I can't read Chinese but that looks likes Mao and Hoxha. Hoxha even isolated himself from China eventually too though.

Just make him suck a lot of Stalin dick and build some bunkers and you pretty much have Hoxha down perfectly xD. To give credit where it's due, however, he did do a lot for women's rights and that's huge since Albania was like the most patriarchal country in Europe. Also, he increased literacy rates massively. Yay for having a balanced outlook?
