@Fat Boy Kyle I feel as though with this being skyrim I have to go do some side quests first get myself reestablished and reequipped. Especially the skall and archeologist. The argonian is basically a crocodile man biggest argonian I could make, so he'll just do whatever gets him to the bloodshed. The imperial's job is to go do side quests so I mean almost have to avoid the main story at that point. I'll keep this RP in mind its just not quite meshing yet.
Well do we want the skall monster hunter? The sea/wood (driftwood) elf archeologist? The argonian dragon knight? How about the Imperial Legion Bounty Hunter?

@Dextkillerit's just the timing is all. The thought that everyone is still just staring up at Mark who's delivered an ultimatum that by accepting the confederacy the people have betrayed Alnox and the only way to be forgiven is to break away and basically go to war. Which in his current emotional state is something he may well do. Either that or the majority of them are still distracted by the food.
It's a shame ya know. All I need is one reply and then I've completed what I wanted for Mark in the wilds.
