As soon as Innocentia told Will and Deyja to go, a deafening roar, louder than any that had preceded it, sounded through the camp, forcing any listener to cover their ears.

"Let's get out of here," replied the spider as soon as the roar ended, "I don't have the luxury of covering my ears when whatever-that-thing-is roars.".

"Deyja, I guess you're coming with me. I am so sorry Ryle and Innocentia, we will come to get you. I hope you know that I love you guys and that you have been my best friends," Will hurriedly said, ignoring his creation. It hurt Will to have to leave his friends, but someone had to make it out. He promised himself that as soon as he had a chance, he would come to save his friends. Once he was done talking, he reached his hand to Deyja, if Deyja took Wills hand, Will would lead the younger boy to the spider and have Deyja sit in front of him. If Deyja refused Will would try grabbing him and pulling him to the spider, to try and force him on.
