Lori could say a dew noble words but in the end she felt useless. She was a fragile illegitimate princess whose only right to live in the castle had been her fathers word. With a sigh she made her way to the drawing room and picked up her embroidery. She worked though she felt anxious. Something wasn't right in the castle.

Lori stroked the queens back. "Do not blame yourself Irena. Those witch are selfish and troublemakers. I doubt they wanted to kill you either. I think they just wanted to get a rise from you. You mustn't let them know how they've hurt you." Though young, Lori understood far too well how people could become irritable just by your presence. Many noblemen and women still look down on the princess but not once did she ever let it show. It was times like this where she seemed far more mature than usual.

Lori was startled by Irena's tears. She hesitantly took a few steps forward before wrapping arms around the other woman. "Irena...that must have given you such a terrible fright. How cruel some people can be."

Welcome to Aurora

"Hell Yeah!" Shouted Ink, find hitting the table dining room. It was hard to imagine that this loud and proud girl had once been prone to fainting when she first arrived at Aurora. Today she was happy that she would finally meet the man that helped save her mother's life. Because Ink had agreed to be a test subject, her mother got money for the loss of house help and money to pay for the medical attention they needed. Both of them were in a better place simply because they were healthy, had a roof and food. This in turn made them happy.

Today she was ecstatic to meet the man she owed her thanks. Not to mention she'd be meeting new "heroes".
