At least one, or two more. But honestly I'd be good with the number we have. But I'm gonna wait at least a week before I start anything.

All right. Thanks for the heads up!

(Keeping the thread on the first page. Master plan.)

While we wait, will combat be based on some kind of mysterious dice roll on your end or will it be on a "as long as it makes sense, it hits" basis?

Also, my character's sniping MO means he'll probably see a lot more than the combatants engaged in close-quarters work, but this might ruin a lot of your elements of surprise if I'm constantly checking in the OOC for the enemies present in a very large area. If you don't think this will be a problem, that's great, but just in case, what are your plans for those kinds of situations?

I also find it likely he'll see enemies in the distance long before they engage the party, but that would require a lot of extra work on your part to always notify in OOC or PM if there are enemies within his spotting distance.
How do you feel about a mage and his familiar in an alternate universe where mages and humans live in an uneasy truce with one another? (I was thinking urban fantasy a la The Order: 1886 but with a lot more magic.)

Possibly, some kind of Mage Council rivals the human government in terms of power and amidst growing unrest between both factions, a series of massacres take place within the massive city, leading both parties to blame each other despite the dead consisting of both mages and humans.

Something along those lines. Let me know if you're interested!
Seems to be a pretty unfortunate downside to that power. Is that why you couldn't get the cop to let you off?
