I've heard that you can enter lucid dreaming through SP. You're supposed to imagine a "dream scape", eventually you'all feel yourself in the world you created. When I start to try to lucid dream, I want to try it were you try to realize your in a dream while you're, well, dreaming.

I've heard SP can be scary. I've been looking into Lucid Dreaming lately and have heard about it. I believe your supposed to just breath slowly, and try to wiggle your fingers and toes while you remember you're in SP.
