Current All the guy did was change his pic to a swastika, say some entry-level /pol/ bytes, and changed his bio to basic slurs.

I don't know why we can't blast both zoophiles and pedophiles at the same time. Two birds one stone.

Alrighty. Totally forgot to do this the other night but Shady will get his points. It was a bit difficult for me to come with a solid number as his victory was technically an easy one, but he did split into many different copies of himself so I thought perhaps they would each get a small sum for their effort that adds up for Shady for when he recombines. I think a fair boost for his effort would be... 50 points, considering Shady is one of the lower-level characters. This isn't even money and I've got to do a bit of inflation for balancing purposes. Golly.

Anyways Round 2 can now begin. So yeah. That.
The Champion wasn't paying attention when Nel appeared next to him. The sound of his voice made him jump in surprise. "Wha?" he let out before realizing that a fan had simply gotten into the fighters' area. After calming down and letting out a sigh, Jack smiled and began to laugh. "You surprised me there," he confessed after he returned to a neutral state. After another sigh he picked up an empty glass and a pitcher of water. "Yeah, I kinda got beat out there. But it doesn't matter too much in the end. Winning isn't everything. Losing is a part of life." After pouring himself a glass he looked first at Nel then out to the window.

"Interesting that no security kept you out of the area," Jack commented before taking a sip of his drink. "I personally don't mind but people can't just be flooding the place. Those still in the tournament need their space." He looked at the large Namekian before systematically glancing over at all the victors so far. "I might not be continuing in the tournament but at least I'll get to watch some good fights. I'm sure of it." Another sip of his drink and his gaze went back to Nel. "So what do you want me to sign?" he joked.
As Shady and his many various clones left the stage, the announcer spoke up again. "And now for the final fight of the first round! We have newcomers Meat and Vetro! Fighters! Take the stage!" The tall, lanky human that is Vetro quickly bounded to the stage, full of energy. By the time he reached his starting point the bulky midget Meat just started walking to the stage. The two fighters squared up at the center. Vetro was easily three times the height of his opponent but in all likelihood they probably weighed the same. Fenro stood at perfect attention in the fighting area as the gong sounded.

The small man took up an interesting stance where he brought his arms to his sides but kept his fists forward, almost like he was charging up. Wasting no time, Vetro dashed forward and began a barrage of punches and kicks. To everyone's surprise, Meat simply stood in his pose without making any effort to dodge or block, taking every blow full-force. After a moment of this, Meat began radiating a blue glow. Once Vetro noticed this, as well as realizing that his attacks were doing nothing to his smaller foe, he jumped back to a safe distance. "Are you going to fight, man?" Vetro asked, confused as to what was going on.

With a shout of primal rage, Meat blasted forward. His head connected with Vetro's midsection, sending the lanky man flying through the air like a rocket. As Vetro crashed into and entirely through the concrete wall beneath the stands, the announcer began shouting. "Wow! That was so fast I could hardly keep my eyes on it! The winner is Meat! I knew betting money on him was a good idea!" The large Namekian glared at the small human as he casually walked off the stage.
Jack heard the announcer declare the winner and looked out the window. "Huh. I missed it. Must've been another quick one. I guess the second round will begin soon," he spoke, mostly to himself. He returned his attention to Nel. "As I was saying you should probably lay a bit low and try not to bother too many people. The fighters need to focus, after all. But you can talk to losers like me all you want." With his jab that he made at himself, Jack chuckled a few times before letting out a depressed sigh.
Well I suppose I should edit my post a bit. That is assuming RPG won't crash on me again.
Maddox remained quiet as Mayt left to hand out the tickets to the other members. He was a bit surprised when the cat jumped on him and propped itself up on his head, but only a smirk escaped him. The cat wasn't hurting anybody so he didn't need to get it off him or anything like that. Maddox turned to Trinity now, crossing his arms over his chest. "That's an interesting magic you have there. I wonder if you can use something large like a piano," he said to her, chuckling after he finished. "You can tag along with us if you want. We can't really stop you. But I suppose it would only be fair of me to give you two a warning." Now it was time to remove the cat from his head.

After setting Karn down on the ground, Maddox looked over to the train. "What we are intending to do will likely result in conflict with the Magic Council. I don't foresee any legitimate danger but I cannot see the future so nothing is certain. If you tag along it is possible, though unlikely, that either of you can get hurt," Maddox explained to them, despite not looking in their direction. "If that doesn't dissuade you then you are free to join us. Mayt mentioned something earlier about someone running you off... Penny, I believe. Don't let that get to you as not everyone in Phoenix Wing is friendly at first." Now he brought his red eyes back to Trinity and Karn. "Your choice."

The wizard let out a sigh before putting his hands in his pockets. "Whichever you choose, commit to it. I'll be in the front of the luxury cars if you're too afraid to meet new people." With a smirk to prove his words were only in jest, Maddox gave a quick wave to Trinity and Karn. Then he vanished, right before their eyes. He teleported to the frontmost luxury car, appearing in the center of the car and surprising the people who were already inside. Several recognized him and simply paid him no further mind but others were baffled by the sudden appearance of the red-haired mage. As casual as can be he took a seat in the front right booth, which was unoccupied except for himself. Maybe I can get some sleep, he pondered as he kicked back and relaxed.
Sorry about the wait here. RPG hasn't done the update yet so I might not get it up tonight but I am trying.
I wouldn't really have a problem with that but I would categorize that as "unfulfilling." It's something to do but won't hold any real plot relevance or provide much of a power boost to those who elect to do that. But if someone wants to do that then I won't stop them.
If it really is so bothersome and enough people really lack the patience I can come up with something meaningless and irrelevant to the plot for the non-tourney characters to do. In fact that is so easy anyone can literally come up with an idea. As for something meaningful for them to do it isn't so simple to "come up with" an idea for. I'm open to suggestions but I'm getting tired of pointless complaints. Refer to the rules in the OP. If anyone has any ideas for something fulfilling for non-tourney characters then by all means don't keep it to yourself. But if you want to just complain about a lack thereof then by all means do keep it to yourself.
The lack of faith is strong here. Understandable. But I suppose I have to do something to stamp out the verbal insurrection going on. So here: I'm going to put my plan in a little hider here so that those who want to know what will happen can read it and those that want to be surprised and/or not look too far ahead can avoid reading it. By definition I'll have to ask those who choose to read it not to mention it in the thread so as not to ruin it for the few (if any) that will choose not to read it.

And there you have it. PM me if you're confused or otherwise have questions about what is in the hider.

@Duthguy: Wrong link in that post. x3
I didn't intend for anyone to get bis but that seems to be the way the cookie crumbled. And I already have foreshadowed future IC events. I did it in the IC. ;)
Dende upgraded the Dragonballs to allow three wishes. However, if one of the wishes is a mass revival, then it can only do two. So technically everyone is right depending on the situation.

As for second round match ups: fighters will be matched against the fighter next to them in the bracket. This means:

David vs. Ultra-Dimension
Coco vs. Fenro
Guls vs. Light

Assuming Shady wins his fight it will be against the winner of the NPC fight.
