The Search Begins! (please clap)

Hey everyone! So I joined this website a couple weeks ago, lurked to get a feel for things (read: pussied out whenever I decided to join a RP), and now I've decided to make my own search thread. I always end up getting too wordy on things like this so I'll put longer stuff in bullet points so that it's more easily readable.

First off though, the basics. I'm an eighteen year old girl, in case either of those things puts you off. Though I'm totally fine with playing male characters, ladies, so please don't click away just yet! I consider myself pretty relaxed so if you have a similar attitude, we'll get along great. I'm also a huge weeb so if you don't like anime stuff in your RPs we may not be the best partners. The juicy stuff on what sort of genres, fandoms, and pairings I like will come soon, but please take a moment to read what I'm like as a RP partner so you can see if you'd want to be bothered.

• I'll try my best to respond once per day. Sometimes I may be able to reply way more, other times it might take a little longer. If I'm not sure how long it'll be until I can reply, I'll let you know. I'm pretty casual with these things, so if you take a while to respond I don't mind at all.
• I'd say length-wise, I'm casual. I can write lots but don't want to feel pressured into writing a lot every post and let quality slip, so casual it is. During scenes with action, or maybe a snappy conversation, I'm totally fine with short posts, whereas scenes that encourage description will mean my posts will be longer. As for you, I'd like if you were similar.
• Romance isn't necessary but I can do it. I like girls, so I enjoy FxF and FxM (with me playing the male) the most. I can also do MxM pretty well, but I don't enjoy playing a female character in a het romance.
• Side note on the romance thing: please don't make me play the generic super dominant male to your weak and submissive female. Done it a lot in the past, it got old pretty quick. I'm totally fine with playing a male character with a dominant personality but when the entirety of the RP just consists of my character initiating everything I get bored.
• I really like dark themes! I'm cool with cursing and violence and that stuff, though lemme know if that's not your thing.
• I like playing multiple characters. It's hard to tell a story with just two characters, after all.

Okay, now the fun stuff! The following is a list of genres, settings, and fandoms I like, starting with fandoms because there aren't so many that I like RPing. I have a lot of fun making lists if you hadn't noticed.

• Fate. My actual knowledge of all the stats and stuff is somewhat shaky but nothing that can't be solved with a bit of wiki! Basically, I really love the Fate franchise. It might be fun to try a Holy Grail War (a small group would be cool) or just anything Fate related whatsoever. I usually don't like playing canons as a main role that much, but dude Siegfried is my favorite Fate character (sumanai) and I will jump at any chance whatsoever to play him in a RP, whether it's against an OC or another canon character.
• Love Live! I love idols. I'll also play a canon character (from µ's or Aqours) but I think it'd be kinda cool to do something with OCs.
• Madoka. Big fan of Madoka, would love to try anything with it.
• Outlast. No ideas at all for this but I like the games.

GENRES/SETTINGS

• Horror - of any kind. Physical, psychological, cosmic horror type stuff.
• Supernatural
• Post-apocalyptic
• Fantasy
• Cyberpunk
• Mobs/mafia
• Victorian

And finally, this is just a list of pairings (romantic or platonic or enemies, doesn't matter to me) or miscellaneous stuff that I thought would be kind of cool. No ideas beyond just what I've written, so we'd have to plot things out together. Bolded stuff is what I'd like to be.

• Some sort of princess x knight type thing? This can be in any setting though, not necessarily medieval - I think the concept would be cool in a Victorian, mafia, or cyberpunk setting. I think a MxF would work well for this, though of course I'm fine with others, and I'd really like to play the knight/servant/bodyguard/whatever.
• Something with werewolves, vampires, necromancers, mages, and/or demons? I just listed em all because they all fall under the supernatural category.
• Android/artifical human x creator? Or maybe not even the creator, but somebody else. I dunno, I just really wanna play an artificial human, the concept is rad to me.
• Serial killer x serial killer? Or another type of criminal, or maybe they're assassins or something. This is where my inner edgelord could shine. For this, I'd rather it be FxF or MxM.
• Something with pirates and that general time period would be cool. Maybe tie it in with supernatural stuff, like mermaids. I like mixing together all my ideas rip.
• Western, maybe? I wanna be a cowboy, baby. I wanna play an outlaw, or a bounty hunter, or maybe a sheriff.
• Something modern with criminals. Maybe some cheesy cop having to work together with criminal type thing? Or hell, maybe something taking place in jail, like a prison break or something. That would be super fun.
• ANYTHING YOU THINK OF. I have so many ideas but I've been writing this for so long and my brain is blank. I'm open to basically anything so if there's something you're craving, hit me up please.
