Edited app to make the charm thing not limited to twice a day. Basically, he can't spam it, but per encounter her can do it maybe twice. That ok?

Brobasaur did not reply but looked around more, eager to fight more.
"Alright, I'll just ask a professional or something later. Eventually." Jason said. He then walked to more of the tall grass, with Brobasaur right beside him. A couple seconds past, and another rattata appeared. Brobasaur spewed a gray powder at the Rattata before Jason could order him to do otherwise, and the Rattata fell asleep.
"Sleep powder?"
"Saur!"

"Saur!" The sunlight turned harsh when Brobasaur found his next opponent, A pidgey.
"Sunny Day, hUh?"Jason said, shielding his eyes. "Why sunny-"
Before Jason could finish his sentence, Brobasaur spewed a dark, toxic liquid at the Pidgey then nimbly dodged it's incoming gust attack. Brobasaur quickly finshed Pidgey off with a tackle right after it's missed gust, knocking it down to the ground. Proud of himself, Brobasaur looked over at his trainer with a grin.
"You were going fast out there, Brobasaur," Jason said, impressed. "A lot faster than before. "
"Bulba!"
"How did you do that?"

"Bul-BAAA!" Brobasaur yelled, using Vine Whip to grab the Rattata and throwing it against the ground. All it could do in response was growl, which Brobasaur ignored and used Tackle to finish it off.
"Vine whip and tackle, not bad..." Jason said. "But is that it?"
"Bulbasaur!" Brobasaur growled in response, as if that was an insult to his pride. He quickly ran off again, finding another foe so he could show off his moves.

I'll change the flex power to what you recommended, I might toss the transfiguration thing and make it something else.

Hm, lemme think of a compromise then. I might just toss it out and think of another ability, if I can't get a good revamp. Just give me a couple minutes too think...

"Wow, these Squirtles know some pretty advanced moves. Did professor oak teach load 'em up with TMs or something?" Jason asked Brobasaur.
"Bulba!"
"What do you got under your hood?" Jason said, standing up, giving his full attention to Brobasaur.
"Bulba bulba!" Brobasuar ran towards the exit of Pallet town and to Route one.
"Well, looks like I got a fighter on my hands." Jason casually went after Brobasaur, who was already fighting a Rattata.

"Ooh a battle already?" Jason said, putting down Brobasaur. "Let's see what we got here."
"Bulba!" Brobasaur said.
"Hey, you gotta any tricks that I should know about?" Jason said looking down at Brobasaur.
"Bulba!"
"Sounds good."
