So, I'm about enter a world of pain, suffering, and final essays. I probably won't be able to do much posting until Thursday night, though I'll try to at least glance at the thread everyday.
While first Sean needs to actually meet Jaylen, I had a vague plan of the two of them hammering out what Jaylen wants to do with his life besides dodge his overbearing parents.

For Kagura, I don't know. Mostly just develop her relationship with Eri and expand her social circle. Somewhere along the line, she could possibly work on getting Eri to make more friends besides her.
I ended up ruining Urbanliner giving me permission to assume direct control by going for the "and then they were there" route of narrative travelling.
Akeya Kagura

There was something of an awkward silence as Kagura walked to their dorm with Tatebayashi-san. She glanced at her parnter occasionally, but the other girl's face never shifted from its stoic expression. She...had made a good first impression, hadn't she? No, there hadn't been anything in particular she'd messed up. If she'd somehow pressed a button she hadn't meant to, then they'd have to work it out. They were already heading to the dorm, so it might be best to air out any misunderstandings in private. Kagura nodded to herself.

"Here we are!" she said, when they finally reach their room. Kagura unlocked it pushed the door open. It looked pretty much the same as the room she'd Mom and Uncle had shown her when they dragged her along for an alumni thing. Two beds, two bathrooms, two desks, one kitchen off to the side. For a dorm room, it was really quite nice. It was just so...bland. Kagura suppressed the urge to begin decorating. Instead, she went over to the pile of her luggage and pulled out a rug, which she laid down in the middle of a room. She began unfolding a small table and pulled out a teapot. "Would you care for some tea, Tatebayashi-san?" she asked.
Finally managed to get a post in. I feel like mine are so short, but what else can I really say? I'd write Kagura internally hyper-ventilating about how she might mess this up, but she's too centered to be actually freaking out.
Akeya Kagura

While it was a bit...odd, the way Tatebayashi-san was just staring at her, Kagura was thought she seemed nice enough, if a little quiet. She clapped her hands and smiled.
"Let's go then." she said, and hesitantly moved towards the door. She walked more normally once Tatebayashi-san started following. Kagura pulled the school map out of her bag and started examining it. "We're here...the dorms are over there...so this way." She grinned back at Tatebayashi-san. "Come on, Tatebayashi-san. Unpacking awaits us!"
I'm probably going to have Kagura using them mostly, since she is Japanese, while Sean will probably only use them if he's talking to Japanese people. He won't really see the need when talking to other Westerners.
Kagura smiled, and something inside her relaxed. At least she hadn't offended her partner with being somehow too forward.
"Shall we move on to our room, Tatebayashi-san? I doubt we can hold a conversation here," she said as she stepped to the side to allow a short girl to drag a white haired girl who had to be her partner past them, "and I'd like to get to know you properly."
@joeycbee: Did you edit the swordplay thing to fencing?

@Ichypa: When I'm playing Japanese characters I use honorifics. I feel like they're kind of important and don't always have a good translation.

Well, if most people are going to be doing it, then I will for consistency's sake.

Also, it struck me just now reading Rika's latest post that she's absolutely adorable. I want to squeeze her.

Edit: Weird. When I try quoting in the IC thread it doesn't work properly. Something about the tags not being aligned properly.
Hey @Urbanliner. Before I proceed with Kagura and Eri's conversation, how Japanese do you want to go? Do you want to do honorifics and place proper importance on the use of first and last names, etc., or should we just talk like English speakers who happen to be Japanese?

Kagura wants to make a good first impression, and just calling her Eri right off the bat would be horribly overfamiliar according to my osmosis of Japanese Culture; but I want to know whether you care about and/or are comfortable with going that far down the rabbit hole.
