Hello! I'm eso, old as balls, any pronouns, and I'm searching for 18+ fans of Dragon Quest: Adventure of Dai (Dai no Daibouken) for some 1x1 RP fun.

I prefer posts of variable length, usually around 2 to 6 paragraphs, going lower or higher depending on the content of the scene. It's been a long time since I've had any active RPs so I can't give a good estimate of my reply time, but I used to be able to reply at least once a week. I'm looking for someone with similar frequency who is communicative, laid back, and won't badger me for posts. Romance is optional for me but if we explore it I write canon x canon or canon x oc pairs, any sexuality or combination of genders is good by me. You must be OK with LGBT+ themes and headcanons even if we write M/F pairings. NSFW is optional but available, it's not something I actively search for but I wouldn't mind incorporating 18+ content into a plot if there is mutual interest. 

Mostly I'm craving an Avan centric RP. My absolute white whale of a wish is for someone to play him in a Canon x OC (romantic or platonic) plot with a somewhat self indulgent isekai theme inspired by classics like Leda, Escaflowne, El Hazard, etc. No reincarnation, no super OP cheat skills, just an adventure of self-discovery in a strange new world with an equally strange travel companion. With this idea I'd love to dive into the world building of the Dai setting and also how it could connect to our world, possibly using other DQ stories and settings as inspiration.

If that doesn't interest you I'd be down for other Avan plots. My other major interest would be a Zamza focused RP, as despite his brief screentime I find him one of the most fascinating characters in the series. Other than that, my favorites include Popp, Flora, Hadlar, and Roka, but I'm fond of most of the characters and probably wouldn't say no to including them.

I also love crossovers and AUs of many varieties. Watching the new live action One Piece has reignited my interest in that world, so a crossover or AU featuring that setting could be a ton of fun if you don't mind working with my patchy knowledge. I've got a few other vague AU concepts kicking around too.
