Suishō and Shadan
"Toki is his name, but you can just drop it off at the Academy office," Shadan explained.
Suishō took to the task of explaining the Academy to Allia, "It is a great honor to complete the Academy, for both the graduate and their family. Few are able to complete the requirements and many branch off into one of the more specialized Schools instead, but the Academy provides us with a place to provide the best training for our youth to help protect their homeland."
Suishō wasn't upset with Allia for her mild faux pas. You could see the light from Suishō's face as she described the feelings on the Academy - a reflection not only of her experience, but of her pride in her son.
Kyokujitsu's education system was fairly extensive. The Academy was a very selective form of schooling, while those that couldn't meet the requirements, or found the training too rigorous would go into a specialized School of their choice instead. The difference was the type and breadth of the education. Many of the specialized Schools cross trained into the Academy, but providing specialized expertise, such as medical training, but there was a difference between the type of medical training provided by the Academy and just the specialized School. Both were medical professionals, but an Academy graduate would have extensive chakra technique training, while a School graduate would likely not have the advanced chakra healing techniques and focus more on other forms of medicine.
