Appearance: [spoiler]Chiyoko is not the tallest of people. At full height, she stands about 5'6”. Her frame is also fairly small, making her seem rather insignificant in the eyes of an opponent despite her incredible swiftness. She does, however, have good muscle tone for what she does but lacks a bone crushing natural strength. Her hair is shoulder length brown and is well maintained. Many times her hair is tied in a fashion to prevent it from becoming a nuisance.
Chiyoko's clothing has matured in the last few years. Chiyoko frequently wears a multilayer, tight fitting, off white shirt that is filled with many gaps throughout the outfit, showing her skin beneath them occasionally when she moves. This shirt completely covers her neck and lower face as well. This is for usage with her new combat style, allowing her Ashisuto Jisatsu to be preformed without ruining her clothing. She couples this with a version of black 'biker gloves' with an open palm and small gaps between the fingers.
To cover up the fast number of marks on her body, she couples her full length shirt with black pants and matching martial artist's shoes. The shoes have a slightly thicker bottom than most shoes which is because of the fuuinjutsu on the bottom of Chiyoko's feet for her combat along with a more mechanical variation at the toe which allows her to kick at someone's heal and strike them with a poisoned blade.
Chiyoko is also frequently seen wearing half an ANBU cat mask. The eye of the mask has a lens that lowers when Chiyoko is preforming more of a marksman style technique. This covers up most of the front of her face, hiding half of her covered face mask. Chiyoko wears a specially designed face mask that filters the air coming in through her nose and mouth and also extends to cover her ears, which are also completely covered. A similar filter, aided through fuuinjutsu, is done over the ears. This protexts them from excess noise like that from Shiboshu's staff and chakra enhanced sound.[/spoiler]
Personality: Chiyoko's personality is very... fickle. She changes based on the situation at hand. Many assume this is a defense mechanism, but Chiyoko has turned it into an offense mechanism. While not inherently evil, Chiyoko is capable of being quite manipulative and scheming. To those she truly likes, there is no harm, but she does not trust many people. Chiyoko's personality, which can be very alluring, is as much of a weapon as any of her jutsu. She is a learner and surprisingly patient with those younger than herself, often expecting the same patience and tact from others (which has often led her into conflict with other people).
When dealing with Chiyoko, a person should always suspect a motive, especially if she is the one that initiates contact. If she does, it is serving some purpose of hers (which aren't necessarily evil). She is not shy or timid and if she behaves like that, it is typically a ruse.
Chiyoko, in her later years, has developed a hatred for human puppetry. Chiyoko believes that human puppetry is contrary to the artistic nature of her chosen combat style and that is no longer creation. She also believes that those dead should be allowed to rest, rather than be unwilling tools in the struggles of power hungry mortals.
History:[spoiler] – Pre Cat –
Chiyoko is the daughter of a deceased master of the puppet arts, known as Li-ebe. Much of that history is just that, history. However, Chiyoko’s life revolves around what happened after her mother’s death. She never really knew either parent, having been given to the care of an elderly lady very early in life, only having a few memories before Li-ebe’s death.
What Chiyoko knows about her mother is that she was driven to madness. Li-ebe, on her wedding day, was nearly killed in an attack by an ambush. However, in the fight, Li-ebe managed to take out many of her attackers, her betrothed no where to be seen. In her later letter to Chiyoko, Li-ebe explains she had two thoughts - one, that Seishin was dead, or he was involved in the plot. However, it would take Li-ebe nearly 7 years to even find an answer to that question.
As she lay, nearly dead, on the ground outside the grounds they had been about to be married on, Li-ebe was granted a second chance. One of the nin that had assaulted her, having been betrayed during the fight and left for dead, imparted her remaining life force into Li-ebe. Li-ebe, whose bloodline dealt with a more spiritual form, was in conflict with the puppet master's 'gift'. This broke Li-ebe down into a one track mind. She had two goals: get revenge on the her attackers for her souls and find Seishin. The first, the easier to accomplish, was down within 2 years. Her hunt for Seishin took much longer and drove her deeper into madness as it progressed. She finally found his body hidden 3 miles from their wedding grounds. He had, from her assumption, been killed by the same people.
It was at that time Li-ebe did something that make people question her sanity for a long, long time. Li-ebe spent the next 3 years, using a combination of jutsu, to 'revive' Seishin. He was, however, a puppet. But Li-ebe, in some way, got her answers and did eventually marry Seishin (if you can call it that). Having accomplished her goals, Li-ebe's mind began to heal, facing her with the crimes she had committed. Unable to bear the burden, she willingly let herself be killed at the hands of Seishin, leaving only the letter, and her puppets, to Chiyoko (who was conceived through a jutsu to allow Seishin and Li-ebe to have children). Chiyoko, at the time was only a few days old.
Chiyoko then spend the first 10 years of her life in care of various people, finally being given to Shikata Ayameko, a widow who had lost her own children many years ago in an incredibly cruel twist of fate. Ayameko is a prominent member of her village. Despite Ayameko's well noted abilities, neither Chiyoko nor Ayameko were very close.
Chiyoko did take some knowledge from her adoptive mother, mostly in poisons. Being an expert in plants, Ayameko was able to impart much of this knowledge to her. Being a fairly logical person, Chiyoko readily learned, furthering it by learning as much as she could about not just the poisons, but the cures and about the plants themselves.
The other benefit for Chiyoko was that Ayemeko had a very close relationship with the Kioku and able to get her into learn the style of that family. Outsiders are often barred from learning their style, but Ayameko’s insistence on sharing such knowledge was able to persuade them otherwise.
For the next 6 years, on and off, Chiyoko has studied with the Kioku. Despite the mostly apathetic tendencies of the family (which, ironically, lend themselves well to Chiyoko's personality), she did develop a fairly close relationship with a number of their members. Having no last name, and Ayameko being unwilling to impart any name to Chiyoko, she took on the Kioku's name with their permission. It is mostly a formality, as well as a way to avoid having anyone question them for teaching her the techniques.
The training, for Chiyoko, was exceptionally difficult. The group, which had a very potent visual technique that allowed them to see people as entities of chakra, rather than in a physical form. It was not specific like the Byuakugan, which could see points, but could only see the entity as a whole. The point to the technique was to watch how the chakra was molded into a various type.
Lacking that ability, as well as being unable to mold chakra into an element, put her at a severe disadvantage. To make up for it, Chiyoko spent much of her extra time watching the other Kioku, as well as studying anatomy, to memorize the points to strike to achieve the same effect. While she could not preform 'jutsu iajutsu' like the clan, she could, in essence, use her blows to push an opponent's chakra out of their body, as well as disrupt them from molding it if she struck while they preformed a technique. In addition, she could preform the signature move of the Kioku with nearly as much skill as a true member of the family.
This study also allowed her to develop a 'state'. The family, which focuses on control, had such great control with their chakra they could mold their chakra simply by channeling it in the appropriate manners. It still took the same amount of time to prepare as doing the handsigns, but it made them especially dangerous in assassination missions. Chiyoko, having been given access to a bit of their blood, used her bloodline to acquire the ability temporarily to learn how to accomplish a similar feat. Being a puppeteer, the ability would be a staple for her fighting style.
The development of this technique was one of the most trying times of Chiyoko's training. It was not something her body was designed to do. It required immense amounts of meditation and observation. She spent hours, upon hours, watching other ninja train merely to watch how they manipulated their chakra for the jutsu they used. Using a specialized mirror, Chiyoko was able to observe the molding of her own chakra as she did jutsu. While she did, eventually, develop a method of accomplishing the technique, it was not something economical for her. It took more chakra for her to mold without handsigns. This led her to operating the molding with only one hand. She only had to bridge smaller gaps to accomplish the same thing, making it as economical as using two hands.
The other interest of the Kioku was in seals. In addition to the gift of the family name, was given the gift of a seal. This happened about 3 years into her training. After having spent as much time as she had with the people, she had begun to adopt many of their views. The group was, for the most part, peaceful. Powerful, but peaceful. They believed in destiny and that all things were foretold if one knew how to read the signs.
Their philosophy was deeply rooted into the I Ching. Their liking for seals derived from this. Many of their children had been given various seals at a young age. For the most part, they were just pretty symbols. Only those who achieved something were given 'destinies'.
Not being a natural part of their family, but an outsider, Chiyoko was not given a seal to start with. They would not give a destiny to someone who was not a member of their family. However, at the end of her training things had changed... While they would not give her a destiny, they would give her something else: Her Cat Mask.
– Current –
Chiyoko's history is strongly tied to Ayameko's. Ayameko is the adoptive mother of Chiyoko, who was given into her care after the escapades of Li-ebe, Chiyoko's biological mother. This history, however, is something neither of them like to talk about.
Chiyoko grew up in a village where Ayameko was the de facto leader. This opened many opportunities for the young ninja and to prevent the two from interacting more than necessary, both of them took advantage of this. Chiyoko was, at request of Ayameko, admitted to train with the Kioku clan, who was a very strong clan of their village. They are assumed to have some relation to the Hyuuga, as a number of the techniques are similar, but the principles and abilities of the group are drastically different.
Like most Shinobi, Chiyoko began learning at a young age. Chiyoko, however, was quite gifted at the things she did. With her bloodline, she was also eventually able to understand many of the key principles of the Kioku clan's fighting style, allowing her to learn them despite her struggling early on. This was only aided by her exceptional memory.
But, that is not what it important. What is important is the recent times.
In order to protect herself, Chiyoko took on the identity of Cat, a strange traveling shinobi who donned a Cat ANBU mask. During this time she has been working to achieve her goals.
In recent years, Chiyoko came into contact with the prestigious Jikankizami clan, a clan whose sealing expertise was so renowned and so feared that few ever dared to interact with them (that had suited the prestigious clan, they were not known for their fondness of outsiders)... Until Chiyoko. Chiyoko, fearless as she was strong, approached the clan of legend and asked for their knowledge of sealing techniques in return for anything she could provide. A particular member, Kinjiro, saw potential in the young Kunoichi and agreed to perform an exhaustive surgical procedure on her.
This procedure took several days and a lot of Kinjiro’s vast chakra to complete, but eventually Chiyoko Kioku’s veins were tattooed with the special seals of the Jikankizami, and her very heart was inscribed with Kinjiro’s unique Onmyouton seals. The blood of the Jikankizami flowed freely through her without overtaking her own bloodline inheritance, and the vast centuries of sealing knowledge the Jikankizami clan possessed were passed onto Chiyoko. Kinjiro asked for only two things in return: That Chiyoko change her name to Chiyoko su Jikankizami, a sign of homage to the clan, and that if she ever needed anything, Chiyoko was bound by blood to aid her.

**Note: Most of Chiyoko's and her puppets' weapons are coated with various forms of paralytic toxins or bacterium (such as the bacteria that causes botulism). There are also many of them that hinder other aspects of the human body. Most of her poisons also, especially in 'cloud' form will numb the body and eventually paralyze that portion of the body if exposed for too long. Breathing in any of her toxins, aside from additional effects, will make breathing difficult as the lungs will suffer mild paralysis.
Chiyoko, for lack of her diverse offensive abilities, has made up from them with a wide array of weapons.
One of the most notable changes for Chiyoko is the large number of Fuuinjutsu on her body. They are tattooed onto her body so they are permanent. All of these seals have different purposes but primarily they are centered around the ease of pulling weapons out.
Her hands are literally covered with markings possibly possessing the most number of seals. She has markings between each of her fingers, minus her thumb, that are used to pull forth shuriken and poisoned senbon. Her palm also has three seals on each hand – one seal controls the various touch based toxins Chiyoko uses. Many of these are neurotoxins – one of the more potent ones accelerates the destruction of dopamine while inhibiting the production of it. Naturally, Chiyoko uses the seals, for some of the more dangerous toxins, to give herself a stored dose of the counter medicine. However, most Chiyoko has built up immunities too. The palm seals also can cause blades to protrude, much like the same size seals that are scattered across her body.
There is a line of seals that covers the lower arms, which can be used to send blades at an opponent after a block. A seal at her elbow has two uses, one to just protrude a blade like normal, the other creates a blade that moves along the lower arm towards the hand and extends out about 8 inches from the hand. These attach to the metal bracers she has on her wrists. Halfway down on the lower arm on these bracers is another fuuinjutsu that creates a large shuriken 'shield' It is about the full size of a Windmill Shuriken but has a more solid structure to it up until the points. These can be called forth on both arms.
On the inside of her arm on each bracer there is an attachment for spools of wire and some shuriken that can be launched via a slide on her wrist.
Another commonly used seal is the senbon seal on the inside of her mouth from which she can fire poisoned senbon. There is also two more seals that produces some airborne toxins when released, along with a smoke seal that releases her chakra infused smoke, much like her bombs.
A semi-common weapon for Chiyoko is the Yggdrasil bow. This bow is made from one of the branches of the tree and is crafted into a large Yumi. This bow is specifically designed to be brought forth through a seal on Chiyoko's left wrist where it can be either gripped with a hand or, more commonly, just attached to the bracer on her wrist. Aside from behaving like a regular bow, it has some uses in Chiyoko's justu along with a signature protective barrier. This barrier behaves similarly to the one on the Yggdrasil tree. The barrier extends in a diamond shape that curves around the use slightly, much like a corporeal shuriken. It will fully cover a body in archer position given the size of a yumi. The barrier, when 'struck' will focus chakra in the specific area of the attack, concentrating it for more resistance from piercing type attacks. It can operate either from the Yggdrasil tree or through the bearer's chakra. The only drawback to the barrier is that it also prevents Chiyoko from launching an offensive through it as well.
Another signature weapon for Chiyoko is the Kusaryi-sukon. This is a fusion weapon of a kusarigama, sansetsukon, and fukiya. It should be noted that the weighted end of the staff uses a seal on the end of a chain and the weight can be detached and used much like one of Chiyoko's metal orbs. These explode into a web of wire by attaching to the projectile shrapnel and burying themselves into objects.
While not truly a weapon, Chiyoko's 'Half Cat Mask' is important. On it there is what appears to be a half seal on the forehead. This is actually a perfectly find operational seal that stores chakra for the wearer. When combined with the other half, through a release, it will suppress Chiyoko's chakra. She will only be able to maintain what she has already done in this state and is frequently used when she wishes to hide and slip into her Reiayatsuri state. In the normal state, it is merely used to supplement her chakra on occasion. It takes weeks to fully charge and only the supplements about 20% of her normal chakra. The final use of this mask is that when completed, she can use a Henge technique to turn herself into a cat with 'no chakra'. This is merely an effect of the seal's hiding ability. She meows to indicate the shift between the forms.
Another tool Chiyoko frequently uses are Litmus Tags. They are used as detection devices. It is a two part seal that analyzes the composition of what is immersed in and then when it changes, the tag will change color. This is frequently used to detect poisons in the air, water, or even the earth. If given enough time, the tag will eventually yield a more detailed analysis when Chiyoko picks up the tag.
Being a puppeteer though, Chiyoko's main weapons are, of course, her puppets. She possesses 12 of them with various abilities.
Name of Puppet: Suzaku
Description: Suzaku is one of Chiyoko's favorite puppets. Like all of Chiyoko's puppets, they are humanoid and are clothed similarly to cloaked ANBU. Suzaku wears a phoenix mask and is cloaked in a vibrant red color. Weapon wise, Suzaku is most noted for its back and lower arms. Four plates will rise up from the lower arms and open in a diamond like pattern to reveal the metal frame beneath them. These plates then spin rapidly, spraying a flammable liquid and igniting it as it passes over the lower arm. This creates a fairly potent flamethrower. The 'fingers' of Suzaku are technically red kunai that have the same flammable coating on them and can be fired out at an opponent and the struck on fire. Throughout Suzaku's body there are other holes for the release of flames, allowing Suzaku to torch multiple directions at once, also creating a powerful defense. There are also holes on the upper shoulders of the puppet used to launch combustible kunai with explosive tags.The 'final' ability of Suzaku is to unleash the wings in its back which unfurl. The 'feathers' are, once again, kunai on wires. They can be launched out from the back and encircle an enemy, or enemies in a cage of wire and kunai. Once Chiyoko does a handsign she an use the very small seals on the wire to summon explosive tags that stick to the wire, otherwise the wires will often just be ignited with fire. Suzaku also carries a nodachi that creates sparks when struck and flames when drug across a surface with combustible material.

Name of Puppet: Byakko
Description: Byakko is another one of Chiyoko's puppets. Like the Tiroi puppet, this puppet has two 'forms', a Tiger form and a humanoid form. In humanoid form it possesses many of the same abilities as the Tiger form, at least to some degree. However, more commonly the puppet will make use of the claws that are on top of its feet and hands. These are attached via a chain along the arm that is extremely strong. In this form, it can 'stack' its lower and upper arms on top of each other and expose the senbon Gatlings. This is the same as the one in the mouth.
In tiger form the puppet becomes a terrifying seige weapon. From its back three powerful weapons will be released. These are placed on the puppets back and can rotate via attachments to the puppets innards. The middle construct has minimal side to side movement independently, but can change its angle easily. The two side constructs handle the sides of the 'tiger' and also move very easily to change the arc. There is also a third mechanism inside of the puppet that allows them all three to turn at once. The main abilities of these are to fire vast amounts of poisoned senbon at enemies while also mixing in some of Chiyoko's metal orbs and some 'shells' that are filled with explosive tags. In tiger form there is also access granted to the hind leg weapons, which can turn about 210 degrees in total each. These fire three (each – can be releaded via fuuinjutsu but has a slower rate of fire) of the more destructive shells much like a modern day rocket – using an explosive force as a propellent. Also in this form, the arm weapons will open up from the frame and point forward, sliding to attach on the sides of the arm frame, allowing more movement freedom in the assault. It should also be noted the mouth of this puppet is also capable of firing Chiyoko's metal orbs in addition to the senbon.

Name of Puppet: Seiryu
Description: Seiryu is another common puppet that is used by Chiyoko. Taller than both Byakko and Seiry by a small margin, Seiryu wears a dragon mask and is cloaked in a deep, dark blue with white streaks that look much like lightning. Seiryu is, quite possibly, Chiyoko's most complicated puppet and relies far heavier on other people to do some of the crafting work than her other puppets. Seiryu's chest is filled wit two chambers – one with some water given to her by Morainaki and the other is filled with liquid nitrogen. This is used to create freezing effects upon release of her chakra down the lines and onto the tags on the chamber. The second effect is the ability for the puppet to use the metal lines it enjoys in combat to conduct an electrical charge similar to Ranshinshou, which Chiyoko does via a duplicate seal to the one on her palm. Seiryu can conduct this energy throughout most of its body, as it is comprised almost completely of a strangely light, yet conductive metal. Seiryu's primary weapons are the spikes on its joints, the wakizashi it uses in combat, and its long tongue and tail, which make it a formidable close combat opponent – especially since both the tongue and tail have access to the inner chambers of Seiryu to cause imitation Hyouton. The palms of Seiryu also have blades that can be protruded from them.
Name of Puppet: Genbu
Description: Genbu is Chiyoko's largest and slowest puppet by a large margin. It is mostly a stationary puppet that relies on moving its arms. It does not provide pressure like her other puppets. Genbu wields a sword that is nearly as tall as it at 8 feet and it is a wide blade with no hilt. On its arms there are two half moon stone constructs, which match the 'stone' body of the puppet. The puppet's last ability are a series of discs that attach to its back. These have an 'unfurling' mechanism which allow them to expand to the side of Genbu with each disc, numbering in 8. These provide extremely effective physical defenses that often anchor themselves to the ground. In addition to those 8 discs are a number of discs inside of Genbu that can be released through various mechanisms. They are about 1 foot across and are designed to burrow into the earth. When the earth above them is pressed down upon, they will release their trap – Genbu has 3 types. The first is a Water Prison mine, the second is a sand variation of the water prison, and the third is raw explosive power
Name of Puppet: Ōryū
Description: Ōryū is the second largest puppet on Chiyoko's arsenal and has no base form. It is, like Seiryu, a Chinese style dragon, but is about 100 feet in length and with a body diameter of over 10 feet. He also has the second thickest structure, paling only to Genbu's Transcendent Form. Ōryū is primarily used for defensive purposes, but boasts a potent arsenal. Because of the significant infusion of wood from Yggdrasil, Ōryū is especially tuned for creating potent barriers between its various links and as a protection naturally too its body. Additionally, Ōryū was designed to gather Hitodama at a rapid rate and utilize them in its various abilities, making it a truly unique puppet.
The Hitodama are launched as weapons through Ōryūs mouth. Being hit by Hitodama makes it much harder to use jutsu, much like Chiyoko's Kuji-kiri. Additionally, Ōryū can be used to exorcise spirits from a body, including the soul from a living person, by clenching its jaws around them, removing the soul from them. The main use of these Hitodama is the usage of them in conjunction with all of the seals on its body. These seals absorb light, which is then sent through to a corresponding seal internally, to the series of mirrors that continue to bounce the light around. When it comes time to release this, the seals within its body open up, releasing the focused light energy. Often this is done through the mouth of the puppet, passing through a lense with a series of purification symbols on it, where the light is laced with purified Hitodama. If an opponent is struck with this blast, their soul will be purified, as well as likely their physical form being burned as well - completing the ritual. Because the Hitodama are laced in the light energy, the blast is significantly slower than a natural light laser. If the light is not released from the mouth, which is an alternative by opening the seals on its body, it can create a series of burning beams of light all around its body. The longer this puppet is in the sun, the more dangerous it becomes.

Name of Puppet: Vashi
Description: Vashi is another commonly used puppet by Chiyoko. Vashi's purpose in Chioyko's battles is generally supportive. Vashi wears a solid cornflower blue cloak and a mask that is that of a human face with blue face paint. Vashi is capable, unlike her other puppets, to actually preform handsigns with its 6 hands. This allows, if Chiyoko needs, another 'jutsu preparer' in a situation that may need multiple ninjutsu. The palms of this puppet also can protrude blades, much like the Seiryu puppet.

Name of Puppet: Shiboshu
Description: Chiyoko’s smallest puppet. This puppet wields a metal staff with holes in it. The staff has a series of cylinders inside it at incredible pressure which can oscillate at will, allowing the staff to draw air in through the holes and cause it to modulate. This sound is devastating to the vestibular system and all who hear it are stricken by intense pain, so much so that they are bought to their knees and their ears begin to bleed. This can cause the eardrums to burst. The staff is also extremely strong and can be used for basic attacks.

Name of Puppet: Suzuno
Description: One of Chiyoko’s more dangerous puppets. This puppet looks much like a regular woman, at least when cloaked. However, there are countless holes in this puppet in various part allowing small needles to be pushed up from them on command. They can, as well, be sprayed out on lines, much like the ‘hair’ the puppet has. The puppet is one of the few that creates a good illusion of hair, with a bunch of needles on metal wire. This puppet wields a naginata with a head that can be launched as a projectile. The puppet is also capable of firing the metal orbs and needles from its palm.

Name of Puppet: Aesni
Description: A peculiar puppet that looks like a small woman. The puppet is covered in tiny pore-like holes and is filled with a white, powdery substance that looks like “sand”. The white powder is actually a potent foam made anhydrous, and upon exposure to water will expand and solidify rapidly. This can also be used a smokescreen-like diversion. It also has two scimitars that it wields and can be fused together to form a bladed staff.

Description: Tasri is a puppet made of an odd substance that is identical to diamond except significantly less hard, though it is still harder than almost all metals and is still quite hard. Tasri has a small chamber inside of it filled with flash-tags and a seal that contains hundreds of flash tags, and is able to ignite these flash tags from inside itself at will. The light from inside Tasri is refracted by its body, causing it to radiate with an exceptionally bright rainbow. This light can be aimed by the use of a mirror that it wields, and is capable of blinding people. The tags are special in the fact that they are chakra-imbued, specifically designed to work on doujutsu users. Tasri is relatively humanoid, so also carries a blade made of the same substance it is, causing it to be very hard and useful for parrying.

Name of Puppet: Tiroi
Description: A large puppet that can shift between a “lion” form and a “human” form. The humanoid form wears what seems to be a lion’s head “mask” and is covered in seals that draw in all electrical energy (usually just from the atmosphere, but also has the ability to act as a lightning rod and safely absorb all electrical attacks and attract them to it) and store it within seals.
In the “lion” form, the puppet becomes a ‘living’ Gauss Cannon with its claws dug into the ground. The puppet’s interior is a chamber that contains a series of electromagnets on rings that can spin around at an incredible rate with an attractive force. The magnets have seals on them that create the “electro” part, feeding them with electrical energy. The seal is linked to a coil of wire around each magnet. This causes such forces of attraction that the puppet can release a torpedo (made of the same material/contents as Byakko’s metal balls) at an immense velocity. This takes ten posts to charge, and can have the charge time reduced if lightning-based attacks are absorbed. The puppet’s interior has been soundproofed, meaning the charging of the cannon is silent. Because the magnets are controlled by chakra, the execution of the attraction and the bullet’s path are flawless.

Description: A wolf masked puppet that has one of the smallest arsenals of all of Chiyoko’s puppets. It possesses a diasho. The katana of this daisho, however, is able to fan out and create multiple blades (3 in total \|/) This puppet, as well, has a number of flash bombs that can be launched from its palms. This puppet also wears white and silver samurai armor with a three spiked shoulder piece over the left shoulder. Many times this puppet will be summoned directly 'onto' Chiyoko, granting her Yokohama's armor, which is from the 'underlayer' of the actual puppets armor. While this does allow Yokohama to be pierced a bit more easily, which is largely irrelevant anyway, it grants Chiyoko some more defensive properties in certain situations.

Description: This puppet specializes in producing toxins from various pores in its body. The puppet is filled with toxins that it can release at will. These toxins force all muscles in the body (including the heart) to contract and stiffen immediately and keeps them “frozen” for around sixty seconds, causing total paralysis and often killing the victim. This is similar to Byakko’s toxin, but engineered to take action more quickly.

Description: The bladed whip wielding serpent masked puppet. It, like the Seiryu puppet, is capable of producing an electrical current through its weapon. In addition, it does have two kodachi that it can use, much like a regular fighter. The puppet is extremely flexible and it has an inner system that allows it to stretch and extend (movement much like a snake). The puppet can use the internal 'generator' to fuse with Tiroi to aid in the charging of Tiroi's attack or the sheer augmentation of its power.

Description: Thifareemit is an owl masked puppet of black and gold. This puppet wields a staff with a series of rings on the top of it. These are connected to very strong lines of metal and the rings can be launched from the staff. They are not only very sharp and bladed, but also are capable of grabbing a hold of objects before clasping shut once again. Thifareemit also possesses more of these rings around its body, allowing the puppet to use these as additional restraints. It should also be noted that the main lines from the staff possess the symbols for Chiyoko’s Tojikomemasu, allowing the lines to restrict jutsu usage if they are able to clasp onto an opponent.

Description: One of Chiyoko’s more dangerous puppets. This puppet possess a large amount of explosive powder. This can be released from various 'pores'. The tip of its staff is capable of producing fire through a striker and fuel within the weapon. It has large shruiken mounted onto its back which can spin to push the black powder towards an opponent. It also has this powder in a small orb that can be thrown at enemies.

Description: This puppet is a very dangerous close range opponent. It is capable of breaking into very small pieces. It took Chiyoko a long time to modify the design to accomplish this. In essence, it is like a puzzle. The puppet is able to remove a piece by folding against a piece next to it. They are hinged so that the entire puppet can fit in a 6 inch by 6 inch box when completely separated. If needed, there are thin lines that connect the various parts, but each part of the puppet can work on its own, allowing the puppet to create the illusion that it is able to pass through things unharmed. The puppet wields two ninjato and does have a number of toxin coated needles and orbs. It is a classical ninja.

Name of Puppet: Vashi’s Mirrors
Description: While not technically a puppet, as they do not have any weapons, they are still potent combat and messenger tools. Vashi's Mirrors, which number in 4, are all connected to each other via seals. These seals allow Chiyoko to use her chakra through one mirror to influence something on the other side of another. This is another form of her remote puppetry. Unfortunately, she cannot move the mirror once it has been placed without using an outside force such as a puppet. The mirrors are also able to easily be destroyed by attacks. Another notable effect of the mirrors is that any non-physical technique that is used on their surface can be reflected back.
*Chiyoko's shuriken are unique. They are, quite often, laced with toxins and, when flung, 'expand' in a sense. Blades will appear between the main blades and are significantly more dangerous than the original blades. This is also coupled by the fact there are incredibly fine spike like protrusions from the shuriken which are impossible to discern unless they are still and under some sort of magnification. This leaves small jabs into the skin to, as well, convey toxin.

Description: The Ketsuekigata Chuuritsu is a peculiar behaving trait. The trait, unlike many kekke genkai, has few indicators it is actually working. Anyone possessing the Ketsuekigata Chuuritsu has a 'neutral blood type'. Their blood is capable of dramatic change when it combined with something more potent. For example, Chiyoko could possess the Sharingan if she had the blood of the Uchiha and she injected herself with it. She would then be granted the Sharingan. However, it is not a permanent change, since her heart seems to strip the change from her body as it reaches it, eventually putting her back in the original state.
The second affect of this is, Chiyoko is capable of doing blood transfusions to any person without worry of the body rejecting it. This makes this ability quite useful for those in the medical profession. This, in all technicality, extends to her body in general, but is considered to be originated in the blood.
The Ketsuekigata Chuuritsu, in its natural state, prevents the user from molding their chakra into an element. The only way to bypass this limitation is to take on the state of another person's bloodline. Even then, unless the bloodline grants some elemental jutsu, the ability for the user to mold the chakra is still difficult. For example, should someone with the Ketsuekigata Chuuritsu gain the Sharingan, they would quickly gather elemental jutsu from the fight and the ability of the Sharingan (the Sharingan's Copying allowing the user to gain jutsu). However, once the ability wears off, they are barred from molding their chakra into an element, despite knowing the jutsu.[/spoiler]

Description: The Chikujiyakuinkan allows the user to, in simple terms, exert such influence over sealing techniques that by thinking of a kanji they can inscribe it in the air and exert the literal meaning of the kanji onto someone. This ability extends to many applications and regions, while also giving the user an innate knowledge of Fuuinjutsu and techniques that relate to seals or writing of any form - such as Summoning Jutsu. Thusly users of the bloodline have created a new technique known as the “Tonsu Kuchiyose no Jutsu” (explained in jutsu) and have been known to alter other techniques. The primary ability is, however, as aforementioned the ability to exert such prowess with seals that they can scribe a kanji mentally and inflict the kanji’s literal translation onto someone. This can be elemental techniques, manipulative techniques, medical techniques - anything that the user can translate down to words they can inflict upon an opponent. However, the power of the kanji is only as powerful as the chakra used to create it and the meaning of the word E.G. - Using the word ‘Fire’ is a dilute meaning as it can encompass anything - however, Inferno, Scorch, Blaze, et cetera are more specific and can produce more powerful effects, but do cost more chakra. The longer the word, or even a chain of words is/are, the more influence the user has but they cost more chakra to use.
The main trait of those blessed by Jikankizami blood, aside from this ability, is that they are “outside time”. Any technique that would stop or alter the flow of time does not apply to those with Jikankizami blood.

Description: Healing wise, this is Chiyoko's pinnacle jutsu. With this method, Chiyoko is able to use the full store of her medical knowledge. Use of this technique is restricted to only the most knowledgeable of healers, since any mistake done while using this technique can be compounded
Souken's first, and most common, effect is its ability to accelerate the natural growth of cells and coagulate blood (C rank chakra cost for the coagulation). It is considered more efficient and effective compared to lower level techniques that accomplish the same task (cell regeneration).
The second, and more potent effect is the technique can use chakra to duplicate a cell temporarily, until suitable biological matter can be found. The chakra cells behave as stem cells (she guides them to taking on the proper task and this requires a sample), taking on the traits they need to keep the system alive. However, unlike real cells, they have a significantly shorter lifespan and are fueled entirely by either the chakra of the healer, or the chakra of the individual being healed. These chakra cells will boost the natural healing rate to what they are attached to as well.
The final abilities, is with both of the effects combined, the chakra cells can become an identical match (in reality) as the ones that are used on the piece of flesh. This allows Chiyoko to virtually create organs. The downside though, is the insanely high chakra cost of this. She could not completely restore every single organ in a body unless she had weeks at a time, when she could recover from the drain that is put on her. (She cannot resurrect the long dead with this).
The time involved to accomplish the more potent features of it and the incredibly high chakra cost. Cells created through the 3rd effect of the Souken are considered to be young in development. So, if someone's Sharingan eye was cut in half and the technique was used on it, it would reduce the effectiveness of their Sharingan, effectively reducing the amount of Tomoe or the skill with the technique. However, this will be regained over the next week.

Description: The Onihan Kaeamatsu is a seal Chiyoko has develop that has the power to change the nature of a Bijuu. Using the Yggrdrasil Tree (summoned), Chiyoko will craft the seal in the ground around it. Then by channeling the demonic power that the tree stores, Chiyoko is capable of rerouting it back through into the tree, guiding it to her will. Once the power flows back into the tree, it will convert the Bijuu that Chiyoko desires into a more pacified entity. The power that is sent through the tree is filtered (similar to the seal on Naruto and where he has to filter the mind from the chakra) and the Bijuu (not the one the chakra is from) is completely changed (these will be bio'd each time this happens).
Once the transformation is complete (takes 2 days after the creation of the seal), the chakra-less Bijuu will then be dominated by the 'purified' entity. Description: Koken Shinkouteki Keiro is an organizational type technique. At any one moment, there can only be as many of the Koken Shinkouteki Keiro seals active as there are spirits. Using the seal that is placed on the individual (this does not conflict with Chiyoko's Jikankizami Blood), Chiyoko is able to give people access to the power of the Yggdrasil tree's power without summoning it. This boosts their chakra based on the 'branch' they activate which correlates to the stored entity in the tree.
The seal itself is a twisting tree with branches. The size of the seal depends on the bearer's desires, since it can be scaled to about 2 inches. Each branch possesses unique features based on the spirit that is sealed in the branch. The seal itself changes based on how many spirits are within the tree. Description: More of a style than an actual jutsu, the Shokei Shimasu uses physical blows with an opponent to accomplish a few effects. By thrusting her own chakra in a jab once she has hit someone, she can push an equal amount of chakra out at the point she strikes (but cannot exceed the amount that could occur there - IE Blows to chakra centers are potentially more serious). The benefit of this technique is that Chiyoko is able to combine it with other techniques to create a potent mix of effects. The second effect of this technique is Chiyoko being able to 'explode' her chakra. Once inserted into a physical object, the chakra is converted into physical force and moves outwards from where it is. A touch to the neck, by Chiyoko, could be considered especially dangerous. However, the Shokei Shimasu requires the secondary effect to be initiated nearly immediately (unless the person has very poor chakra control and/or a small pool) before the chakra is overwhelmed. This, as well, makes Chiyoko's blows seem unusually powerful as she often combines the kinetic force creation with the insertion of chakra. The technique requires no handsigns as there is no molding of the chakra. However, chakra control is a requirement of this technique.The Shokei Shimasu requires a direct exchange of power for it to work. It cannot transfer its power to anything but direct contact from a source of power to the new medium. So, while someone could use the Shokei Shimasu to fire an arrow and have it create a crater from the force of the blow, it could not then be transferred to another person.

Description: More of a state than a technique (again), the user of the Tenmaru Kanzen is able to banish sensory input from a 35 foot range (in mental processing). With a surge of chakra from the body, it is possible to accelerate the processing of any input that comes within the Tenmaru Kanzens range, greatly accelerating reaction. It is potent enough that if used while the user is within the range of the 64 Trigrams (or variant) and the user is of an appropriately matched skill level, would reduce the technique to a physical exchange on par with each other. To enter the Tenmaru Kanzen, all the user needs is a burst of chakra and a center point. It is a very cost effective technique, taking very small amounts of chakra to initiate and maintain (since the chakra is not leaving the body or doing anything drastic). However, the technique can ONLY be initiated while on a stable surface.
The user of this technique cannot see, hear, smell, etc beyond 35 feet while in this state. They, as well, cannot move, unless it is reaction to some kind of stimulus, such as a kunai entering the Tenmaru Kanzen's effective range. The duration of the paralysis can be extended nearly indefinitely providing the user of the seal enters a meditative state (but still able to do handsigns). Description: This is a technique developed by Chiyoko Kioku that can be activated in multiple manners. This typically can only be done with already prepared techniques, such as fuuinjutsu. For example, by opening the tenketsu appropriately through the Gentle Fist a person could flood chakra to an area around a mark on the body and activate a latent fuuinjutsu. This can also be done by placing an appropriate numbered seal over the top of another seal, activating its effects without the will of the user. Ultimately, the technique can only be done through multiple close range attacks, or an extremely exact placement of a fuuinjutsu, making it difficult to use. This can also be done, although less commonly, through a Genjutsu and puppet strings to preform the handsigns.
