Character Death Rules

I'm curious. Do you think it would be okay to kill someone's character because you think that, for whatever reason, they may be doing something to kill or hurt the rp. That's probably better, in my opinion, than saying that you can't participate in my RP, because you do 'x' wrong. But then, it eliminates the possibility of you then asking them to pick up the slack, or whatever, and then they act reasonable. What do you guys think?

Posting order or free posting?

There is a GM that I like who has a rule were there needs to be 'X' number of posts after you have posted before you post again. That might work.

I have had (another) wonderful idea! What if we set up a spam currency and stock-market/ gambling system. I knew you would love it.
So, I thought we could have a system were you can buy threads. The thread is worth more the more popular(posts) it gets. The currency will be the Spam Dollar, SD, you could use to buy...stuff... with it; (I think maybe art from other users, IDK) or we could do have whoever has them most money at the by a certain time wins.
Okay, I know what you are thinking. "Well, people are going to spam threads so they make more money." I have thought of this, we could make it so people have to buy their posts in threads they have bought.

I have more info, and will probably make this more organized and understandable if this gets interest.

Things I need:
Some people to help me monitor threads so people don't cheat.
