【Personality】
Shiō is intelligent, but often blames herself for things outside of her control. She does not accept failure well and will obsess over the failure until she reaches the conclusion that it was outside of her control - she still reviews two of her cases on a regular basis in order to figure out what she did wrong. She keeps meticulous records, having patient files far more expansive than many of her colleagues. She enjoys learning and wants to expand her knowledge into other realms of medicine.

【History】
Shiō, a peacetime child, began her training as a medical shinobi at the age of ten having had an interest in medicine all her life. Training directly under Ayameko for most of her life, Shiō has created a name for herself within Kyokujitsgakure. Shiō's skills were picked up exceptionally early - being one of Kyokujitsugakure's true prodigies. Coupling that with her unwavering attitude towards her goals, Shiō became the youngest academy graduate at the age of 13 and quickly pulled into specialized training specifically for her talents.

Because of Shiō's fervent pursuit of her goals, she became isolated from her peers. For 5 years, Shiō was separated and at 18 she became Kyokujitsugakure's youngest Jounin, skipping the Chuunin rank entirely. Like Ayameko, Shiō spent a lot of time in the Research Division - spending about 5 years there as well. She has since become the most published medical shinobi to date, solely within those five years. In particular, Shiō took a special interest in neurology, developing a series of related techniques that make her exceptionally useful to her nation.

From 23 on, she worked directly under Ayameko, eventually taking over both the Senkensha and the Medical Corps at 26. She completed her first surgery by herself a week into her joining the Corps, which resulted in the death of the young man she was trying to save. She would go on to lose four other patients in the next 3 years. Frustrated with her failure, she spent much of her time out of surgeries to study what information that she had available. It was around this time that she began experimenting with usages of her Hiden in surgery, leading her to develop her ability to preform surgery in pitch black, using her Hiden for extra 'hands' during her procedure. This allowed her to move quick enough during surgeries to save patients she might not have been able to save before.

She currently serves as a surgeon, in addition to her other duties, for the village of Kyokujitsugakure, having been given the nickname "Kage Gekai" by her colleagues, given her preference to preform surgeries in pitch black.

I would concur on the element thing. Gaara's manipulation abilities were a lot because he carried his element around with him.

I'd suggest just covering some aspect of what you imagine your character would do by themselves in their spare time while out and about. That should provide others some springboards to jump in and get things going.

It works like Sasuke's enton/Gaara's sand/Gray's ice make from fairy tail but more on a limited basis like creating blood blades more on attacks and less on defense. Creating blood out of nowhere is how blood release is done, rather more like a source of blood like a bottle of blood and manipulation is formed.Genjutsu on the other hand requires prep time, in this case Kirua must know the fears of her target and use it against them, if she doesn't know then she can't perform it.Inb4 I control someone blood, no, I can't do it cuz I stated it and it is a fatal flaw.Anyways, I did state all it's strengths and weaknesses on the CS.
