Lady Tsuchikage, shall I stop our Gennin? :D

Ok. Just realized a mistake I made, which wasn't my fault at all. Innue, you listed your character as a ninja of Konoha currently in Konoha. However, I remember you stating that your character is Iwagakure. Your history doesn't reflect your ninja's status at all. It says Konoha-Konoha, but you are a Kumo-Iwa. If you are currently an Iwagakure ninja/currently in Iwagakure then you should state that. That was bothering me because I swore in the OOC I read that there was an Iwagakure Jonin and I couldn't find it! :0It's because I miscategorized the character based on the profile.

Your categorization is indeed most correct. Touzoku is Iwa, but I may have missed some editing and created a confusion.
Tsuchikage is going to freaaaaaaak when she finds out if you guys go through with that mission.
Near Relin

There were many questions to the world, such as, "What even are these birds?" Axel's persisting question was one of them, one that he couldn't seem to be able to answer at the moment. His attempts to inscribe the ground with the symbols provided nothing, the ground as cold and barren as it was moments ago - sans the snow that he had so graciously cleared for it to get covered again. In less than two days, the area would be an even sheet of snow, the area as seemingly undisturbed as before. Axel could, of course, continue in some attempt to discern more information from the area, but so far he seemed to be at an impasse. The tree, like before, seemed to cackle, laughing at his cold misery for nothing of gain.
Near Relin

As the snow would be cleared, only frozen ground would be found beneath it. Ground frozen from the deep chills of the north that persisted long past human desire. It was, according to the directions that Axel had surmised, the right location. However, snow removal was giving no clue as to what he was supposed to be looking for, or even what he was supposed to be doing. The wind seemed to laugh at him, brushing through a tree a short ways off and creating a cackling noise through the rustling of the branches. Staying much longer would only put his life at risk.

(( All I have to work with, sorry. ))
I think this republic is maybe going to last another three days.

Scratch that. 10 Minutes.
Touzoku nodded in response to Akaritori’s explanation, shifting to a more relaxed pose quickly. She agreed with the Tsuhikage wholeheartedly – at least at the level of this explanation. Touzoku suspected their individual methodologies would drastically differ; it was something she was sure Akaritori was also aware. If it came to lives being saved, both parties were likely aware that Touzoku would not hesitate to save them if she could – especially members of her village.

“While this may be mere discussion,” Touzoku replied, musing the situation out loud, “Should I be preparing to transition this to a more practical application?” Preparing for the Summit would be easy, as it required nothing more than her presence. The latter option, in the forefront of both of their minds, was something that Touzoku would have to approach carefully.

The habit of the Tsuchikage to play with her sword, as well as her ‘food’ was easy for most to pick up on. It was the sort of details Touzoku needed often for her missions, details people often overlooked. Understanding the habits of an individual were one of the most important steps to gaining their trust, in a variety of executable ways. Touzoku was no exception, but most of her habits were a tad less quirky and did actually vary in some regards. However, Touzoku had given her trust to the Tsuchikage long, long ago.

You'd be commiting treason if you ordered them not to do something which the entire republic, and the General in charge, decided was absolutely necessary for the Republic. The only nation that is Soverign is Konoha.

And the general authorized GENIN to go on this mission (along with the general question of seriously having authorized this)? Sounds like time for a coup d'etat if so.
Touzoku

"You know me too well, Lady Tsuchikage," Touzoku replied, bowing slightly before seating herself at the table, stained a rich, dark tone to compliment the rest of the decor in the room. Touzoku listened politely, taking bites as she could without creating a distraction. There was a lot to process, so she ate even slower than usual. What was important was the last bit - something she hadn't outright stated. Touzoku shifted a bit uncomfortably in her chair. Such a task exceptionally dangerous, but it ran the risk of Touzoku falling back into the state she had been before coming to live in Iwagakure; it was a state Touzoku was not keen on returning too.

"You know full well the risks of what you are asking, I do assume," she responded, setting down her utensils to focus fully on the situation. Her plate was mostly cleared at that point anyway, Touzoku if nothing but an epitome of efficiency. "Are you asking for a separate excursion or should I just wait for opportunities during the Summit?" Often such things would arise during group meetings, as eyes were not nearly as guarded. However, it rarely allowed for opportunity for Touzoku to get much from an individual. A separate excursion was another matter and one of even greater danger. Touzoku was capable enough to get out of most binds, given the abilities she possessed, but capture was not something that she could ever have happen given the nature of her doujutsu. It was something that could not be in the hands of a hostile force and should Konohagakure be hostile, it would make them all that more dangerous.

Touzoku's eyes were trained on Akaritori, not to use her abilities, but to ensure that the seriousness of the nature was absorb by both parties.
Touzoku

The Tsuchikage's assistant, Yui of the Yuki family, was a young girl Touzoku was quite familiar with - it was because of Yui's ability that Touzoku had even been able to come to Iwagakure to begin her life anew, free of the burdens of her past. As she had done with her prior leadership, now dead, Touzoku had divulged the nature of her presence as well as the nature of her abilities, thus upon getting the beck from the Tsuchikage, Touzoku was more than capable of surmising exactly what services were going to be requested to be rendered. As promptly as Yui brought her the message, Touzoku was in the Tsuchikage's office, her dinner now cooling alone on her dining table.

"Yes Lady Tsuchikage?" she asked politely, entering the room with a swift knock. Despite the imposing power and position that Akaritori had, Touzoku was not intimidated by it. Despite the rather hawkish attitude of the Tsuchikage, this was a vacation compared to Touzoku's older duties. The fact that she got a lot of free reign in her role as Black Ops leader for Iwagakure didn't hurt. It allowed Touzoku to use her abilities in a controlled fashion in an attempt to save her own sanity, as well as make the judgment calls she wished to make.

Touzoku often found her conversations with the Tsuchikage to be rather funny - Touzoku being a bit of a dove on more issues. This was even more comical given Touzoku's abilities as one of the most skilled assassins in existence. But, her gifts were not ones she chose, but rather ones she was born into and ones she would use for the right cause. It would be up to Akaritori to convince her and then, she would have to convince herself.
