Eliza Linford

A soft sigh escaped through her lips as she looked down at the piece of paper in her hands and followed the very simple instructions to go to her dorm room, which was in the eastern wing. She found an empty room and immediately walked into it, claiming her bed and the side of her room. She sat her bags down on the bed and herself was soon to follow. Her eyes bounced around the room, nodding at every feature as she lowered her head a little. She often thought about how she got here, which was by two buses and a cab. Her parents wasn't up for her coming to the academy, which is still a bit unknown to them, but she didn't really care what had thought. She's coming into her own now so she can start making decisions for herself.

Eliza finally got up from her seated position after a few minutes of sitting down and started to unpack. She didn't really talk much to the people downstairs - But it seemed like they were too engaged into their own conversations, so she definitely didn't want to interrupt. Not on the first day at least. Her eyes fluttered to the opening of her door as she hoped that no one would just walk in, unless it was her roommate or potential roommate. She walked over to her dresser and placed everything, nice and neat, in the respectable drawers. She then took the hangers and hung her clothes up. Eliza took a step back with her hands placed upon her hips and smiled. "Done." She muttered to herself while turning towards the opening of her door again. Nothing.

With the shrug of her shoulders, she grabbed herself a book from her own personal collection and waltzed out of the room, closing the door behind her as she walked down the stairs. She still didn't say much to anyone but her eyes glanced towards people and she would only look down if they glanced back. She sat down into one of the comfy lobby chairs and sat back into a reading posture, crossing her legs and eyes glued to the pages of the book.

She heard people chitchatting about some things she was interested in but still didn't budge to do a little meet and greet. She was going to simply wait until somebody approached her, if anybody was willing to approach her.

Unique Abilities:
Eliza is not the one to use her powers for anything other than good. She can make plants grow, even trees and anything else plant like. But if she is angered or anything, she can do a lot more with the Earth as far as creating gigantic rockslides, wrapping people up in vines or branches and so much more.

Personality:
Eliza is somewhat quiet and shy at times. She is one who sits back and observes before opening her mouth to say anything on the matter at hand. She is also very nurturing when it comes to anyone at the academy, yes, even to those damn Strigoi's because she feels that they just need to shown what it like to be loved. She doesn't really hate anyone so don't give her reason to. She can also be very serious at time and when she is, you better listen or else.

Background:
Eliza doesn't really talk much about her life - Mainly because she has absolutely hated it. It was event after event that all her parents friends would come over and sit and talk about god knows what. She often stayed upstairs and read a book, or wrote in her journal. She really wishes that she could go back and have a normal childhood like anyone else. She is very different from most that like to be waited on hands and foot. That lifestyle isn't for her. She loved being rich, yes, but as far as someone doing everything for her, no.

X-Men Anyone?

The X-men have been around for along time. They are a gang of Mutants that set out to protect other Mutants and to spread the word that not all Mutants are bad. They are there to protect and not to destroy. One Mutant in particular made a school for young Mutants trying to control their power and live a normal life. This place is a sanctuary for all Mutants young and old. But after a major battle Professor X, the founder, was killed trying to save one girl in particular. Her name was Jean. Her power was great and she was the only Class 5 Mutant alive. But she had a dark side as well. It called itself The Phoenix . Professor X took her in and tried to help her. But they thought she died trying to save them.They were wrong, she was alive. She came back and The Phoenix was let out. She went to the dark side trying to help those Mutants who were trying to stop a so-called cure. The Professor died trying to help her and Jean died at the end. She asked for it and she was finally at peace. So there were 3 Mutants who died in that battle. Scott, Professor X, and Jean. The school was taken over by Storm at the Professor's request. And it went on collecting new students every day. Helping them control their powers and helping them to live as much of a normal life as a mutant can.

The school is a gigantic mansion. When you first go up to the school you you pass through a huge gate that has a huge X on the gates. You pass through a bunch of gardens where you see kids of all ages walking around. Some of the littler kids are playing in the fountain near the door. There is a big garage on the right where they're are an assortment of cars and vehicles. To the left of you there is a basketball court. But underneath that is the X-Jet. In the back is a huge yard and a pool. The pool looks like it was taken out of the jungle. There is a maze in the backyard and a small forest. In the school there are many rooms on the second and third floor. There are singles and doubles. On the first floor is the kitchen, the living room, the game room, and the Professor's now Storm's office. In the so-called basement there is a virtual training room and all the classrooms. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms.

@Everyone: I think that it would be completely fine if Kasumi was wounded to where she won't be able to bend. I don't want to be the one holding you guys up so I am completely fine with that. :D Sorry, it's been stressful for me and role playing is not the best thing to do right now. Well, writing paragraphs isn't anyway. :/
