Nah. It's Hidden Ability is Speed Boost, which means after one turn it will out-speed nearly the entire competitive metagame and after two turns it DOES out-speed the entire metagame. Combine it with it's powerful starter stats and the potential Swords Dance and Blaziken can annihilate damn near everything in one hit. Add the Mega Evolution and Blaziken is just too stronk.
Blaziken actually is OP, not even joking. There's a reason why it's the only starter that's banned from Smogon tournaments. Well, Greninja is banned now too. So the first one.
