Current All the guy did was change his pic to a swastika, say some entry-level /pol/ bytes, and changed his bio to basic slurs.

I don't know why we can't blast both zoophiles and pedophiles at the same time. Two birds one stone.

Katsuko Moto

The young jounin watched as Team 7 departed from the roof of the Hokage's Office. He noticed that he was the first of Team 4 to arrive, as Meisa had called for them to gather for a new mission. Once the other team had left, Katsuko jumped onto the roof in front of the Hokage's Assistant. He wore his flak jacket, surprisingly. But underneath that, he wore no shirt. His way of spiting Tsubasa's order. "You called for Team 4?" he asked, rather casually as he stood to full height. "The others will be here momentarily." With a smirk, he looked over the village, before looking back at Meisa. For being the first to arrive, for the first time in his life, he felt it was a bit awkward. Being early wasn't as nice as being late.
@LillyDove:

Scratch the Body Flicker Technique and you have my approval. It is an unspoken rule that Body Flicker is not allowed in combat, so I would rather a genin just not have it at all.
I accept him. Also love that KG.

@j8cob......... what?

The best stuff cannot even be seen yet. :3
If you can see the loop, you're looking at the wrong loop.
@Nero:

I like the character, but there are a few things I noted. For one, the Lightning Beast Running Technique has been claimed prior to be a unique technique to the Hon clan (not %100 sure if it's hiden though), so perhaps clearing that up with Gero or such would be a good idea. Regardless of that, I myself have no problem with that. I also see that her larger weasel summon is pretty big, but also so fast the human eye can't keep up with it. I think the speed needs to be toned down if it's gonna be a big boy. Speed like that would make more sense on her smaller weasel. Fix the summons a bit and you've got my acceptance.
I don't know bout everyone else here, but my weekend was VERY busy.
@AlterNathan:

I have a very, very important question to ask you.

Is your username pronounced more similar to "alternating" or "alternative"? Like, the way it is enunciated.
Kira Sami

This boy clearly had problems. After his last remark, Kira opted to not continue what would become a pointless argument with someone clearly not intent on shedding his arrogance. With a sigh, Kira looked over at the other girl. She would be a problem in the future, as well. Not only for socializing and whatnot, but in combat. Her disposition and apparent clumsiness would backfire. Unless it was all a ruse. While Kira was contemplating the possibility that the girl was merely pretending to be a shy klutz, Ryoku appeared before the team.

It would appear that the Third Amekage was their sensei. Though Kira knew who he was, she had never met with him personally. This was precisely for lack of trying, as she kept to herself for the most part. But it would seem that she would finally get to learn who her village's leader really is. His question about the rain seemed interesting. Kira interpreted the question as a symbolic question, unlike how Sho seemed to take it literally. "The rain..." Kira thought out loud for a moment, bringing a hand up and adjusting her hat before bringing the hand under her chin to rest her head on. "It reminds me of the past. The rain is always there, in my memories and in the present. It's impossible to forget."
Nori Osamu

So now they're going to work together, Nori thought to himself as the genin before him regrouped. He already predicted they would try to do a three-pronged attack. That's what genin always did first. Usually from the right, left, and middle. With this in mind, Nori formed a series of handseals and smirked. Let us see their teamwork. As the separate attacks all came in, from different but predictable directions as Nori had thought before, he thrust his hand to the ground. As Raion was right next to him, he would feel a slight pulse in the ground. But before his kick could reach the sensei, Nori was shot into the air. Not in a tumbling fashion, but elegantly. Like he planned it. As he soared into the air, he called down to his students. "Your methods so far aren't that bad, but you'll have to get a bit more creative with it. And a bit safer. I wouldn't go around throwing explosive kunai where your fellow genin are going to be near..." While still in the air, now reaching his apex, Nori formed another set of handseals, and an orange chakra began to glow from him. "I would start planning your attack before I reach the ground."
