Touzoku will go to great lengths to accomplish her goals and, if needed, cross the lines in order to do so. She is also fully aware of her limitations and abilities which allows her to make well informed decisions. She has very few close friends due to her desire to keep her distance, but she trusts those few supremely.

Touzoku has a strong value on life, a bit strange for someone so used to assassination and espionage. Touzoku does not take any action to end another's life lightly and is often haunted by the greyer areas of her life, where her decisions were not clear. She believes that there are very few people who should be able to make the decision to end someone's life and that such a decision should be taken seriously, as a last resort.

Touzoku does not speak much of her missions, due to the nature of them. She is also highly secretive about her abilities.

【History】
Touzoku is the product of the union of an Seishin, an Uchiha, and Ayameko Shikata. Touzoku's childhood was taken away from her, due to the unique variant created by the mix of her bloodlines. At the age of four, her death was staged by members of Kirigakure Intelligence, on rumors of the supposed abilities of her doujutsu. It was in Kirigakure that she received most of her education, as well as training. Initially utilization of her abilities was minimal and only used after all other measures had failed. However, as she became stronger, her usage in interrogation became more and more frequent. Her ability to extract information from people was unparalleled.

These were the hardest times for Touzoku. Each time she moved through a person's mind, it became more and more difficult to separate herself from Kirigakure's captives. Coupled with the increasing isolation her own captors were imposing onto her, she began to break. Her only comfort were the origami cranes that visited her every day in her room, a technique of one Yuki Yui. Yui, whose abilities granted her the knowledge of Touzoku's existence through the use of her own KG, became her only friend in Kirigakure. At age 19, Touzoku told Yui she planned to utilize her KG on herself and destroy her Hasenji. Before she could execute on her plan, Yui arrived, having successfully petitioned the Mizukage to grant her the ability to stay with the Yuki family.

Of course, Yui had no intention of keeping Touzoku in Kirigakure and knew that escape was necessary. After destroying written records of Touzoku's existence, and Touzoku having successfully wiped the minds of her captors, Touzoku left the village in broad daylight as a mere merchant, finally free of her personal hell.

Touzoku wandered for about a year before meeting a young Konohagakure operative, an Uchiha. They married, in private outside of the village where they lived, by 21 and Touzoku had their first child, a son. However, the marriage didn't last and Touzoku destroyed all memories of him from her own mind, leaving their son Suukei as their only legacy to their relationship. To this day, she does not know the name or status of her former husband.

Having returned to Konohagakure, Touzoku rose quickly through the ranks of Konohagakure ANBU. She often worked with Konoha's Intelligence division, a division she led for a number of years. At 36, she decided to take a break from the rigors of her work and opted to take on leadership of one of the young squads of shinobi.

【Abilities and Special Traits】
Touzoku, by virtue of her abilities, is a master assassin. She also possesses an incredible amount of control over her chakra. Her unique doujutsu also pairs well with her skill in Genjutsu. She is capable of using incredibly complex fuuinjutsu and medical techniques. She also possesses a very unique sword style utilizing her Ten no Shūkō-Ryō, which she is more than capable with, the style centering around high agility. Touzoku is also highly intelligent and has an incredible memory, even outside her own abilities (things her KG naturally augments). Additionally, Touzoku is a sensor, which she utilizes frequently in situations that she is not comfortable revealing her doujutsu.

【Weapons, Tools and Equipment】

Name of Weapon or Item: Ten no Shūkō-Ryō

Description: In addition to the standard shinobi gear, Touzoku is in possession of a very powerful kodachi (1, or 2 depending on how you look at it). The name of her weapon is Ten no Shūkō-Ryō. While few know she is in possession of it, the blade itself decently well known.

It has three special properties to it. The first is when chakra is pushed into it, the blade creates an effect like a Flash Bomb projecting out from each side of the blade, which the wielder seems immune to. The second property is the blade can be split into two identical blades through the release of a fuuinjutsu. However, the kanji inscribed into the blade that are responsible for the flash bomb effect are only on one side if the blade is split into two. The third, and final ability of the blade is the inscription it grants onto the palms of its wielder - which is only able to be transferred upon the death of its owner or the willing relinquishment of it to another. This seal allows the bearer to summon forth the Ten no Shūkō-Ryō to their palm at any time.

Description: Touzoku's precognition abilities are actually legitimate providing she has contact with her opponent's eyes as she can see the formation of the thought as they prepare their technique.

However, Touzoku’s doujutsu is unique and has been named the: “Hasenji” [Broken Path].

The Hasenji allows Touzoku to see beyond what a normal eye can see - she is able to use it to follow the processes of thought and memory. However, she must remain in eye contact with her opponent for this ability to work. In addition, she is only able to gleam from surface thoughts and memories [unless she actively knows the memory or thought she wishes to affect] unless she can maintain prolonged eye contact with somebody.

However, her ability to affect memories has the potential to be much more than this: Touzoku is able to alter or even destroy memories. She is able to destroy specific memories, i.e., memories that she knows the person possesses and she has in the front of her mind. With prolonged eye contact, she is able to destroy other memories as she searches for them, or is able to alter them accordingly. Because of this, the technique is only really useful when she can use it in short bursts, and by virtue of this, she knows the specific memory she wishes to alter or destroy. It takes roughly three seconds of eye contact to destroy or alter a memory that she knows.

With prolonged eye contact, it is possible for Touzoku to destroy more than just surface or specific memories. She is able to destroy a person’s entire mind if she if left to look into their eyes for an extremely long period of time. However, this would take a colossal amount of chakra and time (such as capture and interrogation). This, obviously, is not feasible. She is able to destroy an opponent’s memory of their jutsu if left for long enough, but this too is not feasible for battle. In battle, she is able to block her opponent’s ability to transfer the memory of the jutsu and how to perform it from their long-term memory to their short-term memory, essentially removing a jutsu from the fight with eye contact.

Each of these abilities [Blocking a memory, altering a memory and destroying a memory] require different levels of chakra and progressively longer levels of eye contact, so blocking a memory is by far the easiest option, but limited to a singular memory at a time, altering the second easiest, depending on complexity, and destroying by far the most difficult, depending on span of the memory.

Touzoku’s ability to alter memories is her most practiced ability, and by virtue of this her most powerful aspect of the Hasenji. It, ironically, would be her most well-known ability should any of her victims remember her doing it. She is able to alter memories she is looking for in but a brief glance at her opponent’s eyes. This makes Touzoku exceptionally potent at espionage missions, and any form of covert operations that require pacifism.

Description: Touzoku's only original named Raiton technique. Gekido is a single to multi-arc Raiton attack designed to be highly malleable. It is also frequently used as a conduit for Ranshinshō over a much shorter range than the technique, up to about 40 feet. The true strength of Gekido lays in its ability to have its speed adjust, as well as its path. Full speed Gekido bolts can be difficult to adjust, and it is impossible for Touzoku to violate the nature of lightning (she can't have a bolt double back for any significant length). The power of Gekido, as well as the origin of its name, is from Touzoku's ability to essentially hold the bolt at an enemy's body, slowly shocking them into submission.

Weakness: Faster bolts are more difficult to adjust, as well as significantly weaker.

Description: This technique is largely passive. The technique allows Touzoku to use mediums that conduct electricity to conduct her Raiton based techniques - which her version of Ranshinshō is. Her other commonly used technique with Densen is Shinkeishi, used to dull nerves.

Description: A kenjutsu technique that requires not only incredible skill with a sword, but incredibly chakra control. Channeling Raiton chakra (Shinkeishi) through the blade creates a sword technique that is completely painless. The only potential trace for cuts with Totsuzenshi is noticing the blood, as it is impossible to feel.

Description: A deceptively strong technique that can combined with Totsuzenshi to create one of the strongest assassination Kenjutsu known. By channeling additional chakra through the blade, this time in the manner of a Chakura no Mesu, a melee weapon can have its length extended by up to 2 feet. Given the nature of Chakura no Mesu and Shinkeishi, the person can unknowingly have internal organs ravaged by the technique. Additionally, if weapons utilizing this technique are thrown, the Chakura no Mesu energy can continue past the blade, making blocking a thrown weapon with this technique exceptionally dangerous, even though it only persists for a short range. Because of the properties of the Ten no Shūkō-Ryō, the Chakura no Mesu from this technique can cut flesh if it is still connected to the blade.

Description: This technique creates a plausible, but alternate reality upon a victim. The beauty of this Genjutsu is that the mind plays out the fight, despite potentially being completely incapacitated. It also makes it exceptionally difficult to dispel, because there is little reason for anything to be amiss. This technique can be initiated through contact with Touzoku's Sharingan after the appropriate handsigns, touch, or through a fuuinjutsu.

Weakness: Maintaining this technique on separate people at a time is difficult due the nature of the technique. Since everyone in the fuuinjutsu method can be in the same scenario largely, it is much easier to affect a group that way. Individually putting people under this genjutsu is not only exhausting on chakra, but mentally exhausting as well, making it largely ineffective to try to do this on more than a person or two without assistance.

Description: Releases all of the weapon seals on Touzoku's body, making any melee attack on her exceptionally dangerous. The released seals create an erratic arrangement of blades that protect Touzoku from physical harm. The technique is named for the many that made the mistake of continuing to attack at close range...

Weakness: The technique largely prevents the person from being able to move due to the mass number of blades protruding from the body.

Description: Michi no Uragiri is a genjutsu unique solely to Touzoku. The technique can be implemented in a number of manners and has a number of various effects. With enough preparation and time, the technique can be near unbreakable. The strongest method of utilizing this technique is to place a seal somewhere on the victim's body. The seal utilize in this technique negates many traditional Genjutsu breaking methods and requires the seal to be removed or destroyed - the placing of the seal also negates many vision based Genjutsu detection methods (in this case, the lack of precision is a good thing). The eye contact method is the rarest implementation of the technique due to the difficulty of maintaining eye contact for an extended period of time. Once utilized, the technique creates a compulsion in the victim to cancel the techniques of their allies. The second compulsion is to recreate the jutsu's effects on others (done appropriately). In battle, this will typically cause a victim to move to an ally to protect them and place the same seal they have on them. Out of combat, they will be haunted by visions of the seal and be compelled to show it to others to have it investigated or they will be compelled to show an ally a technique they had learned/invented. What makes the technique exceptionally dangerous is that repeated viewership of the seal will compound the effects. If they are shown the seal a second time, they will be compelled to put themselves under the Genjtsu and, after that, be compelled to cancel their own techniques. Upon the third viewing of the technique they will use their chakra to create a physical copy of the fuuinjutsu on their eyes so they will continually see the fuuinjutsu and those that look into their eyes will be placed under its effects.

Weakness: Despite the variety of implementations, it is a very difficult technique to preform. Most well trained shinobi are capable of preventing visual contact with the seal in any significant manner. Secondly, the cancelling compulsion of the technique only affects jutsu the victim actually sees. It is also impossible to negate some techniques that have no handsigns or are too quick to be processed by the victim. Additionally, for visualization of the seal, it is impossible to implement this effect on anything bigger than an 8in x 8in square and the person must be within 20 feet for them to see enough of the intricate details of the fuuinjutsu to be placed under its effects.

Description: Teren is a deceptively potent Genjutsu. Teren requires the user to have seen at least two techniques of the opponent. Once they have, Teren can be used to 'swap' the memory of techniques. For example, a person that knows both Great Fireball and Mystic Palm could have this Genjutsu used on them. The next time they wished to use Mystic Palm they would instead use Great Fireball. At this point, many victims will realize that they are under a Genjutsu and will be able to break it. There are many ways to be placed under this Genjutsu with the most common being physical contact with either the user or a seal they have placed with this technique or eye contact. Touzoku's Mangekyo can use an advanced version of Teren that is far more than just a Genjutsu...

Weakness: Once picked up on, it is easy to realize you are under a Genjutsu.

Description: By channeling chakra into her blades, Touzoku is able to create the Shukketsu effect. It is a simple, yet highly dangerous technique that can even be applied to basic shinobi tools (tools naturally designed to contain chakra are more potent). Essentially, the technique prevents blood from coagulating along the lines of any stab or cut an opponent receives from Touzoku without finding aid of a medical shinobi.

Weakness: Short range for more common uses can make it difficult to utilize.

Description: Hokkan places a seal on the victim which must be placed on the head. Hokkan has a powerful effect in that it can continually plant ideas into the head of the victim. The advantage to the technique is that standard Genjutsu counter effects only work temporarily on Hokkan, which allows Touzoku to patiently keep using the technique. The scope of the technique is very broad, allowing her to torment a victim with constant voices in their head or influence them with a sense of reason from a former mentor. Touzoku can even go so far as to create visions of altered memories in the heads of her victims, making them even see former loved ones as if they were real.

Description: Dōkan utilizes a wielders extreme chakra control and skill with fuuinjutsu. This technique allows the wielder to apply fuuinjutsu from contact with their weapons, rather than physical contact with the fighter's hand or seal. The weapons must have chakra run through them in order to maintain the seal.

Weakness: Dōkan's cannot be easily used on throwing weapon as the seal will typically degrade too much for it to be utilized in such a manner. Additionally, the longer a person goes without applying the seal, the more chakra it creates. Further, high preparation sealing techniques still take the time it would take to complete the handsigns to prepare.

Description: Shifts a seal created by Touzoku or her jutsu into another type of Seal. The restriction on this is that lower level seals cannot become higher level seals. The other effect is that, in essence, the seal can be impossible to remove or suppress providing Touzoku continually does handsigns. Shifting Seal can be used to create perpetually changing seals that create the same effect, but the corresponding removal seal changes as fast as she can do handsigns. The shift from the seals has no cost other than the continued support of the initial seal.

Description: Torihiki is one of Touzoku's most unique and potent techniques. Torihiki allows Touzoku to imprint the properties of her doujutsu on another's eye for a short duration. However, this causes temporarily blindness to her near range if she chooses to utilize her doujutsu's effects through another. She can, however, see through the eye(s) of the person imprinted with her doujutsu, although Touzoku can suppress the expression of her doujutsu until she wishes to utilize it. She does not need to use both of her eyes for the technique.

Weakness: Touzoku can only use abilities related to her doujutsu and the technique can only be utilized if Eye contact has been made. People that have been imprinted with the technique also gain the unique visual prowess of the Hasenji, which makes the technique ineffective in combat. The victim must look into Touzoku's eyes, even for a brief moment, for this technique to be used.

Description: This jutsu causes the victim’s vision to be literally frozen - what they can see as soon as the jutsu is used becomes “frozen” and their sight is forced to remain on that picture and that picture alone - E.g. Should Vision Freeze be used when someone is looking at a painting and they turn away, all they will see is the painting regardless of where they look.

Description: Yumemi no jōtai is a powerful and dangerous genjutsu. This technique can only be placed on a person if they look into Touzoku's eyes, watch her preform the string of handsigns utilized to prepare the technique, or are hit by the fuuinjutsu that goes along with this technique.

Initially, this technique has no outright effect. However, when the victim goes to sleep, their dreams will be affected. This technique can be utilized in a variety of ways. Most commonly, it is used to create extremely vivid and detailed dreams, which are so intricate that over the course of the technique, they begin to believe that reality is a dream, and that their dreams are reality - craving existence in the dream world. This effect requires the usage of the seal in order to work. However, it can, without the seal, be used to create a sleep that does not provide rest to the mind, slowly exhausting a person over the course of the technique - which can be weeks upon weeks.

If the seal is placed, a secondary effect can be utilized that allows Touzoku to enter the mind of the victim while they sleep, often used in conjunction with Hitogata.

Weaknesses: Full effectiveness of the technique requires physical contact with a person, making it difficult to utilize effectively, while the former effect is merely exhaustion over long term.

Description: Healing wise, this is Chiyoko's pinnacle jutsu. With this method, Chiyoko is able to use the full store of her medical knowledge. Use of this technique is restricted to only the most knowledgeable of healers, since any mistake done while using this technique can be compounded

Souken's first, and most common, effect is its ability to accelerate the natural growth of cells and coagulate blood (C rank chakra cost for the coagulation). It is considered more efficient and effective compared to lower level techniques that accomplish the same task (cell regeneration).

The second, and more potent effect is the technique can use chakra to duplicate a cell temporarily, until suitable biological matter can be found. The chakra cells behave as stem cells (she guides them to taking on the proper task and this requires a sample), taking on the traits they need to keep the system alive. However, unlike real cells, they have a significantly shorter lifespan and are fueled entirely by either the chakra of the healer, or the chakra of the individual being healed. These chakra cells will boost the natural healing rate to what they are attached to as well.

The final abilities, is with both of the effects combined, the chakra cells can become an identical match (in reality) as the ones that are used on the piece of flesh. This allows Touzoku to virtually create organs. The downside though, is the insanely high chakra cost of this. She could not completely restore every single organ in a body unless she had weeks at a time, when she could recover from the drain that is put on her. (She cannot resurrect the long dead with this).

The time involved to accomplish the more potent features of it and the incredibly high chakra cost. Cells created through the 3rd effect of the Souken are considered to be young in development. So, if someone's Sharingan eye was cut in half and the technique was used on it, it would reduce the effectiveness of their Sharingan, effectively reducing the amount of Tomoe or the skill with the technique. However, this will be regained over the next week.

Description: A contract seal developed by Touzoku that prevents a person who enters the contract from dealing an intentionally lethal blow on any other individual. Should they attempt, their body will be paralyzed.

Description: Once contact is made, a burst of chakra will be inserted into the body. This will damage the nerve path ways along the strike's point. For example, if someone was struck with a Shinkeishi kick or punch, the point of striking will damage the nerves. One strike will make it hard for that part of the body to move for a bit (15 seconds or so), but if contact lasts for more than a ‘moment’, then the nerves can face more serious damage that would require a healer to be seen.

Additionally, this is often used for medical procedures to numb pain.
