of a man. "Yeah, I'd probably be running away too if I wasn't behind him." Raine mumbled to herself as she glanced up at the man; she immediately looked away as she noticed all the gunk and blood stains covering the back of the armor and she wondered what the front looked like. "Geeze, do you ever clean this thing? I can barely see my reflection in it." She complained and knocked on his armor lightly with her knuckles, though the assassin noticed that the probably hadn't heard her. Oh well. I have no problem saying it again to him when he can actually hear me.

Raine's thoughts were suddenly interrupted as a vendor called out, trying to bring people in to buy his bread. The girl's stomach seemed to growl in response and she paused for a moment, seriously contemplating whether or not to buy herself a piece of bread or not. "I bet it would be really tasty...but I should probably keep following..." As she looked up, Raine realized that the guard was no longer in sight and she silently cursed to herself. Why does the delicious smell of bread always distract me? Soon, the cloaked female could be seen running through the crowd, dodging and shoving people as she did so. Her hood fell from her head as she hopped onto a pile of crates, exposing her silver hair, but she welcomed the sun as it warmed her nose and cheeks. While standing on the crates, Raine had a good view of her surrounding and she was able to spot the guard nearing what she assumed to be the armory.

Now that she knew where he was, it didn't take long for her to catch up to the man, just as he was telling her to ignore every and follow him. "Sir yes sir." Raine said with a mock salute before following him inside with wide and curious eyes. The armory was like nothing she'd ever seen: People--mainly men--of all shapes and sizes stood over what she assume to be their own little work stations, complete with hammers, metal, and even more metal. The sound of metal hitting metal echoed to her left and, when she looked over, she saw a man using a hammer to shape a sword that was nearly as long as her arm. That guy might be someone who would wield a sword that big... She thought, referring to Flake's friend, who had managed to get far ahead of her again. "Where are you taking me?" Raine called loudly to him once she caught up once more.
Allura smiled as Akira finally joined them at the table and began to add his own little input to the topic at hand. What he said was true. Many people were afraid of demons and only believed that angels were the good ones. But maybe I can show people that not every demon is as bad as they might think they are. There are some that actually have better hearts than some angels do... The angel thought as she returned Akira's smile with one of her own.

The elderly woman's smile seemed sad, but she nodded at Akira's last few words regardless. "I understand. You have to do what you have to do, after all." She said knowingly; there was no doubt that thoughts of her husband's sacrifice for her had plagued her mind. Meanwhile, Allura had also began to eat her food, maybe a bit faster than necessary, but hey; the woman could cook...! She managed to eat hey way through both biscuits and her slice of meat before finally looking over to the woman, who was still staring off at nothing in particular. "Uhm, ma'am. What is it that you would like to ask us?" The angel's tone was gentle yet firm and it seemed to wake the woman from her daze. "Oh yes. I apologize for that." She said with an apologetic smile before focusing on the two in front of her. "How did you two even become acquainted with each other? I thought it was rare that angels and demons actually got along, especially not as well as you two do."

Allura glanced over at Akira and nodded. It seemed like a harmless question, especially since the woman was right. Angels and demons were supposed to 'hate' each other, but Allura found it very difficult to hate her companion. "I happened to stubble upon him in the forest one day; he didn't attack me so I didn't attack him and we both decided to team up in order to find civilization, since living out in the forest wasn't exactly the easiest thing to do." The angel replied, twisting the truth just a bit to protect the woman; she figured that she did not need to know that she had come to Earth with the task of finding and eliminating Akira. The woman nodded, seeming to believe what Allura said, before looking to Akira.

"May I ask what made you travel through that cave on the edge of our town? People usually tend to stray away from it, as there is a myth related to that cave. Apparently,a shape shifting demon lives in the cave and uses its power to lure in the weak before taking their soul." The elderly woman said before taking a sip of her milk; Allura was busy eating a spoonful of the stew on her plate when she heard the question and she looked over to Akira, raising an eyebrow as if to ask if he was going to answer it or not.
surreee it is.
well. there isn't anything to say xD
^ Really? lol
Raine raised an eyebrow at the question. It was out of the blue, especially since she hadn't said anything about needing new armor to him but, after glancing over at Flake, she figured that he had something to do with the sudden offer. "How much would I have to pay you to get some new armor from you?" The assassin asked, assuming that she still had to pay the man for the armor.

As she waited for an answer, Raine pulled the hood of her cloak over her head, throwing part of her face into a shadow. She wasn't cold or anything; The assassin just felt less exposed with her hood on. Raine then counted the number of coins in the money pouch that Flake had given her with her fingers. After paying for a room in the inn the night before, she was like with two fifths of the original amount. However, the assassin would still try to bargain a price that was much lower than the original price, based on what price would be proposed. I just hope that he gives it to me for free or at least really cheap...I haven't had this much money in since I had to leave the Assassin's Guild. Shet thought with a soft sigh.
Exo-Two Moons
Raine was surprised when some girl actually helped her finish off one of the two o her attackers. She even gave her some coins! Raine wasn't one to say no to money, so she put her needles away and quickly snatched up the coins before anyone else could even think about taking them. This can feed me for the next few days! She became so consumed with the thought that she nearly missed the other girl asking the bartender if he knew of anyone who had doctoral and navigation skills. Was she looking to start a crew or something? Raine didn't care, though. If she could get a meal everyday, then she would be on anyone's crew. Oddly enough, she hadn't thought of joining a crew until now.

"Hey! You." She called to the girl as she walked over, completely oblivious to the fact that another person, a male, had also taken interest in what she had to say. "I can be your doctor and navigation specialist. I'm fully trained in both and you don't even have to pay me in money! Just feed me everyday and I'll be the best crew member you could ever ask for!" Raine exclaimed with a grin; her mouth was already watering at the possibility of eating everyday. Even her stomach was growling in excitement at this point.
"Hey! Get back here!" An angry voice yelled as a girl with red hair forced her way through the crowded streets of her home town. She'd managed to swipe a piece of freshly baked bread from his cart and, boy, was he upset about it. "Somebody, stop her!" His voice managed to carry to some 'good samaritans' and a man who was probably one hundred years old made an attempt to stop Raine, but she quickly moved pass him before hopping onto a nearby crate, nearly crushing the oranges inside as she did so. “Watch it!” The owner of the oranges exclaimed as she tugged the crate from underneath the red head, nearly making her fall in the process.

Luckily, Raine was able to hop onto another crate before hoping down to the ground. By then, the entire market was in a state of confused chaos and the girl took that moment to slip away, unseen by her previous pursuer. Haha I still got the bread. She thought to herself with a satisfied grin as she bit into the semi warm bread. It needed a bit of butter but Raine wasn’t complaining. Food was food. The street that she was currently on was rather quiet and the peacefulness of it relaxed the girl a bit; she even stopped and closed her eyes, savoring the moment.

Images of her mother and father popped into her mind; her mother’s gentle smile, her father’s red hair. Raine was a split image of her parents, who were deceased. The girl was around eight years old when a terrible storm swept through the town, flooding streets and homes without remorse. Her parents has sacrificed their lives to keep her head above water and eventually perished themselves, leaving eight year old Raine to fend for herself in the world. The girl quickly opened her eyes and pushed those thoughts away. No, there wasn’t time to feel sad, not when she could hear some type of commotion going on in the tavern near her. Since Raine was quite a nosey person, she headed over to the tavern, surprised by the loud noises that floated out the front door, which was slightly ajar.

What’s going on in there? She wondered to herself and peaked her head in, only to pull it out as someone came flaying towards her. Raine managed to get out of the way in time, but her bread was knocked out of her hand in that moment. A look of surprise crossed her face before it was quickly replaced with anger. “You…That was the first piece of food I’d had in days!” She exclaimed and dragged the man by his collar with an unimaginable amount of strength before throwing him back into the tavern, knocking over a fighting pair at that same moment. When they were back on their feet, they turned towards Raine with a look of hatred in their eyes but, by that time, the red head had already pulled out her fighting needles from her trusty pouch and pointed them threateningly at the two.

“Bring it.”
I definitely fell asleep before I could post....ill do it now....
