Well that's a bit nonsensical, isn't it? If something as dangerously hostile as the Warp exists, you'd imagine there would be an Emergency Response Team on stand-by specifically for this kind of stuff.

You know, it occurred to me that it doesn't matter where Guts goes, anything popping out of the Warp should appear on someone's radar, and they'll send a team to investigate.
"You can get something if you want. I just ate, remember?" Bee said, following behind his fellow secret agent. That said, he bet secret agents had good food. Or they subsisted on martinis and cigarettes. Hell if he knew.
'Oh shit, I joined a bunch of James Bonds. Act cool, dude. Act cool.' Bee thought to himself.
"I'm fine either way, Mr. Smith. If we got the time, I wouldn't mind seeing the important places." he said, trying to repress a huge grin. Being a secret agent was going to be so cool.

Standard procedure for things that fall out of the Warp is usually "burn it". You'd really need an excellent reason to send guys poking around inside it.
They'd investigate inside the cranial cavity of a giant, mutilated demon whale that fell out of a hole leading to the Warp?
